Broken quickly returned to his study at the House of Slumdon, determined to upgrade all of his equipnt to 9. The Invincible Paragon set, the Woodland Ranger set, the Wavebreaker Spear, the Moonvine Knuckles, the Bow of Artemis, and the Bedrock Breaker Pickaxe.
Was this too ambitious? He should have enough Enchantnt Stones to pull it off. The Invincible Paragon was already halfway there, with just a few pieces left to reach 9.
He began with his weapons. Laying them all out in neat rows on the floor since the table couldn't hold them all, he planned to upgrade them to 6 first.
He went all out, spending every Enchantnt Stone he had. It wasn't easy-failures were many-but eventually, all the weapons reached 6. "Damn," he muttered, realizing that his initial expectations were indeed exaggerated.
Next, he turned his attention to the Woodland Ranger set. By the end of the process, he had depleted all his low-quality and dium-quality Enchantnt Stones, but the entire Woodland Ranger set had also reached 6.
"Wow," he thought, looking over the shiny new upgrades. It had cost him hundreds of gold, a massive expenditure. He couldn't help but think of the many things he could have bought with that money.
The Bow of Artemis, a gift from Freya, was already at 9, so there was no need to upgrade it. Broken turned his focus to his other weapons: the Moonvine Knuckles, the Wavebreaker Spear, and the Bedrock Breaker Pickaxe. He needed to get all of them to 9.
He started with the Wavebreaker Spear. Failure, failure, failure, success, failure, success, failure.
The nurous failures made Broken clench his fists, his hands trembling as he feared he wouldn't have enough Enchantnt Stones. After several more attempts, he finally succeeded in bringing it to 9.
Next, he moved on to the Moonvine Knuckles. This ti, the failures were even more frequent, nearly double the amount. But, with persistence, he managed to get the Knuckles to 9 as well. However, this exhausted all his High-quality Enchantnt Stones.
This ant that the Woodland Ranger set had to remain at 6 for now, as he didn't have the resources to push it further. The sa fate befell the Bedrock Breaker Pickaxe, which also had to temporarily stay at 6.

So, he had two Legendary Weapons at 9 ready for an upgrade using Blessed Stones to elevate them to an even higher tier. Broken took a deep breath and set aside the other items into his inventory.
Both Legendary-grade items were crucial for him: while he often battled with the Wavebreaker Spear, the Moonvine Knuckles were also invaluable when used by Dendros. The weapons had different focuses one excelled in single-target combat, and the other in area damage.
He decided to start with the Moonvine Knuckles.
Failure, failure, failure, success. After several attempts and failures, he managed to get it to
11.
He inhaled deeply, feeling a migraine creeping in. He was worried he might not have enough Low-quality Blessed Stones for the Wavebreaker Spear's upgrade.
Next, he moved on to the Wavebreaker Spear.
Failure, failure, success, success. The failures were nurous, but he eventually succeeded, bringing it to 12!
"Damn," Broken thought, amazed at his achievent. Now, he had two weapons at 12. Determined to push further, he returned to the Moonvine Knuckles.
Success once more-he reached 12!
"Woah," Broken whispered, holding his breath and feeling the rush of adrenaline. This experience was both incredibly stressful and utterly addictive.
Now, both of his Legendary-grade weapons had reached 12, emitting a faint golden aura that added a layer of visual awesoness to the already impressive weapons. The stats had also received a significant upgrade, making them even more formidable.

He still had so dium-quality and High-quality Blessed Stones left, so he decided to push the upgrades further. After all, both weapons were now at a safe point.
Which one should he focus on first? The Wavebreaker Spear, he decided.
He spent everything on it. There were many failures, but finally, he managed to bring it to 14. Broken held his breath, feeling dizzy and his heart pounding hard. He had nearly depleted his dium-quality Blessed Stones. There might not be enough left to upgrade the Knuckles
as well.
Should he continue or switch to the Moonvine Knuckles?
Driven by curiosity, he decided to push further with the Wavebreaker Spear.
And, it succeeded, ending up at 15! This was his first 15 weapon!

[Congratulations on successfully upgrading your Legendary-grade weapon to a remarkable

Not bad! Not only did he manage to upgrade the weapon to 15, he also gained a new title
along with 20 stat points. He felt quite satisfied with that. Taking the spear, he spun it around, admiring the golden aura now surrounding it—a perfect blend of the spear's black base with blue patterns and the new golden radiance.
He stored everything back into his inventory.
Just then, there was a knock on the door.
"Yara?"
"My Lord, excuse , it's Ella."
"Ella?" He paused for a mont. "Co in, Ella."
The door swung open to reveal a young woman, likely in her early twenties, with long,
straight black hair. She stepped in, clutching a cloth bag in her hands.
"My Lord, forgive for disturbing you, but... um..." she began hesitantly.
"Yes?"
"I made sothing that I thought might be useful for you," she said hesitantly.
"Sure, show it to ," Broken replied, stepping closer. Ella, however, took a small step back, her eyes lowered, clearly nervous about the interaction.
"When you ntioned needing to carry the pickaxe consistently on your expedition, I thought
of this accessory," she explained softly. "The grade isn't very high, My Lord, but-"
"Show it to ," he repeated.
With a deep breath, Ella handed him a small cloth bag. Broken accepted it and peeked inside, finding sothing that resembled a harness. Intrigued, he began reading the item's
description.
[Crossforge Harness]
[Grade: Elite]
[Stamina 20]
[Durability: 100/100]
[Weight: 211]
[A durable and intricately crafted accessory designed to securely carry both a hamr and a pickaxe in an X formation on the back. Made from reinforced leather and accented with sturdy tal clasps, this harness allows for quick and easy access to tools, making it an essential gear for adventurers and miners alike.]
"Wow, this is exactly what I needed," Broken thought, quickly equipping the accessory in his Cape slot. He glanced at his reflection in the mirror and admired the setup.
He then took out the Bedrock Breaker Pickaxe and the Royal Hamr, securing them in an X- shape across his back. At a glance, the look was quite striking.
Now I won't have to fumble with the pickaxe every ti I need to trigger the passive skill
from my Super Novice class, he mused, feeling a wave of relief at the added convenience. "Thanks, Ella. This is really helpful," he said warmly. "I appreciate your initiative." Ella hesitated for a mont, then lifted her face and saw Broken smiling at her. "Thank you, My Lord. I want to help you even more, so please let know if there's anything
else I can do."
"Will do. For now, just stick to your usual tasks. And if you co up with any other cool ideas, either tell or pass them on to Yara."
"Yes, My Lord." Ella bowed deeply before excusing herself from the room.
"Cool," Broken muttered to himself as he examined the new setup. He felt more prepared for
the expedition—at least, he hoped he was. Just as he was about to log out, there was another knock at the door.
"Yes? Who's there?" he called out.
