[The player is granted a new Unique-grade class Rift Digger]

[The new skill Quake Strike (Active Skill) Lv. 1 has been unlocked.]

[The new skill Miner's Fortitude (Conditional Passive Skill) Lv. 1 has been unlocked.] [The new skill Treasure Sense (Conditional Passive Skill) has been unlocked.]

[The new skill Puzzle Smacker (Conditional Active Skill) Lv. 1 has been unlocked.]

Broken stood still for a mont after reading the notification in front of him, muttering a curse to himself. It was a blend of joy and amazent-he had received yet another Unique- grade class just like that! And all this happened due to the Self-Transcendence Blessing bestowed by Goddess Akidia. Just how far-reaching is the capability of this blessing?

A Unique-grade class was given to him without any effort! And what is this, Rift Digger? Even according to the info he knew, only a handful of players possessed Unique-grade classes, yet here he was with three Unique-grade classes! He surely felt like he had raided an entire treasure trove!

From the set of skills he skimd, it seed like this class heavily depended on the use of a pickaxe. Damn, why did he have to get a miner's class when he was only doing it as a passing fancy?

But then, a miner's class was indeed perfect when paired with a blacksmith. However, he couldn't help but wonder why a miner? This ant he would have to focus even more on using this class, especially given the intriguing set of skills he had briefly read from the notification.

He needed to thoroughly read through each skill because this clearly sparked his excitent. [Quake Strike (Active Skill) Lv. 1]

[Whacking the ground with your trusty pickaxe causes a mini earthquake that shakes and stuns enemies in a small area around the caster.]

[Deals 300% of physical attack as damage and stuns enemies for 1 second.

Mana Cost: 400

Cooldown: 10 seconds]

The first skill, Quake Strike, was simply an offensive move using a pickaxe. Seriously, why did this class need an offensive skill? And with a pickaxe of all things? A pickaxe didn't even have a damage stat, did it? It seed useless unless he could craft a new pickaxe with good offensive capabilities and physical damage.

However, the skill did have a one-second stun and a short ten-second cooldown. This ant he could use the pickaxe to disrupt opponents' moves every ten seconds. That was quite valuable, considering it was only a level 1 skill. But for now, the mana cost felt steep at 400. Leveling up the skill would likely be a challenge since he rarely engaged in combat. Still, it offered another option among the offensive skills he possessed.

[Miner's Fortitude (Conditional Passive Skill) Lv. 1]

[Years of swinging that pickaxe have toughened you up, boosting your defense and health. Who knew mining could be such a workout?]

[Increases defense by 5% and maximum Health by 2,000.]

The second skill, Miner's Fortitude, increased defense and health when holding a pickaxe. But why? When soone was preparing for a fight, they'd surely choose a more practical weapon, right? Why hold a pickaxe that only increases defense and maximum health?

Broken had many questions about the set of skills he had gained. Yet again, he hadn't fully explored their potential. But since this was a Unique-grade class, the skills and their potential should be quite impressive.

He would really need to craft a better pickaxe, one that could be used for both mining and battling effectively.

[Treasure Sense (Conditional Passive Skill)]

[Equipped with a pickaxe, you integrate a radar-like sense with your map to detect hidden treasures.]

The third skill, Treasure Sense, felt truly amazing when he read about it. First, it was a passive skill, so he only needed to wield a pickaxe to activate the radar. The skill didn't have levels, aning he could imdiately use it to explore the mining cave with its most optimum potential.

As he examined it, Broken noticed an upgrade to his map system. He observed several icons on the map indicating spots with higher ore concentrations both ahead and behind in the corridor. This was indeed a very useful skill.

There were many incredibly expensive and rare ores in the world of Yunatea. If he could truly take advantage of this skill, he should be able to find sothing valuable for crafting better items or selling.

The potential was imnse. He could gain a lot of profit by utilizing this skill.

But then the thought of carrying a pickaxe everywhere he went seed quite botherso. People might think he had nothing better to do if he constantly carried a pickaxe instead of storing it in his inventory.

They might even start calling him "Broken the Pickaxe Lover" if he never let go of it. This was sowhat worriso, but he couldn't complain. He acquired these abilities instantly, with no effort! Surely, only a Sloth Champion could achieve such a thing.

[Puzzle Smacker (Conditional Active Skill) Lv. 1]

[With your pickaxe, you can smash through puzzle elents as if you're breaking rocks. Each swing has a chance to solve the puzzle, leave it unchanged, or, if you're not careful, break it

entirely!]

[Each hit has a 10% chance to solve the puzzle, a 10% chance to destroy it, and an 80% chance to leave it unchanged. Each attempt increases the chance to destroy it by 5%.]

The truly extraordinary aspects of this Unique-grade class began to reveal themselves when he read about the fourth skill, Puzzle Smacker. This skill was truly phenonal. For a miner exploring areas, especially those inside caves, encountering puzzles could be quite a nuisance. But with this skill, he could solve puzzles simply by smacking them!

He felt a surge of excitent at the thought of trying this out, particularly since dungeons often contained puzzles that required ti and thought to solve. Could this skill unlock sealed chambers, too? He would need to experint more with these skills. Clearly, with abilities like these, the Rift Digger class was proving to be quite the ga-changer.

But there was one drawback to this skill: the more he attempted to instantly solve a puzzle, the higher the chance it would break. What would happen if the puzzle broke? Would it destroy and eliminate the entire chanism? Would that an the puzzle didn't need to be solved at all?

He decided to leave this thought for now, planning to test it out whenever he had the chance.

The journey through the cave corridor continued, and they had spent over an hour inside. This was much longer than what Ulrich had originally explained when he said it wouldn't take this long to reach their destination.

As they walked further, the cave corridor widened until they saw a faint light at the end of the tunnel. Ulrich suddenly fell silent, a terrified look on his face as he pointed toward the light. "Over there... the demons are over there!" he said, trembling with fear.

Alora turned to Ulrich. "Are you sure the demons are there?" she asked softly but firmly.

"The demons will devour us. They'll kill us! We won't be able to escape," Ulrich continued,

his voice shaking.

Alora appeared to mull over the situation. Just then, Tristan spoke up. "Your Highness, should we check that place out? Or should we bring more troops if you're not confident in doing it now?" he said with a slight smile.

Broken sighed, recognizing that Tristan was clearly challenging Princess Alora.

This asshole! he thought.
