With the use of his mory magic, it only took Raya less than five minutes to gather the answers to Kyran's question.

That was right. Answers.

The Boyd family mbers actually gave different answers, giving Kyran a massive headache.

Apparently, depending on the Boyd family mber's access token, the information they received was different.

Among the people Ingrid had taken, there were at least four levels of access tokens, aning they received four different locations.

Ingrid probably was the only one who knew the correct location. However, Kyran excluded her from Raya's mory extraction.

Kyran might not have bought Fiona's claim of possessing a mark of so sort that would alert the Boyd Family's ancestor if she was in danger, but Ingrid was different. Ingrid's identity in the Boyd Family was definitely more important than Fiona's, so the forr's claim earlier was likely true. If Raya used his magic on Ingrid, the Boyd ancestor would likely notice it since Raya's magic would have to enter Ingrid's body for it to work.

Kyran wanted to avoid alerting the Boyd ancestor. Thus, he had Myst torture her with his five-fold gravity while also letting her watch the other Boyd family mbers suffer the mory extraction.

Ingrid was seething in anger and cursed the young man to her core. But she was also reeling in shock after discovering the first man possessed mory magic.

She racked her brains for information they had of the Regis Clan's mages and did not recall anyone who possessed mory magic. The young man who pointed a blade at her also possessed an unknown magic. It appeared to be a type of Wind magic, but it also felt a little different because when he used it, there was no movent in the air.

These three were from the Regis Clan, right? Or was she mistaken?

Ingrid was beginning to doubt their identities. She did not doubt that they had a blood of a Regis per se, but she did not understand how they knew Disciple Tyr.

As far as Ingrid was concerned, when Disciple Tyr made a na for himself, the Regis Clan was already trapped in their own barrier. They could not possibly know about him. They might have known about him from Master Noir's announcent last year, but would that be enough for the Regis Clan to show interest? Besides, the Conclave had not even made a move after they had taken Disciple Tyr. They might not even know they took him.

But these three knew. How?

It was said that Tyr had been out on an errand for almost a year. That was why no one had ever seen him before. Because of this, a rumor that he was not real had circulated for so ti. There was even so talk that Master Noir made him up to stop the other noble families from pestering him to take their 'genius' young master or mistress as his disciple.

Could it be that the 'errand' Tyr had done for almost a year was to stay with the Regis and study?

Ingrid recalled Princess Haylee's comnt about Tyr's combat ability appearing to be similar to the Regis Clan.

Could this really be the reason? Disciple Tyr learned combat techniques with the Regis Family. If this was true, he could be considered a mber of the Regis Clan!

This thought left Ingrid reeling in fright.

According to Gael, Tyr was the first to advise the army about Kyran Regis's whereabouts. If Ingrid's guess was right, that Disciple Tyr was part of the Regis Clan, then his information might have been deliberate. After all, there was no way a mber of the Regis would betray their own, especially their young master.

The more Ingrid thought of this, the more she saw the possibility.

Then what about the Conclave? It was impossible for them not to know about Tyr's relationship with the Regis because it was Master Noir who asked him on an 'errand.'

Ingrid then recalled how the Conclave chose to protect Disciple Tyr against the Lumley Family, disregarding their 'neutral' status.

'They Conclave knows!' Ingrid thought, reeling at the realization. 'They would rather cut ties with the Lumley Family than face the wrath of the Regis Clan.'

Another thought crossed Ingrid's mind, and she almost yelped in shock. Fortunately, she was being tortured by gravity at that mont, so her yelping was not surprising.

In any case, Ingrid had to find a way to inform her family about what she had discovered. Even if there was no solid proof, all her conjectures were based on facts. Especially the last one she had thought of, the possibility that the Conclave knew what happened to the Regis Clan all this ti and was already plotting sothing.

Their performance in the recent Joint Military Activity was also too shocking. Apart from this, Ingrid knew Tyr had been moving around the empire.

Ingrid also recalled Tyr's peculiar remark after a chunk of Noser City appeared in the Courtenay Land. Based on his words, he clearly knew sothing.

Why did they not realize it then?

Frustration took over Ingrid. If only she had paid more attention. Alas, she had been so busy keeping an eye on Mannick that she missed such important clues.

In the end, Ingrid could only endure while trying to think of a way how to escape the gravity's influence. With her discovery, her priority now was not to save her people but to escape alive.

Their communication devices were destroyed, so sending a ssage was no longer an option. She could not even let the other Boyd mber deliver it because the information and reasoning were all inside her head. It was impossible to explain everything with the three Regis around. In any case, the safest way to inform her family was for her to tell them personally.

All she had to do was find an opportunity to use her last burst of strength and escape from the gravity's influence. That was the most realistic thing she could do. If she managed to escape from the gravity but could not shake off the three's pursuit, she could force activate her protection seal and alert their ancestor of her situation. Doing this was also tricky because she had to stay alive until he arrived.

But Ingrid soon realized that it was impossible to escape from the gravity's influence. To be accurate, her supposed 'last burst of strength' was rapidly depleting because she was maintaining a magic barrier to protect her body from receiving the brunt of the gravity's influence.

The fact that the man's gravity magic could affect her this much left Ingrid in shock. She was an Exalted. Even if she had almost used up her magic energy, her natural magic defenses and her uniform's enchantnts should have protected her enough. But that was not the case.

'No,' Ingrid's eyes burned with determination. 'I have to find a way to escape!'

While Ingrid was having these thoughts, Kyran silently observed from the side.

Alas, he could do many things but read minds. If he knew what kind of thoughts were running through Ingrid's mind, he might have already knocked her unconscious.

Such thoughts would only worsen the situation if Haylee's side heard it.

"No good, young master," Raya said with a slight shake of his head. He looked at Kyran and added, "I can't find any clues as to which of the locations they ntioned is the correct one from their mories."

Kyran looked at the Boyd family mbers sprawled on the floor. Most of their mouths were already foaming from the strain of having their mories extracted. Since Raya could not find anything, it was useless to delve further.

With this in thought, he looked at Ingrid.

When Ingrid felt the young man's gaze on her, she glared at him and spitefully growled, "Even if you kill them in front of , I will not tell you what I know."

"Is that so?" Kyran said and pointed at the nearest Boyd mber.

The man was already wasted; thus, he did not react when Kyran pointed at him.

Ingrid could only grit her teeth and endure as she watched a thin line appear on the man's neck before his head rolled slightly to the side.

Myst and Raya exchanged glances. They never expected to see Kyran's ruthless side. If it was Master Cade, they were sure that he would have resorted to beating up Ingrid until she spoke, then threatened her by killing her people. Even if she did not say anything in the end, Cade would have still found a way for her to tell him.

When Ingrid did not budge, Kyran pointed at another Boyd mber.

This ti, it was a woman. Among the mbers, she was the only one who still looked normal. She was slightly conscious and aware of what was happening. When she saw the young man point at her, she let out a pitiful cry. She even looked at Ingrid pleadingly. But when Ingrid only looked to one side, she bit her lower lip and closed her eyes. She seed to have accepted her fate.

When Kyran saw this, a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. He looked at Ingrid and said, "The Boyd Family's Villa, south of liora, was it?"

Ingrid's expression remained unreadable. However, Kyran saw a minute change in her complexion. Even the pupil of her eyes slightly contracted.

Myst and Raya seed to have noticed sothing as well and looked at Kyran with a smile. It seed their young master was not as ruthless as they had thought.
