He said, “Mutant creatures are appearing all over the world, but most mutations are minor. I’ve only seen one like Black Sea Bream No. 2 that’s completely mutated. Could it be because you stimulated it with nuclear radiation?”
He Xingzhou nodded, “That should have had an impact.”
