[Bedrock Breaker Pickaxe Blueprint]

[Grade: Elite - Legendary]

[To craft this item, you will need Steel, Titanium, and a Monster Core from a desert-dwelling monster.]

[A hidden feature has been discovered in this blueprint: adding an extra Monster Soul Stone from a desert-dwelling monster can provide a unique upgrade to the Pickaxe.]

[Crafting this item requires the skill of an Expert Blacksmith.]

It was a blueprint he had hoped to possess the blueprint for a battle pickaxe. And it truly exceeded his expectations, even containing a hidden feature.

The pickaxe required a desert-dwelling monster core and a monster soul stone, which he happened to have from his dungeon expedition with Elincia. That expedition had brought back many incredible items for him.

He showed the blueprint to Freya.

She sighed. "How could you miss sothing this remarkable? Are you sure this is everything?"

"Yes, I'm sure," he confird.

"So it's true, there are three blueprints of such value. It makes sense why Knight Lionell delivered them personally," Freya said.

Broken nodded with a smile. "Yeah, and for so reason, I'm really happy about it. I didn't expect to get the Unique-class Rift Digger at all. It's got so cool skills. I can't help but wonder what new abilities I can unlock as I keep training with this class."

"Yes, a miner class is truly sothing extraordinary, especially when combined with your Blacksmith class. Acquiring more rare minerals ans more money as well. You need to work really hard to take full advantage of everything you have," she said.

Broken quickly made his way back to the blacksmith workshop to check on Ingolf's progress with the enchantnt stones.

Enchantnt Stones and Blessed Stones were categorized into three qualities: low, dium, and high. Each quality directly affected the success rate of upgrades. The higher the quality of the stone used, the greater the chances of a successful upgrade. This made high-quality stones especially valuable, as they significantly reduced the risk of failure during the enchantnt process.

The number of stones needed for each upgrade varied: 3 enchantnt stones for 1 to 3, 6 stones for 4 to 6, and 9 stones for 7 to 9. However, it reset to 3 Blessed stones for 10 to 12, continuing with the sa pattern.

As the quality went up, so did the number of stones needed. But there were also so conveniences in upgrading equipnt. Every three upgrades were considered safe upgrades. So, once the upgrade reached 3 or its multiples, the chance of the upgrade level dropping was very low, practically safe. Because of that, many players aid to stop at these milestone multiples of three.

Consequently, Enchantnt Stones and Blessed Stones were highly valuable items because almost every player needed them. The upgrades provided significant percentage increases- up to 18% for 9, and up to 63% for 18. Naturally, the higher the upgrade level, the greater the benefits, but also the higher the cost and risk.

Up to 3, the increase was 1% for each level. After that, it jumped to 2% for each level up to 6. Then, the increase went up by 1% every three levels. It eventually capped at a 6% increase from 16 to 18. With the overall increase from 1 to 18 adding up to 63%, it was truly a huge boost! This was especially amazing for higher-level and higher-grade equipnt.

But what if soone wants to change their gear, like their armor or weapon? Would they have to go through this process all over again? Not entirely, because upgrades can be transferred to gear of the sa type. For instance, a sword's upgrade can be moved to another sword, and chest armor upgrades can be transferred to another chest armor. However, there's a chance the upgrade level might drop by up to three levels during the transfer. Even so, it's still a good deal because they won't have to start upgrading from scratch every ti.

But again, only those aiming for the highest levels of gaplay really push their equipnt upgrades all the way to 18. The cost of buying enchantnt stones is enormous, especially as the level and grade of the equipnt increase.

Because of all these reasons, Broken needed help from Ingolf. Producing enchantnt stones by himself resulted in a very small quantity of low-quality stones-nowhere near enough to upgrade all of his equipnt. He focused on producing the dium-quality and high-quality stones, while Ingolf mainly worked on the low-quality and dium-quality ones.

He quickly checked the number of enchantnt stones Ingolf had produced over the past few weeks. His priority was to upgrade the Invincible Paragon armor to 9 and do the sa for all his essential weapons. The higher the upgrade level, the more stones were needed, and the chances of failure-even resulting in a downgrade-increased.

Broken carefully laid out his Invincible Paragon set on the table, aligning each piece ticulously. Ingolf paused his work, eyes narrowing with curiosity.

"Are you certain we have enough enchantnt stones, My Lord?" Ingolf questioned. "Typically, this number of stones is only enough for two or three pieces of armor, particularly when we're dealing with a set as high grade as yours. This won't be easy, I'm afraid," he added. "What's more, enhancing a weapon is significantly trickier than upgrading armor, all the more so with your Legendary-grade weapons."

Broken chuckled softly. "Don't worry about it. We just need to give it a shot and make more enchantnt stones if we have to," he said with a confident smile. "Besides, a friend of mine once told I'm blessed by the gods, so my luck is exceptionally good."

[Invincible Paragon Gloves]

[Grade: Epic]

[Strength 50

Attack Speed 70

Defense 200]

Broken took a note of the current stats for comparison with the final results, aiming to upgrade at least to 9.

The process was straightforward: all he had to do was place the stone on the equipnt, and the enchantnt feature would activate and handle the upgrade automatically.

[Spend 3 Enchantnt Stones to Upgrade Invincible Paragon Gloves to 1?]

He watched with bated breath as the numbers changed- 1.

[You've succeeded in upgrading Invincible Paragon Gloves to 1.]

He continued with the process, watching intently. 2, then another attempt—a failure-and

it stayed at 2.

He paused for a mont, taking a deep breath. His hands were trembling; the fact that he had failed even at 2 was disheartening. Ingolf watched him intently.

Broken resud upgrading the gloves. 3, 4, failed, failed, 5, failed back to 4.

He halted again, feeling his hands itch with frustration.

"You should take a break, My Lord. Or the results might be worse," Ingolf suggested.

But Broken ignored him and continued.

He kept upgrading the shoes. 5, 6, 7, 8.

Ingolf's eyes widened in amazent as he watched the smooth process unfold. He swallowed

hard, clearly taken aback. "I've never seen such seamless upgrading before," he muttered in

disbelief.
