"Withdraw?" Kisa scoffed, his tone dripping with disdain.

"You must be joking. If it's war they want, I'll gladly oblige!"

The sheer audacity of the Whitebeard Pirates demanding him to withdraw was almost laughable.

"This Fish-Man Island belongs to , and no one else," Kisa declared with unwavering certainty.

"Neither the Marines nor Whitebeard pirates can take it away!"

The idea of surrendering the island to Whitebeard's so-called protection was beneath him.

Sure, Kisa was self-aware enough to acknowledge that on land, he might not stand a chance against Whitebeard.

He wasn't foolish.

But in the water? That was his domain.

In his eyes, once the battle moved beneath the waves, Whitebeard wouldn't just be at a disadvantage—he'd be helpless.

Kisa was certain he could crush the man with one hand, crew, and all if they fought underwater.

Jinbei, observing Kisa's confidence, misunderstood his intentions entirely.

He assud Kisa wanted Marine intervention to safeguard Fish-Man Island once again. With a deep sigh, Jinbei attempted to reason with him, his voice calm but firm.

"Kisa-san," Jinbei began, his words carefully chosen, "you must understand sothing. Even though you hold the title of Shichibukai, the Marines won't risk anything significant for you this ti."

"You're just a tool to them a convenient pawn in their larger ga. They won't dare cross Whitebeard for the sake of Fish-Man Island."

Jinbei paused, as if weighing his next words, before continuing, "Whitebeard has made his intentions clear. He's mobilizing his entire fleet-all sixteen divisions. He's coming to reclaim his honor and his reputation."

"And Uchiha Sasuke," Jinbei added gravely, "a man whose power rivals the Four Emperors themselves, is accompanying him."

"Tell , Kisa-san-can you truly stop them?"

Hearing the na Uchiha Sasuke made Kisa's expression darken considerably.

His smirk, once full of arrogance, now twisted into sothing more sinister.

To Kisa, this wasn't just a warning-it was a thinly veiled threat, using the na of his so- called ally to intimidate him.

"Jinbei," Kisa said coldly, his voice cutting through the air like a blade.

"Let make myself perfectly clear. Fish-Man Island will remain under my protection. If Whitebeard wants it, he can try to take it from ."

"For the sake of your effort in coming here to warn , I'll allow you to leave unhard today, but don't overstep your position again," Kisa added, his tone icy but strangely magnanimous.

With that, Kisa stood, slinging his enormous shark-like blade onto his back with practiced

ease.

He strode out of the palace with a smirk, sparing a glance at Shirahoshi, whose wide, frightened eyes only seed to amuse him further.

At the door, Kisa stopped and turned back to Neptune.

"Don't forget what I said earlier. What's about to happen is far more important than Whitebeard."

And with those parting words, Kisa disappeared into the distance, leaving behind a tense and uneasy silence.

The Neptune family and Jinbei stood frozen, their minds racing.

What gave Kisa the confidence to challenge an entire crew led by a Four Emperors figure?

Whitebeard wasn't just any pirate-he was the strongest man alive, commanding the most formidable fleet in the New World.

How could Kisa, a lone Shichibukai, dare to stand against such overwhelming power? Jinbei didn't know it yet, but Kisa's unshakable courage stemd from one source: Colt. As long as that man was behind him, Kisa feared nothing-not even the wrath of Whitebeard himself.

Shaking his head, Jinbei sighed deeply.

Any hope of a peaceful resolution was slipping away.

Turning to Neptune, Jinbei asked, "Your Majesty, Kisa-san ntioned sothing happening on Fish-Man Island. Has there been another incident of note?"

Neptune, still stroking Shirahoshi's hair in an attempt to calm her, shook his head.

"No, Jinbei. Kisa-san spoke of an important guest who would soon arrive. But as for who it might be, even I am uncertain."

Jinbei frowned, troubled by this cryptic remark.

Neptune quickly added, "Please be assured-this matter with Whitebeard is purely personal.

It has nothing to do with Fish-Man Island as a whole."

Jinbei nodded solemnly, his expression still clouded with concern. "I understand, Your Majesty. Rest assured, I will do everything in my power to prevent this conflict from endangering the island's safety."

Even so, Neptune's brief relief was tinged with bitterness.

Would the day ever co when Fish-Man Island could stand tall without living in constant

fear of outside forces?

anwhile, Colt remained blissfully unaware of Kisa's bold moves. He was entirely

preoccupied with a different kind of mission: shopping.

Accompanied by Nami, Robin, and Perona, Colt's presence on the bustling island had quickly

beco the talk of the town.

Locals and tourists alike had nicknad the group "The Spending Four" due to their extravagant spending habits and the sheer chaos they left in their wake.

Nami, casually savoring a cone of ice cream, glanced at Colt with a sly smile.

"The shipyard said the coating will be finished by noon. Are we setting sail soon?"

"Not yet," Perona interjected with a dramatic pout. "I haven't finished shopping! There's still

so much to see!"

The island's unique fashion had completely captivated her, and she'd nearly run out of space

in her cabin to store all her purchases.

Perona hatched a mischievous plan, her eyes glinting.

'If I run out of room, I'll just stash everything in Colt's quarters. He won't mind.'

Colt chuckled, clearly amused by the lively banter.

"We'll leave once you're done."

Their carefree outing took a sharp turn when chaos erupted nearby.

"The Celestial Dragons are here!" soone shouted in panic.

Gunshots rang out, and the once-bustling streets descended into chaos as people scrambled

to kneel on either side of the road.

Through the commotion, two grotesque figures wearing fishbowl helts appeared, riding

atop enslaved pirates.

Their heavily ard entourage shoved the panicked crowd aside, making way for their

masters.

One of the Celestial Dragons noticed Colt's group standing tall, defiantly unmoved by the

chaos around them.

"How dare those commoners block my path!" the Celestial Dragon roared.

He raised his ornate pistol and fired without hesitation.

Robin reacted instantly, her devil fruit powers manifesting as hands sprouted from the

ground, deflecting the bullets with ease.

"You dare resist ?" he bellowed, his face contorting with rage.

Colt's expression darkened, and he stepped forward, his voice low and nacing.

"If you're looking for trouble, you've found it."

Robin hesitated, leaning in to whisper urgently, "Colt, shouldn't we avoid a scene like this?"

Colt's smirk was cold and unyielding.

"Avoiding this would only let them think they have the right to trample on others."

Before the Celestial Dragon could react, Colt's presence alone sent a wave of suffocating

pressure through the air.

"So people," he murmured, his voice carrying an ominous weight, "Think they are still alive, but in reality, they are already dead."

The crowd held their breath, waiting to see what would unfold next.
