Ever since swallowing the Beyonder characteristic and becoming a Secrets Suppliant, Silas's prayer targets had basically all been dangerous existences.

Setting aside the nurous evil gods like the True Creator, the Hidden Sage, and the Primordial Witch, even the Evernight Goddess, his nominal superior before, gave him the feeling of a neutral observer calculating his investnt potential.

There was no help for it.

The knowledge Silas obtained from the Secrets Suppliant potion had been twisted by the True Creator.

It didn't include neutral and friendly mystical entities, only the True Creator and His dependents, two extrely dangerous existences.

The various rituals were also basically related to Him, sacrificing to please Him, praying to Him for power, and such.

Although the True Creator was very dangerous, previously he could still rely on the illusory tide to resist ntal pollution, complete rituals, and achieve his goals.

So to speak, eating the candy coating and throwing back the cannonball.

But ever since Silas killed the True Creator's offspring, this petty evil god actually held a grudge.

Not only did He refuse to respond to Silas's prayers, He would also use the rituals to send down massive amounts of mad ravings, trying to destroy his sanity.

In other words, Silas was currently trapped in an awkward situation where he had no one to pray to.

The True Creator was disgusted with him and resisted him, the Goddess's attitude was ambiguous, and the other evil gods were equally dangerous.

But Silas needed prayer targets. Otherwise, many useful rituals couldn't be perford.

So he began searching for other prayer targets.

The first target he considered was that mysterious [Fool]. However, his multiple attempts to pray to [Fool] all failed because his golden finger resisted [Fool].

He had also analyzed that perhaps he could massively consu his spirituality until the remaining spirituality was insufficient to support that tide.

At that point, the tide wouldn't appear automatically and wouldn't stop him. But directly facing a deity of unknown good or evil was far too dangerous.

So when Silas saw the honorific nas and detailed explanations of the Seven Lights in 'Sights in the Spirit World', he imdiately beca very interested in Them.

I can try to establish contact with Them. It's ti to et so friendly mystical existences.

Thinking this, he returned to his room and began preparing the ritual.

'

According to the book's description, there were two ways to contact the Seven Lights of the Spirit World.

One was the "mystical union ritual," which required the person performing the ritual to open their heart and spirit, making deep contact with the corresponding existence, thereby obtaining relevant knowledge, power, help, or spiritual experience.

This thod was relatively easy to achieve, but it would cause one's spirit to be completely exposed to the other party, and secrets one didn't want to reveal might also be learned by them.

As for the second thod, it was even simpler and more direct: the "spirit summoning ritual," directly inviting one of the Seven Lights down from the Spirit World to answer various questions.

It didn't involve contact with the mind and was a bit safer.

The downside was that the Seven Lights of the Spirit World had very high positions and might not necessarily respond to his prayers as a re Sequence 5.

Silas thought for a while and decided to use the second thod.

Whether they'd respond or not, he'd try first.

With this attitude, he created a spiritual wall, prepared the altar, lit three candles, and dripped essential oil into the flas.

After completing the preparations, he placed a paper figure in the center of the altar as a dium for the spirit summoning.

He stepped back, opened his mouth, and recited the prayer in ancient Hers:

"I!"

"I pray in my na."

"I pray to communicate with 'The Inextinguishable Light of the Spirit World, The Embodint of infinite knowledge, The Red who wields authority and will'..."

While controlling his fragnting spirit, he recited the prayer. Due to his ntal chaos, it took him a bit of ti to successfully finish the prayer.

The target of his prayer was one of the Seven Lights, "Red Light" Aiur Moria.

This pure light symbolizing authority and will often appeared in the image of a dignified elder holding a scepter and mastered nurous knowledge in the mystical domain.

From Silas's perspective as a Secrets Suppliant, this "Red Light's" ritual was neither evil nor mad.

Although not as powerful as a deity, His position was already considered very high.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

With his prayer, the flas on the three candles expanded and enlarged at the sa mont, magically connecting together to construct a phantom light gate.

The world outside the altar beca pitch black, and countless indifferent eyes opened.

These eyes weren't evil, but neither were they benevolent. They simply existed objectively, watching him.

"Whoosh..."

An invisible wind blew across the altar, surging within the spiritual wall.

On the altar, that paper figure wasn't affected by the wind. Instead, it shakily stood up, its surface stained with pure crimson.

It worked on the first try?

Silas looked at this red color, feeling slightly surprised.

This red was different from the color of blood and flesh he was used to seeing daily. It wasn't so bloody, but rather rich and bright, like pure light.

"Hello."

Silas greeted the other party.

In that book 'Sights in the Spirit World', the author recorded that the Seven Lights liked to teach people and liked people to treat them as teachers rather than high-positioned beings.

As he greeted them, he activated the illusory tide in his mind.

Although "Red Light" seed relatively friendly, to prevent accidents, he still maintained vigilance.

"Hello."

The red paper figure replied, bowing slightly to Silas. Although the voice was very dignified, the tone was very gentle.

Quite polite, more courteous than I imagined.

Silas thought to himself.

After bowing, the paper figure possessed by "Red Light" Aiur Moria stood quietly, seemingly waiting for Silas to speak first.

Uh, what should I say?

After making eye contact with Red Light for a few seconds, Silas spoke. "Esteed 'Red Light' Aiur Moria, I see you're quite red, like a hamadryas baboon's... cough cough, sorry, please ignore what I just said."

Halfway through his words, his spirit was suddenly influenced by the Pyromaniac's lamb soul, and he actually took the initiative to provoke "Red Light."

Fortunately, he controlled himself before finishing. "Actually, I have a few questions I'd like you to answer."

"Please just call Aiur Moria," the other party answered. "No need to apologize. I understand your difficulties."

Too polite.

Silas thought to himself, but said aloud, "As you can see, my ntal state isn't very stable right now. Is there any way to solve my ntal problems?"

After asking this question, he could feel Red Light fall silent for a mont.

It seed like after pondering, he slowly answered, "Unfortunately, your problem is fundantal. With my shallow knowledge, I cannot offer any constructive suggestions."

The Seven Lights of the Spirit World, existences symbolizing knowledge itself, actually said their own knowledge was shallow?

Silas found it hard to believe.

He felt the other party's silence was sowhat suspicious, as if they knew sothing but were unwilling to answer.

Besides that, what made him even more confused was that the other party actually said his madness was fundantal. Was this hinting that his madness had deeper underlying reasons?

"Never mind."

Seeing that the other party was unwilling to answer questions about himself, he simply gave up for now.

Then, as if rembering sothing, he took out that section of white rib bone. "Excuse , do you know how to use this Beyonder item?"
