Article 120 Line 1

- During tis of peace, each academy has the authority to manage transportation through their territory and has a duty to manage and preserve it.

Article 120 Line 2

- Each academy’s transportation managent authority is based on the range designated in the Testant descriptions and is subject to the ruler/vassal relationships described therein.
