At exactly mid-day, the long awaited press conference for Wu Tangning started. The reporters were screaming questions before she even took a seat. She was one of those celebrities they had never had any dirt on: until now. It was not even dirt but they way they were acting, it almost seed as if they had caught her in bed with a married man.
She was hiding her eyes behind a pair of sunglasses to avoid all the flashing lights.
"Off." he manger whispered to her.
Unhappily, she removed them, slowly with a scowl as if she was facing a firing squad and she had just been told to remove her bulletproof vest.
"Wu Tangning, are you friends with Jun ilin. Did she ask you to humiliate her mother-in-law?"
"Grace, Grace, You have been ranking number one on trending topics on every social dia site in the empire. Does this make you excited?"
"Tangning, how often has there been fighting in Jun ilin’s house? Is it true that her husband attempted to kill her? Are you a witness?"
"Tangning, Tangning, Tangning, now that your graceful image has fallen is your company going to abandon you?"
"You lost six hundred thousand followers on weibo in one night. Does this diminish you value as an A list singer?"
"Do you wear the cat ears for your boyfriend in bed?"
"Were you trying to hype last night?"
"Are you going to endorse an companies that sell or make water hoses?"
They kept hurling questions chaotically, not even giving her a chance to respond. Like vultures, they were seeking to tear her apart and leave nothing but the bones. Staff of her agency, her manager and hotel staff had to intervene to bring the chaos to order and she finally started responding to questions.
"Good morning to you all, thank you for coming to my press conference. First of all I would like to apologize to my fans for any disappointnt that they may be feeling as a result of my actions last night. Second, I would like to apologize to my agency for any financial backlash that this event has brought about.
I am not usually unhinged or temperantal. The events of last night occurred because I had a throbbing headache, my eyes were paining and I was really tired. The reporters blinked a few tis. Was this it? They had all co a long way to listen to this crap. No way, they had to go away with sothing that would make headlines.

Ten bars of gold, an apartnt in Shennong villas, a luxury watch, a set of silk bedding, a life ti supply of Juan teas, a Sunning Royce car, a pair of king’s green bracelets, one designer handbag, three one hundred year old ginsengs and an endorsent for Kite Air."
In the midst of gasps, the n carried the gifts over to the table and placed them down. Wu Tangning was in shock, caras were flashing, reporters were yelling questions. The excitent which had fizzled out with Wu Tangning’s apology reached a fever pitch.
Her agent anwhile reached out of the contract which the woman in the white suit was holding out, asking for a signature.
"Is this real?" she yelled over the noise.
She took it and looked it over with trembling hands. Wu Tangning put her head together with her agent’s so that they could whisper about the contract. Endorsents of this kind were usually left the big stars--superstars. Only S rank celebrities endorsed airlines.
It was clearly marked in the contract that she would be paid twenty million yuan per year to endorse Kite Air’s luxury experiences. She would have to shoot promotional adverts whenever the company desired, dress in their rchandise when needed. She had to make appearances, take photographs and only fly using Kite Air planes.
It could be renegotiated after two years, if her value increased so would the endorsent fee. If she breached her contract, she would have to pay quarter a billion.
The contract was aboveboard, more than fair to her as she was being overpaid and the endorsent would be hers even if she left her current company GG Entertainnt. Her agent handed her the pen and she signed it imdiately.
The woman that had brought the contract and gifts over handed Tangning a business card. "Our doors are open to you from now on." She smiled, turned around and left along with the ten n that moved like well trained soldiers.
The staff in the anwhile had been doing the hard job of keeping the reporters back. Even hotel security had been invited in case soone tried to steal a gold bar or one of the other gifts that Tangning had been given.
Wu Tangning was already trending again, she had given the netizens sothing to talk about. #Bride Tangning was number nine on trending topics and quickly rising. The gifts she had been given were being called bridal gifts.
"Wu Tangning, does this an that you are moving from GG Entertainnt to Phoenix Entertainnt?"
Wu Tangning could not answer that question. Instead she said into the microphone, "It seems I need to buy a bigger hose and invited Mrs. Sun Mo over again."
