Broken stood tall, his Grim Reaper-like form casting an imposing shadow, with Princess Alora right beside him.
"Are you ready, Princess?" he asked, his voice steady as he spun his scythe into a poised, ready
stance.
"Yes," she replied, gripping her sword in preparation.
In sync, the two of them quickly split off, sprinting in opposite directions and surrounding Elaine. The Faebeast let out a piercing roar that echoed painfully in their ears, her head snapping left and right as she tried to decide who to attack first.
They circled her, carefully positioning themselves for a coordinated strike.
However, the scattered Faebeasts nearby began to close in on them, forcing Broken and Alora to split their attention away from Elaine. Realizing the need for reinforcents, Broken quickly summoned Dendros, Gaia and Pawpaw. With their allies now at the ready, the real battle was set.
"Princess, I'll leave the other Faebeasts to you. I'll do my best to keep Elaine distracted," Broken called out.
"Understood, Broken!" Alora replied, already moving toward the incoming Faebeasts.
Holding his scythe with ease, Broken dashed toward Elaine and swung, spinning the blade mid-strike before bringing it down with force. The two clashed fiercely, but Broken moved with impressive agility, spinning his scythe and landing strike after strike, all while dodging her attacks with quick jumps and side steps.
Elaine let out a furious shriek, charging at him with brutal speed, her spider legs thrusting toward him with relentless precision. Broken managed to read her movents just in ti, retreating quickly before reengaging, searching for another opening.
On the other side, Dendros attempted to strike at Elaine from a different angle, though his attacks seed to have little effect on the monstrous Faebeast.
"I'm starting to get the hang of this scythe," Broken muttered, his face focused and intense. "It feels different from wielding a sword or spear, but with a few adjustnts to my movents, I know I can master it."
Elaine lunged at him with terrifying speed, her spider legs slashing toward him in rapid succession. Broken spun the scythe like a propeller, deflecting each attack with precision. He leapt to the side, putting so distance between them, then quickly counter-attacked as she ca after him again.
But just as he moved in close, his eyes widened in sudden realization. "Damn!" he cursed, realizing his error too late.
"I'm too close! I need to retreat!"
However, Elaine's movents were faster than he anticipated. She launched an attack with blinding speed, each strike sharp enough to cleave through him in a single hit. Unable to fully block the assault, Broken found himself vulnerable as her strikes closed in on him.

"Broken!" Alora cried out, rushing toward him. But before she could reach him, he suddenly vanished and reappeared a short distance from Elaine.
He blinked in surprise, but quickly recovered, regaining his stance.
He imdiately bolted, keeping his distance while ntally noting his positioning, determined to stay more focused and avoid another close call.
"It's all right, Princess," he called out. "I got lucky. My passive skill triggered just in ti."
He continued his relentless assault, confident that if he maintained the montum, they could defeat Elaine in ti.
"I'll cover you!" Alora called out, sprinting to the opposite side with her sword poised for attack.
Broken kept up his onslaught with the scythe, cornering Elaine in the middle. Her spider legs twitched in frantic movents as she tried to block attacks from both directions.
Alora struck swiftly, delivering a powerful blow to Elaine's back. The impact sent a shockwave outward, knocking Elaine to the ground.
"That was aweso, Princess!" Broken shouted.
"Thanks, but you're pretty great too, Broken," she replied with a grin.
Despite their teamwork, the battle was brutal. Even with all his Gaia Beasts summoned, they barely seed to make a dent in Elaine.
Broken considered using Alora's Fierce Empowernt, the skill that would allow him to unleash every ability with a five-level boost. But he knew he'd need to fully control the flow of the fight first, otherwise, the skill's duration would be wasted.
The two of them ran together and assud their positions once more. Just then, Elaine rose up again, her spider legs moving in a blur.
Finding an opening to attack Elaine directly was no easy feat-they had to avoid taking any serious damage while coordinating their strikes. Fortunately, Alora was quick to assess each mont, skillfully alternating between offense and defense without hesitation.
With a decisive stomp, Alora lunged forward and landed a powerful blow, shattering one of Elaine's spider legs.
"Great move, Princess!" Broken called out, seizing the opportunity.
He followed up with a swift, brutal series of slashes, inflicting deep cuts and wounds on Elaine.
They continued their assault in a well-tid rhythm, trading attacks and retreats. Whenever Alora was nearly caught by Elaine's deadly strikes, Dendros and Broken would intervene, delivering crushing blows to divert Elaine's attention and keep her off balance.
"This is our mont!" Broken shouted.

As Broken activated her skill, he felt a surge of energy as every one of his abilities gained a five-level boost. It was now or never, this empowered state could tip the scales in their favor. They continued pressing Elaine, with Broken using every skill at his disposal, switching seamlessly from spear to pickaxe, and optimizing each single-target attack.
Slowly but surely, their combined assault began to take a serious toll on her. Half of her spider legs were gone, and her movents had lost their brutal force.
"Is this it?" Broken wondered, sensing an opening.
He dashed backward. "Give two seconds!" he called out to Alora.
Quickly, he drew the Golden Bow of Artemis and readied his Wavebreaker Spear.

This skill would deal massive damage and reduce her defense by 30% for the next 10 seconds.
As the skill charged, Broken aid carefully. Once it was ready, he released the spear, which shot toward Elaine at incredible speed, striking her with a powerful explosion that unleashed a wave of water and a rain of spears around the impact zone.
But Elaine, though still fast, was visibly losing her forr brutality. Her movents were growing weaker, less precise, and more desperate.
"Broken!" Alora shouted, noticing the sa thing. "I think it's ti!"
"I'll distract her! You go in for the ultimate attack!" Alora called.
Broken nodded, leaping backward to find the perfect opening for his final strike.
"I've got four hundred Soul Points," he murmured, "which ans I can deal sixteen thousand percent of my physical damage and twenty-four thousand percent of dark elental magic damage. That's the maximum damage I can deliver in a single hit. I can't afford to waste
this."
With Elaine's defense lowered by 30%, they had only seconds to act. It was now or never. Broken focused, channeling every ounce of his energy and determination.
He began circling Elaine, moving swiftly and jumping to dodge her strikes. He gripped his scythe tightly, spinning it in wide arcs as he waited for the perfect mont.
Then, when he saw the opening he'd been waiting for, he dashed forward, closing in on
Elaine, his scythe raised and ready to unleash a devastating blow.
