During the process of going upstairs, he introduced Ethen Cole to many of his new discoveries about the campus.
"The spicy crispy chicken cartilage rice bowl at Canteen 4 tastes great. Let's go have it together this evening," Hakim Nil suggested.
"Sure," Ethen Cole nodded in agreent.
"Haha, I've got sothing funny to tell you. The rice bowl does taste good, but the lady who sells it has an accent. Every ti she calls out, she says, 'So and so student, your spicy chicken butt is ready.'"
"Haha, that's so off, it's ridiculous!" Ethen Cole initially thought Hakim Nil was going to describe the taste of the rice bowl, but Hakim Nil's unexpected twist in the story had Ethen Cole laughing out loud.
"I find it amusing too. Let's go have so spicy chicken butt this evening," Hakim Nil added with a gleeful expression.
"By the way, let tell you about another one. The aunt at the other window also has an accent and speaks with a dialect. She sells 'Red Beans'!" Hakim Nil said.
" Red beans?" Ethen Cole raised an eyebrow, not understanding what Hakim Nil was talking about.
"Hahaha, you really don't understand either. Don't laugh when I tell you; the 'Red beans' she sells is wontons!"

The two roommates occasionally shared amusing stories, quickly breaking the sense of unfamiliarity within the short ti it took to go upstairs.

"Hey, handso, I'm back," he shouted as soon as he entered.
"Haha, so it's little Hakimi back," ca a response. In the dormitory's living room, a boy who had been facing away from the door suddenly turned around.
This boy stood at 182 cm tall, remarkably handso, with hair dyed golden, making his skin appear almost luminescent.
