"Huh? Isn't that Eraser?"

Just as everyone was feeling tense, a bright and cheerful female voice suddenly ca from behind them.

The mont he heard it, Aizawa's face darkened at a speed visible to the naked eye, as if he had just encountered sothing terrifying.

Everyone turned around and saw a stylishly dressed woman walking toward them with a wide smile.

As she walked, she said happily,

"I saw you on TV during U.A.'s Sports Festival~! I've wanted to et you properly for so long!"

"Wait… she is—"

Midoriya seed to recognize her, but before he could finish speaking, everyone understood why Aizawa looked so miserable.

"Let's get married!"

"Pff—!!!"

This shocking declaration instantly made all of Class 1-A's eyes widen.

For a mont, everyone felt like they were watching a dramatic romance show.

Various strange scenarios flashed through their minds.

"I never thought soone would actually fall for this dead-fish-eyed teacher!" Masata muttered in disbelief.

Sure, Aizawa looked handso when he dressed properly, but most of the ti he looked like a sloppy uncle.

For such a beautiful woman to confess so boldly…

There had to be so hidden story behind it.

However, in the face of this sudden confession, Aizawa remained completely cold.

No—calling it "cold" was an understatent.

It was absolute indifference.

"No."

A clean and decisive rejection.

"Rejected just like that?! That's hilarious!"

Just as everyone thought the woman might burst into tears, she suddenly laughed loudly instead.

Aizawa, on the other hand, seed completely used to this.

Midoriya finally explained her identity.

"She's the Pro Hero Ms. Joke! Her Quirk is 'Hysterical Laughter'! It forces people nearby to laugh uncontrollably, paralyzing their thinking and actions! Her fighting style is super unique!"

After hearing this, Masata felt once again how strange and terrifying Quirks could be.

Forcing people to laugh?

That sounded like it involved direct manipulation of nerves.

This world really was full of wonders.

"If we get married, our house would be filled with endless laughter!" Ms. Joke said cheerfully.

She showed no intention of giving up and continued pestering Aizawa.

Unfortunately, after being single for over thirty years, Aizawa was completely immune to this kind of attack.

"Actually… that doesn't sound too bad," Masata whispered to Yaoyorozu.

"With that Quirk, the house would never be quiet. What do you think about us in the future?"

Before he could finish, Yaoyorozu chopped his head lightly with her hand.

"Stop talking nonsense!"

There were too many people around. She wasn't as thick-skinned as him.

"You two really get along well," Asui comnted calmly.

"Ah, our offices were close before, so we helped each other a lot and slowly fell in lo—"

Before she could finish, Aizawa cut her off.

"That's completely false."

"Long-term love?!"

Masata looked at Aizawa with strange eyes.

…Alright, that was just his imagination running wild.

"By the way," Aizawa asked, "did you also bring your students for the provisional license exam?"

"Of course!"

Ms. Joke turned around and waved behind her.

"Co on! U.A. is right here!"

At her call, a group of students walked forward.

Leading them was a young man with slightly curly black hair.

He looked bright, handso, and full of vitality.

For so reason, Masata felt he looked a little like Midoriya—just with darker hair.

"Oh! It's really them!"

Before they even got close, the boy spoke excitedly.

"They're all people from TV!"

"Taking the provisional exam in first year? That's amazing!"

"No wonder, so much has happened to U.A.!"

"As expected, U.A. is different!"

Under their admiration, Ms. Joke introduced them.

"Shiketsu Academy High School, Second Year, Class Two! I'm their horoom teacher! Please take care of us~!"

"My na is Shindo Yo!"

The black-haired boy stepped forward enthusiastically, grabbed Masata's hand, and shook it hard.

"I know you, Igarashi! You're amazing! You're so strong!"

Facing Shindo's enthusiasm, Masata felt slightly uncomfortable.

A faint instinct told him that this boy wasn't as friendly as he looked.

Since this exam was essentially a battlefield, Masata didn't bother pretending.

"Yeah," he replied casually.

"I'm very strong. I can take on as many opponents as you want."

Shindo froze for a mont.

Then he smiled again.

"U.A. has gone through so much this year. It must've been hard."

"But you still keep moving forward as heroes."

"That kind of spirit is essential for a hero."

His positive words and clean appearance quickly earned him goodwill from most of Class 1-A.

Everyone began to like him.

Everyone except Bakugo.

When Shindo extended his hand, Bakugo slapped it away.

"Tch."

Like Masata, he also felt sothing was off.

After that, the other Shiketsu students joined in chatting.

On normal days, they rarely had opportunities to interact with students from other schools like this.

Everyone kept complinting Class 1-A, and before long, so of the classmates beca a little carried away.

"I didn't expect we'd be this famous!"

"It feels like being a celebrity!"

"This is the power of U.A., huh…"

Watching his classmates enjoy the praise, Masata felt slightly uneasy.

But he didn't say anything.

So lessons could only be learned through experience.

He suspected that Class 1-A might suffer a small setback soon.

However, for Masata himself, it wasn't a big problem.

As long as nothing unexpected happened, he was confident he could protect everyone.

So, when facing these seemingly friendly but potentially dangerous outsiders…

He decided to let them enjoy themselves first.
