Just as my words fell, a huge explosion happened on the top of the mountain, and the whole top blasted in rock pieces.

The sound ca first, a deep, violent roar that shook the air, and then the force followed right after it.

The ground trembled under my feet, and chunks of stone flew outward like they had been thrown by an angry god.

Dust swallowed the sky for a mont, thick and choking, and I had to shield my eyes as fragnts rained down around .

"It better leave this place," I said out loud, my voice sounding small compared to the chaos behind .

I didn’t look back.

Honestly, I didn’t know which direction I should go.

Every path looked the sa, broken land stretching endlessly, and the mountain that had just exploded was no longer an option.

Staying there felt like waiting to die, so walking, anywhere, felt better than standing still.

My only guide turned out to be a yandere and wanted to kidnap .

Even now, the thought made my jaw tighten.

I shook my head as I walked, trying to push the mory away, but it stuck like mud.

Trusting that guide had been a mistake, a big one, and the fact that I was alone now was proof of that.

No map, no signs, no clear direction, just my legs moving forward because stopping wasn’t an option.

As I walked a good amount, the land slowly changed.

The rough stone faded away, and the air grew dry and heavy.

I reached a barren area, where there was only a desert.

Endless sand stretched in every direction, flat and lifeless, with the sun hanging high above like it was watching struggle for its own amusent.

Each step felt heavier than the last, my boots sinking slightly into the sand, heat rising up and wrapping around my body.

Seeing a lake there, I walked to it, honestly.

All that running made thirsty.

The sight of water felt unreal, like a trick my tired mind was playing on .

The surface shimred under the sun, calm and inviting, and my throat burned just looking at it.

I didn’t think.

I didn’t question it.

I just moved faster, my pace turning into a desperate walk.

But the mont I crouched down to drink, a massive crocodile opened his mouth, wanting to eat .

The water exploded upward as his jaws broke the surface, wide and filled with rows of sharp teeth.

Instinct kicked in before fear fully hit .

I jumped backward and shouted, "How the hell couldn’t I see such a massive ass monster?!"

My heart hamred in my chest as I scrambled away from the edge.

The crocodile rose higher, and only then did I truly see him.

He wasn’t just big, he was monstrous.

The crocodile was 100 ters tall, jet-black scales covering his massive body, each one thick and dark like polished stone.

His eerie yellow eyes locked onto , glowing with a cold, hungry intelligence.

Black aura rolled off his body, thick and heavy, making him stand out against the pale sand of the desert like a living shadow.

He lood there, unmoving for a mont, as if enjoying my reaction.

Then his voice rumbled out, deep and rough.

"Tch, this prey seems intelligent," said the crocodile at .

I stared at him, my face blank, deadpanned.

Fear was there, sure, but sothing else rose with it, anger, maybe, or stubborn refusal.

This monster definitely wasn’t good.

Everything about him scread danger, and I wasn’t about to turn my back and run without trying.

Without another word, I charged at him.

My legs tensed, muscles screaming as I pushed off the sand and jumped toward him with everything I had.

I swung my fist, putting all my strength into it, aiming straight for his massive head.

But the mont my punch landed, it passed through him.

There was no impact.

No resistance.

My arm cut through empty space like he wasn’t even there.

"Wtf?" I shouted, landing awkwardly and stumbling back.

The crocodile smiled.

It was slow and cruel, stretching across his massive face.

"That’s my special ability, boy," he said, his voice filled with pride.

"Each one of us four had a special ability."

"And mine is absolute evasion."

"You could hit all day, and there’s nothing you could do."

His words hit harder than my failed punch.

Absolute evasion.

I froze for a mont, my mind racing.

If I couldn’t touch him, then fighting him the normal way was pointless.

Running didn’t feel like an option either, not with his size and presence.

Then an idea sparked.

"System," I said quickly.

"Wasn’t there a new feature where I could launch my own delivery and choose what person I could give the item to?"

There was a brief pause, and then the familiar response ca.

"Yes, host."

"You could do that and make a custom quest."

"But know this: the system will not reward you for it."

"And the only reward you get from it depends on the item you’re delivering."

A slow smile spread across my face.

I smirked.

Okay.

That makes a quest, delivering my punch to this massive lizard.

The system stopped for a second, almost like it was thinking.

"That... is a very creative way to use this system."

I froze and questioned the system.

"Can’t that be managed?"

"It can," the system replied calmly.

"As long as the item you deliver has a physical form."

That was all I needed to hear.

My smirk widened as I watched the quest form in front of , clear and solid, just like every other system prompt.

The crocodile watched with curiosity, his eyes narrowing slightly, like he knew sothing was changing but didn’t understand what yet.

I clenched my fist, feeling the weight of my decision settle in.

"Alright," I said, lifting my head and eting his gaze, my voice steady and loud.

"Ti for round two, you lizard!"
