Freya began speaking with a confident tone, "The first thing we need to address is that you have managed to forge a spear of Legendary-grade quality. This weapon's skills are remarkably well-suited for dealing with large groups of adversaries, isn't it?"

Leon nodded. "Yes."

Freya continued, "The reason this spear stands out is because of its crowd control abilities, which make it incredibly effective against many foes at once. On the other hand, the Moonvine Knuckles are designed to deliver extrely powerful attacks, but they are more focused on individual targets."

Leon nodded. "Yes."

She then spoke with a mixture of encouragent and caution, "While I'm confident in your ability to wield the spear effectively, it is important to acknowledge that mastering its use in battle will take ti and effort. This is a task that will require patience and dedication on your part."

Leon nodded thoughtfully and replied, "I have already started learning how to use the spear, but I agree that more practice will be necessary."

Freya clicked her tongue. "You really do have a knack for making things challenging for yourself, don't you?" she said before chuckling softly.

In truth, Leon could have chosen to craft a sword, given his proficiency with it. However, he was well aware that expanding his arsenal would unlock more skills for his Super Novice class. This strategy gave him a wider array of options during combat. Especially if he had enough Mana to wield all those skills, he could unleash a barrage of attacks to inflict significant damage in a short period.

Freya continued, "There's also a ring with a description you haven't examined yet. Perhaps we can discuss it in detail at a later ti."

Leon nodded. "Yes."

"You now have at your disposal one Knight Commander and five knights who serve you personally. This could be quite beneficial."

Leon nodded. "Yes."

Freya continued, "It seems there's no problem with that setup; they will be instruntal in maintaining order in your town. While there are a few guards in Slumdon, their skill levels aren't exactly impressive. You'll need to train them rigorously to make them truly effective." "What do you think about the Knights, Freya?" he inquired.

Freya pondered for a mont before beginning, "Based on the description you provided earlier, it seems the six Knights have incredible potential. The issue lies with the previous royal party, which failed to fully utilize their capabilities. However, you've been able to delve deep into their stats and talents. Your intention to focus more on these Knights ans you have the opportunity to give them specialized training or even craft specific equipnt or weapons tailored for them."

Leon nodded slowly, digesting her statents. "That does sound like a substantial amount of work, but I also recognize my good fortune with these knights. Each of the six has a unique role to play within the party."

Freya chuckled at his modesty. "You're not just lucky, Leon; you're positively drenched in it." Lily, who had been quietly listening, nodded in agreent. "I feel fortunate as well, Leon," she chid in. "I've gained so much because of you." She leaned against Leon, her face radiating enthusiasm as they recounted all the remarkable achievents Leon had made in the ga that day.

Freya continued, "As for Slumdon Town, I've done so research, and it's evident that the town is in quite a dire state currently. However, just as Princess Alora highlighted, the area is rich in valuable mineral resources.

She continued, "Owning a city in Yunatea would be an incredible honor, sothing unprecedented in Immortal Legacy. You're the first to achieve such a feat. With this reality, I am confident that countless opportunities and advantages will co your way. We can discuss the specifics more later."

Leon nodded. "We have to turn this town into sothing extraordinary!"

"But," Freya's voice took a more serious tone as she continued, "to transform Slumdon Town into sothing remarkable, you will need a significant amount of resources-money, to be precise."

Leon nodded slowly, acknowledging the gravity of what she was saying. "I've considered that as well, but I'm not exactly sure how much I will need."

Freya explained further, "Constructing a city in Immortal Legacy is similar, in many ways, to building one in the real world, though sowhat less costly depending on various factors. However, a substantial amount of funds is still required to develop hos and a variety of public anities that are essential for the growth of the city. You'll need to employ people to help you, such as paying researchers, constructors, farrs, and others."

Leon's shoulders sagged slightly under the weight of this new responsibility. "I don't have the money to achieve that right now," he confessed, feeling a bit daunted. "What steps can I take in the anti?"

Freya smiled, shaking her head to dispel his worries. "There's no need for too much concern. I have a plan to address this issue."

Leon sighed softly and began to absorb the topic they were discussing more seriously. While he was indeed lucky to have access to a town in the ga, he hadn't been able to reap the benefits directly yet. He needed to invest a lot of money and ti to build it up before he could start profiting from it.

"So," Freya continued, "I'm here to provide you with so options for your consideration and leave the final decision to you."

"Yes, I'm ready, please tell the plan, Ms. Planner," Leon replied with a slight smile on his lips.

"First," Freya began, "Slumdon has great potential, even though the city is in a dire state. This is a great opportunity to be taken advantage of. For one, Slumdon can serve as a convenient stopping point for travelers on their way to the Keseon Kingdom. This is an opportunity that we cannot pass up, and we must ensure that we provide all the necessary anities so that more adventurers will make a stop in our town."

"That's a good idea," Leon said. "The town used to serve a similar function before, though its popularity dropped drastically after that. But we can restore that function to the town." "Secondly," she continued, "the town is situated close to a vast forest area towards the southwest seaside. I'm sure there are plenty of hunting grounds and resources to be found in the forest. By providing comprehensive facilities, we can attract many adventurers to stay in the town for longer. This way, they will also end up spending more money there."

"That's a great idea!"

"Lastly, there is an abundance of mineral resources in the area, which can be used to generate more profits. I'm sure that by mobilizing more workers to gather the minerals and process them into finished products, we can make a substantial amount of money from there." "That's certainly a good idea," Leon replied, paying close attention to Freya's words.

"Slumdon is the first city in Yunatea to be directly owned by a player," Freya continued, "so we have the opportunity to invite several brands to sponsor the construction of this city." "Interesting," he remarked, "what do they get in return for their sponsorship?" "There are several options," she explained. "For example, they can have their brand na used as a landmark or have a monunt built in their honor."

"And then? Tell the plan to attract all these sponsors," he said, intrigued.

Freya smiled and raised her eyebrows proudly. "Now, you really see the benefits of having a

work partner like , huh."

"You're the best, Freya," Leon said, giggling.

"Yeah, Freya is the best," Lily chid in as well.
