"Does the aquarium have great white sharks?" Uesugi Sakura suddenly asked, as he seed to have never heard of such famous fish being kept anywhere.

"Nope," Hanamaru Hanabi gazed at the Gray Mako Shark, her hand on the transparent glass, the colorful underwater world reflected in her eyes, "they can’t survive in a tank."

"Why not?" Aei twisted her head, her face pressed against the glass.

Hanamaru Hanabi smiled at her and said:

"They love swimming and need to swim to get oxygen. Their lifeti journey can span across two oceans, and no aquarium tank is as big as the sea."

"Are they all uncomfortable here?" Chiaei asked.

"Yeah."

"So, why are they put in here?" Aei asked.

Uesugi Sakura knew this, so he answered for Hanamaru Hanabi, "To let people watch them swim."

"So that’s not a good thing then!"

"Not entirely, keeping sea fish like these isn’t good for them, but it lets people learn about the ocean. You see, all around us are kids about your age."

"Oh~"

Aei seed uninterested in the answer and pressed her forehead against the aquarium’s clear wall again.

Inside, countless swimming fish flicked their tails, dancing gracefully. They lingered together, weaving in and out like a shuttle, swiftly flicking their tails up and down.

Their scales reflected brilliant and colorful lights, creating thousands of fleeting beauties.

"Brother, what are those fish called?" Aei pointed to a spotted fish that stayed still.

"Giant Grouper." Uesugi Sakura glanced at the sign on his left.

"And that one!"

"Golden Pomfret."

"That one!"

"Moonlight fish."

"And, and, that one."

"Stingray."

For every fish Aei pointed to, Uesugi Sakura looked at the sign and told her the na.

After naming dozens, Chiaei said in admiration, "Brother, you’re amazing, you know everything."

Uesugi Sakura chuckled, "No big deal."

It was the first ti the two little girls had been to the aquarium, and their eyes were filled with curiosity.

Hanamaru Hanabi, on the other hand, was watching all kinds of sharks and taking pictures with her phone.

"Why are you taking so many photos?" Uesugi Sakura asked.

She put down the phone, "These photos can be great references when I draw."

Uesugi Sakura snuggled up to her, inhaling her enticing sweet fragrance, and glanced at the photos she had taken, "The shark emojis you use in chat, did you draw them yourself?"

"Aren’t they cute?"

"They’re nicely drawn, but they’re so round and fat, just like you, silly."

"I’m not silly!"

Hanamaru Hanabi smiled gently, her smile indescribable, like the pure bud of a lily, or like cherry blossom petals in spring, dreamy and surreal, adorning her cute face with beauty.

Uesugi Sakura never expected such happy daily life, such a loving partner.

And now she stood before him, his fiancée.

Just being in front of little Hanabi made his heart feel sweetly moved.

Uesugi Sakura flicked her forehead, "You’re silly."

With a "thud," Hanamaru Hanabi covered her forehead, softly grumbling in complaint, "Sakura-kun is bullying again...."

"Only soone silly is easy to bully. If you were smarter, you’d end up bullying instead."

Her character was very soft, and she absolutely couldn’t bring herself to bully others.

"Do boys all like silly girls?"

"Haven’t you heard the saying, ’Smart won aren’t loved’?"

"Hanabi thinks that saying is wrong."

"Why is it wrong? Though it’s kind of biased, I really don’t like overly smart girls. At least for , it holds true."

"Hanabi is smart."

"You? What’s so smart about you?" Uesugi Sakura laughed, wanting to flick Hanamaru Hanabi’s head again, but this ti she dodged it, "You’re the little girl who still kicks off the blanket at night."

"Kicking off the blanket has nothing to do with intelligence..." Embarrassed by the comnt, Hanamaru Hanabi’s voice weakened considerably.

"Kicking off the blanket ans you’re still like a child. If Aei and Chiaei are little girls, then you’re a big little girl, silly and daft!"

"No, I’m not!" Hanamaru Hanabi’s cheeks flushed.

Uesugi Sakura couldn’t help but smile more, leaning closer to her in a whispering tone, "Don’t rush, I’ll tell you how to get smarter."

"I don’t need to be smarter."

"Really? You don’t want to hear?"

Hanamaru Hanabi shifted her gaze for a long ti before finally looking at him, "I do want to hear..."

"There’s a thod called ’magic infusion’ that can transfer my smartness to you."

"Really...?" Hanamaru Hanabi felt he sounded strange, thinking he was bluffing her again.

"Really." Uesugi Sakura wore an earnest expression.

"So how do we do it..."

Uesugi Sakura leaned to her ear and whispered: "Like this... like this... and then like this...."

The more Hanamaru Hanabi listened, the more embarrassed she beca, burying her flushed, burning face into her hands, realizing he was joking.

"You’re awful..."

"It’s just a couple’s little ga. Let’s try it when we get ho tonight, okay?" Uesugi Sakura lowered his voice even further, so only they could hear.

"No way..." Hanamaru Hanabi blushed, nervously twining her fingers, "Only a little kiss..."

As soon as she said this, Hanamaru Hanabi appeared more and more delicate.

Worried that people might misunderstand and think he was bullying a girl, Uesugi Sakura had to say:

"Alright, alright, no couple gas. Do you want to take a ride on the Ferris wheel later?"

"Brother!"

After watching the fish, Aei ran over, "What were you talking about with Hanabi sister?"

Uesugi Sakura: "About how to get smarter."
