“must go through a local qualifier to enter qualifier rounds”… I thought this was my error in my understanding, but hey… it’s not… the heck, local qualifier before qualifier rounds, on the sa city? But why? Even DBZ didn’t bother to do that much… I bla it to DBZ, so yeah… please bla Akira Toriyama instead… okay? No? Damn.
