He understood that if it weren't for the desire to beco stronger quickly and help him, the Blux wouldn't have to endure such hardship.

"Thank you, Blux."

Ethen spoke with genuine emotion.

"Rio!"

The Blux Rioed, pretending to be at ease. To show that it was alright, it even deliberately strutted around Ethen.

However, after just a couple of steps, an overwhelming sense of weakness struck, and the Blux toppled to the ground.

Under the cover of the thunderstorm, survival is only possible by continuously evading lightning attacks.

Due to the terrifying thunderstorm that fills the area, the Endless Abyss is also known as a forbidden zone. It is extrely difficult for any living being to survive here.

After Blux fell unconscious, Ethen imdiately administered healing dicine and blood replenishing pills that he carried with him to Blux.

After taking the dicine, Blux's deteriorating condition was halted, and its breathing gradually stabilized, though awakening would still take so ti.

Ethen had no choice but to store Blux in the battle pet space and summon Rainbow to accompany him on the journey. Because the thunder in the sky was too terrifying, Ethen dared not command Rainbow to fly.

Instead, he and Rainbow advanced slowly, one step at a ti, into the depths of the Endless Abyss.

Although Rainbow did not possess the powerful combat strength of Blux, its vision was keen, and it had a wider visual range.

Moreover, as a flying battle pet, it was naturally sensitive to changes in the weather, often detecting the signs of brewing thunderstorms in the clouds and warning Ethen in advance.

With the aid of this ability, Ethen managed to avoid being struck by lightning multiple tis and progressed steadily into the depths.

Though the process sounds easy, it was actually very arduous. Because they had to constantly evade the onslaught of the thunderstorm, Ethen had to stop and go frequently.

When the winds were too strong, they even needed to find shelter to hide from the wind. The progress of the man and beast was extrely slow.

Throughout the journey, Rainbow's stamina was greatly depleted. Fortunately, Ethen carried a relatively rich supply of provisions, enabling both of them to continue with difficulty.

One hour, two hours, three hours.

Ti passed slowly. Every hour, Ethen would summon Blux to feed it healing dicine.

Finally, after three hours, Blux awakened. With Blux's awakening, its internal injuries fully healed. Blux's recovery brought imnse relief to Ethen.

In the subsequent journey, Blux and Rainbow took turns assisting Ethen in moving forward. In this manner, they traveled through the Abyss for a full day and night. After a day and night, Ethen was utterly exhausted.

Looking at the fierce winds and the lurking lightning in the clouds, and observing the apocalyptic scene of the forbidden land, Ethen was uncertain about how far the road ahead stretched or how much longer it would take to see the Sky Piercing Black Eagle.

Just as he felt sowhat lost, he suddenly noticed the wind was weakening.

"Oh?"

The change in the wind brought him great joy, as it signaled a shift in conditions. In the next mont, the scene around Ethen underwent a dramatic transformation.

The once raging winds and flashing lightning vanished, replaced by a cavern exuding a tranquil aura. This cavern had not been there before, as if it had suddenly appeared.

Within the cavern, there was no hint of explosive energy, clearly indicating it was a place of serenity.

"Where is this?"

Ethen's eyes showed confusion. He couldn't determine if this was the deep part of the Endless Abyss he had imagined.

"Co in, young one..."

At that mont, a voice echoed from within the cave.

"This voice sounds so familiar; it's the elder of the Holy Totem!"

Ethen was overjoyed upon hearing it and imdiately recognized the source. Without hesitation, he entered the cavern, accompanied by Rainbow, who was equally exhausted.

Inside the cave was a completely different world. As soon as he entered, Ethen felt a serene atmosphere.

What greeted his eyes was a scene of small bridges and flowing water, with paths paved in blue stone.

Following his intuition, Ethen crossed the small bridge and arrived at a vast garden. In this garden, there were no fewer than a hundred varieties of flowers.

These various species complented each other, presenting a vibrant and flourishing spectacle. In the center of the garden stood a colossal tree. The tree soared into the sky, roughly estimated to be nearly a hundred ters tall.

"Could this be the hidden abode of the Sky Piercing Black Eagle?"

Ethen was astonished by the beautiful scene before him. The arduous journey had left a deep impression of the thunderstorm filled Endless Abyss on him.

He never imagined that within the depths of the Endless Abyss, there would be such a paradise, a utopia like this.

"Hehe, co on up."

Accompanied by a light chuckle from the Sky Piercing Black Eagle, a curtain of light suddenly descended from the treetop of the giant tree. This curtain of light resembled a bridge, connecting Ethen to the treetop.

This...

Ethen, filled with curiosity, walked onto the bridge. The golden bridge ford by the curtain of light seed almost tangible, a marvel to behold.

Soon, Ethen, accompanied by Rainbow, arrived in front of a treehouse perched within the treetop. Snap! The golden bridge of light vanished, and the door of the treehouse opened.

Ethen entered the treehouse. Inside, a burly middle aged man dressed in black was sitting steadily beside a wooden table.

Upon seeing Ethen enter, he imdiately looked up and smiled at Ethen, saying, "You've finally arrived, have a seat!"

Ethen understood that the middle aged man in black before him was the Sky Piercing Black Eagle.

He imdiately cupped his hands in greeting and then sat down, feeling slightly reserved.

"This little one indeed carries a trace of my own bloodline..."

Nodding slightly at Ethen, the gaze of the middle aged man in black fell upon Rainbow.
