Broken struggled to hold his ground. The demon's movents were quick and precise, effortlessly dodging the nurous strikes aid at it from all directions.

Every few monts, Infernak spat fire from its mouth, forcing Broken to use his dash skill to narrowly avoid the scorching flas. His protective abilities from the Invincible Paragon set had been pushed to their limits and were rapidly depleting, leaving him more exposed with every passing second.

"You can't escape !" the demon roared with a booming laugh.

Despite knowing that the demon had taken a trendous amount of damage, Broken couldn't help but notice that Infernak still showed no signs of being close to defeat-its Health was exceptionally high. This clearly wasn't just any monster.

Could this be a Raid Boss? Was it the sa Raid Boss that Subaru and the others had been fighting earlier? No ordinary creature could possess this kind of overwhelming power.

The demon flapped its wings and surged toward Broken, allowing more damage to hit its body while it let out a thunderous scream.

"Life Link Reversal!" the demon bellowed.

What the hell is that?

Suddenly, a chain of energy shot out from the demon's chest, snaking through the air and latching onto Broken.

"Hahaha! Now you will suffer from your own attacks!" the demon taunted, as continuous damage rained down on it.

[You are affected by Life Link Reversal. All damage and health received in the past 5 seconds will be shared evenly. For the next 5 seconds, any health or damage received will be reversed and transferred between both parties.]

Damn, that's why the demon was allowing so much damage to hit it!

Broken watched in horror as his health began to plumt rapidly.

"Hahaha, feel the pain of your own damage!" the demon bellowed with a booming laugh. [You are taking massive damage over ti!]

[Ethereal Form has been activated. This will protect you from physical attacks and increase the damage you receive from magic for five seconds. Your Health will also be fully restored to 100%.]

Broken shifted into his Ethereal Form, his body cloaked in shimring silver energy. He lifted his head defiantly. "No, you're wrong," he said calmly.

He activated his dash, quickly putting distance between himself and the demon. His Health surged up and down rapidly, stabilizing for brief monts as he received double regeneration from Nature Healing and Ethereal Form.

The demon roared in fury as its body began to crumble, falling apart in sections. Explosions erupted from within its body-first its wings, then its arms-each detonation more violent than the last.

"No... ARGHHHH!" the demon scread as its body tore itself apart, detonating in a series of fiery blasts.

Broken maintained his distance, keeping safe until the final explosion ripped through the air. [You have defeated The Scorched Tyrant Infernak Lvl. 220]

Broken exhaled deeply in relief as the flas continued to flicker in the spot where Infernak once stood.

"Finally, you're dead!" he muttered. "Now, gim my loot."

But sothing felt off-there should've been more notifications than just the demon's death ssage. This ti, however, nothing appeared. A strange unease gripped Broken, and he couldn't shake the feeling that sothing wasn't right about Infernak's demise. It was as if the battle had ended, but the true threat still lingered, just beyond his awareness.

"Master, the demon revived," Gaia's voice ca from behind him.

"What?"

Before he could react, another explosion erupted, sending him flying backward from the sheer force of the impact. Even with the rapid regeneration from Gaia's Nature Healing, he could still feel the imnse power from the blast.

[Infernak has been revived!]

Standing in the sa place as before, Infernak appeared again-only this ti, its flas burned even fiercer than before.

"Miss already?" the demon taunted.

Damn it. His health was still regenerating, but Gaia's cooldown had only one minute left. If he couldn't defeat the demon within that ti, he'd be in serious trouble.

Without hesitation, he reactivated his Water Domain. The demon shot toward him once more, blazing with rage. Dendros desperately tried to bind the demon with vines, but Infernak tore through them effortlessly, hurling Dendros high into the air.

The demon continued its relentless charge, with all of Broken's summons throwing themselves in its path, trying to stop it. But the demon's fiery breath lted the Moss Goat to ash, and one by one, Gaia's summoned beasts began to fall apart.

