At Cooper's Building, Country D
"I wonder if everything is alright. They left the country in such a hurry that I was unable to ask Brione what happened," Mitch comnted while she was having coffee with Berry and discussed the certain changes they wanted to make at Cooper Entertainnt and Network.
Gavin also wanted to change the na of the company as well. Instead of Cooper he wanted it to be renad as BG Entertainnt and Networks, the couple's initials.
"Yeah, but I'm sure Brione will call us and let us know what's really going on. But I think you're more concerned about your boyfriend!" Berry teased her since Kevin also had to leave with Gavin and Brione.
Mitch sighed deeply, it has not even been a week since she and Kevin officially beca a couple but he already had to leave. It seems like she would be having a long-distance relationship and she wondered if they could work things out being away from each other.
"What's with the long face? I'm sure he won't take long and would be back to see you. Our Prince will surely let Kevin be in charge of Brione's security so once Brione cos back here, he will too so don't think too much alright? You have so many ans to communicate with him so take advantage of it.? Call him text him or even do a video call at night or whenever you two are available."
"I also advise you not to hesitate making the first move whether it's about calling him or ssaging him Mitch. I think Kevin will appreciate the simple ssages like you telling him to not skip his als or asking him about his day."
Mitch smiled at Berry and said, "What would I do without you Berry? Ah, I feel like I will bore Kevin to death if not for your love advice."
Berry chuckled and said, "Well that's why I'm here. Besides, I'm sure you will not bore Kevin. The man looked so in love with you I bet he wouldn't be bored even if you never spoke. You chard him well even without exerting any effort. I guess you're really his type. I an, I think he likes your character so much that your re presence in his life is enough to keep him satisfied. There are only a few n like that…"
Berry then sighed when her thought suddenly went to Will. It had been days since she last spoke to Will and she was missing him. She tried to call him last night but Will did not answer her call. Instead of feeling down, she assud that Will was too busy with sothing important given that Gavin and Brione had to leave for Country B in a rush.
"So what's with you sighing now?" Mitch asked.
"Ah, nothing… I just hope that whatever the reason Brione and Gavin had to leave so hurriedly is nothing serious," Berry answered.
"Hmm too. I have to go now. I will be eting Attorney Liam Sy regarding the case against Derek. Gavin wants the man behind bars at any cost. Geez, Gavin becos scary when it cos to Brione's safety. He wanted to make sure that Derek would receive the most severe punishnt he could get," Mitch comnted.
"And Brione is super lucky. Gavin not only ca back from the dead but he even beca a better version of himself. I an he's bolder, aggressive, and hotter now! Maybe that was who he really was and was just hiding his true self in front of Brione because of their friendship."
"Yeah, I agree but don't we all prefer the new Gavin compared to his old self? He's more outspoken too." Mitch added and Berry nodded in agreent.

At Derhan Palace, Country B
Will was sitting on a bench in the inner courtyard of the Palace. He was already aware that Gavin had arrived in the palace and was talking with the King but did not go to et him. He did not know how to face Gavin after what happened. Gavin trusted him with the important task of assisting the King but he failed to do it. He felt like he failed Gavin.
He still could not understand where it all went wrong. He made sure that every detail about the plan was confidential and that things were all perfect… Yet it was futile. Their enemy still found a way of reading all their movents.
Will sighed and looked at his phone. He knew that Berry left him a ssage but was too busy to return her call. Olivia's face haunted him. He could not bear the disappointed and disgusted look on her face when he saw her.
As he was deep in thought he felt a pat on his shoulder. When he turned to see who it was he saw Gavin.
"Don't feel so down," Gavin said as he sat beside him.
"Things like this can happen anyti.? It's beyond our control so don't lant about it. What matters now is that we learn from our mistakes so next ti we can stand back up stronger and more powerful. I talked to Father and convinced him that it's ti for to take over all the burden he is carrying."
"I want you to proceed with the plan despite taking over the throne. I will make sure that Duncan will be punished for all his misdeeds. I will not use our team for this mission because Duncan has planted his people in and out of the palace. I think that is also how he managed to get to know your plan, Will."
"What will you do now? Who will you use?" Will asked.
"Hmm, there are so people I trust. For now, you just focus on assisting with my coronation as King. I need your help in handling the state affairs and the cabinet. I am assuming we will be seeing more of Olivia in the cabinet too. I can sense that she will help her father in working against mine, against the royal family. I saw it in her eyes, Will. Olivia was burning with hatred and I'm worried about who she would beco after losing her brother."
Another sigh made its way from Will's mouth as he said, "I know Gavin. I saw it too. If only Cedric was here with us right now… He is the only one who can handle Olivia. I'm really worried about what she might do. I don't want her in any harm Gavin. But she loves her brother very much and this loss will have a great impact on her."
"I feel like she has beco soone else. I will prepare myself to face the new Olivia because knowing her… she will make sure to get revenge for Oliver's death. Not only against Duncan but also the people responsible…"
"Yeah, and we are the ones responsible…" Gavin seconded. He had already contacted the people he trusted to help him. He would not employ the n from this country but instead would get help from Keira and her husband. Them together with their elite task force in the military will help Gavin take Duncan down.