Infernak had clearly gained a power boost after reviving, dishing out even more devastating damage. Yet Broken noticed that the demon's body was still cracked and broken in places-its revival hadn't restored its full health, maybe only a small percentage. That ant Infernak was just as desperate to end this fight quickly as Broken was.

The demon was now right in front of him, poised to strike. Broken gripped the Gravestone Greatsword tightly, bracing himself. The demon unleashed a powerful slash of blazing magma, and the force was too much. Despite his best attempt to block, the impact sent him flying backward. The damage was too overwhelming for him to fully absorb, and the heat seared through his defenses.

The demon charged again with terrifying speed, but this ti, Broken lost the montum needed to block the attack. He was about to take a devastating hit-there wasn't enough ti to raise the greatsword. The sword swung toward him from the side, and he braced for impact.

No way! Was he about to lose here?

But then, in an instant, a figure bathed in white light appeared, accompanied by an explosion of white and green energy. Monts later, another form materialized-a fox with four tails. It was Polly. She imdiately summoned her clones, which launched a flurry of attacks on the demon, alternating their strikes. The real Polly grabbed Broken and whisked him away to

safety.

"Polly, I'm so happy to see you," he said, adjusting his position as he regained his bearings. "Master, I'm sorry I wasn't more useful."

"No, you ca just in ti, Polly."

Broken knew he needed to switch to a long-range attack. Once they were at a safe distance, he leaped off Polly's back and drew the Bow of Artemis.

The demon was being held back by Dendros and the remaining summons, their combined efforts buying Broken a critical mont. With this brief window of opportunity, he quickly prepared his next devastating attack.

He loaded an Epic-grade Iron Piercer Arrow onto his bow, his hands steady as he readied the shot. Switching to his Woodland Ranger gear, Broken locked his focus on the demon, which was still struggling against the restraints. He had just enough ti to line up the perfect shot.

Now was his chance.

[Sniper's Focus (Active Skill) Lv. 1]

The skill had a charge ti of two seconds but delivered 1500% physical damage to a single target while reducing their defense by 30% for ten seconds.

[Precision Aim (Passive Skill)]

A passive boost from the Woodland Ranger Gloves. It increased his bow damage by 15% and reduced the ti required to draw and release arrows by 10%.

The charge ti was completed. Broken released the arrow, which shot forward with a burst of energy, streaking through the air like a bolt of lightning. It struck the demon square in the chest, tearing through its fiery body and leaving a gaping hole in its wake. The impact was devastating, causing the demon's defenses to drop by 30%, making it more vulnerable than

ever.

The demon, still restrained by Dendros and the others, writhed in pain, unable to close the

distance.

No, this wasn't over yet. Broken knew he needed another devastating hit to finish the demon

off.

[Explosive Arrow (Active Skill) Lv. 1]

A skill from his Super Novice class. With a five-second charge ti, it unleashed a colossal blast, delivering a staggering 3,000% physical destruction within a wide radius.

[Projectile's Kiss (Active Skill)]

A skill from the Kiss of Fortune Ring, doubling the damage of his next attack. The five seconds felt agonizingly long, each mont dragging out as he charged the arrow.

Massive vines slamd into the demon, holding it in place as Dendros braced his body against it. The other summons did their best to maintain pressure from a distance, giving

Broken the precious ti he needed.

Finally, the charge was completed. The mont had co.

He released the arrow!

The arrow shot through the air with such force that Broken was montarily thrown

backward by the recoil. It felt as if the atmosphere itself was being sucked into the projectile,

amplifying its speed and power.

The arrow streaked toward the demon, and when it struck-BADABOOM-a massive explosion erupted, shaking the battlefield. Debris, chunks of earth, and waves of energy blasted outward in every direction, engulfing everything nearby.

Broken instinctively raised his arm to shield his eyes as the explosion rocked the battlefield,

the raw power of the detonation reverberating around him. At that sa mont, Gaia's summon duration expired, and she vanished from his side.

Polly vanished as well, leaving him standing alone amidst the fading dust and embers. As the

debris settled around him, Broken slowly lowered his hand, his heart racing.

Had he finally done it?

Had the demon been defeated?
