Chapter 53: Chapter 53 Soul Intent

“Those who feel they cannot resist the Song of the Siren Leader, step out now!” Muria lifted his hand to stop the Siren leader, who was about to sing with her crimson lips wide open, from the representatives of the foreign giants and the Sea Clan. “Don’t bla

if you embarrass yourselves later.”

After hearing Muria’s well-aning warning, only a few of the Mist Giant leaders in the hall sensibly left. No more giants and mbers of the Sea Clan left. Apart from the Mist Giant leaders, even the weakest present in this hall were at the Golden stage three, all considered themselves quite capable.

The leaders of the Sea Clan attending the eting, including the Siren leader who was about to sing for Muria, were all at the Peak of Golden Rank. They were all extrely powerful, so naturally, none of them would retreat to avoid the singing of the sirens of their own rank.

“Nobody is stepping down? You all think you can withstand the sound of the sea sirens?” Muria rubbed his eyebrows helplessly. The Siren’s singing was infamous in Elasia.

“Leaders of the Cloud Giants.” At this ti, a rmaid leader with a large piece of fair skin revealed, looked at the eighteen leaders of the Cloud Giants in the hall. “Could you please step back temporarily? Leader Diana’s song may be more terrible than you think, and with your current strength, you might not be able to resist the temptation.”

“Humph!” Cloud giant leader Poton snorted coldly. The rmaid leader’s well-intentioned reminder was seen as disdain in his eyes. “It’s just the sound of a common sea siren, I’ve heard it before. I want to hear the sound of the Golden Peak sea siren, and how captivating it can be.”

Although the other Cloud Giant leaders didn’t speak, from their unhappy expressions, it was clear that they saw the rmaid leader’s reminder as a sign of contempt.

“Sigh!” Seeing the expression of the Cloud Giant leaders, the rmaid leader sighed softly, turned around quietly, and stopped talking.

“Kalena, let them listen if they want to, who can stop them if they want make a fool of themselves?” The Siren leader looked at the distraught rmaid leader with disdain. She also heard what the Cloud Giant leader had just said.

“Your Majesty Muria, allow

to present you with my humble siren’s sound.” The Siren leader was angered by the Cloud Giant leader’s words, and she decided to teach these brazen Cloud Giants a lesson.

“Hmm!” Muria glanced at Poton, the Cloud Giant leader who had just spoken out of turn, and responded softly.

After Muria agreed, the Siren imdiately cast a second-circle magic on herself, turning fins into toes. Then, a nearly naked, beautiful woman just covered with seashells in private areas, walked out from the water ball.

The Siren leader, who had completely transford into a human form via magic, opened her mouth and sang in soft tones. The elegant and pleasing song instantly filled every corner of the hall, it seed as if the air was excited with the song of the Sirens.

“This song…” Listening to the song of the Sirens written in books, Muria felt a flash of heat through his body for a mont, then no other adverse reactions occurred. He instead found the sound very elegant and pleasing. Listening closely to the song, Muria slowly closed his eyes and said, “It’s indeed good, the Siren’s sound.”

“Leader Ebute…Hang in there.” At that mont, Muria, who had been enjoying the siren’s song with his eyes closed, heard a particularly discordant sound. He opened his eyes and then saw the embarrassing expressions on the Cloud Giant leaders.

Every Cloud Giant leader had a dazed look, each looked as though they were completely lost in temptation. So of the giants even began to drool out of the corner of their mouths. They all looked like smitten n failing to resist the sound of the Siren.

“How embarrassing.” Muria waved towards the Storm Giants guarding the hall. “Knock them all out and take them out! These disgraceful things. And take out all the giants who behaved like them.”

As the Storm Giants, who themselves were at the Peak of Golden Rank, would naturally not be captivated by the song of siren of their own rank, they followed Muria’s command. Those Cloud Giant leaders who had unconsciously begun gravitating towards the singing Siren were knocked out one by one and then carried out of the hall.

“Second-circle magic, chanized Mind.” Next to Muria’s throne, Clodia in her White Dragon form cast magic directly to resist the enchantnt of the Siren’s song.

“If you can’t take it, go out! Don’t force yourself.”

Muria watched the unstable magical light on the little white dragon and spoke in a low voice helplessly. “This way, there’s no pleasure in listening to the Siren sing.”

Clodia lifted her emotionless eyes and glanced at Muria. Without even thinking, she headed towards the door. At this ti, being in an absolutely rational state, she would not be affected by any factor, she would only make the best choices for herself.

The chanized Mind was only a second-circle spell, it couldn’t resist the song of Golden Rank Siren for a long ti. The second-circle spell Clodia had cast, only delayed the temptation for a short ti and was now on the verge of collapsing.

With Clodia voluntarily leaving the hall, so Tidal Giants who felt they were about to fail to resist the temptation also followed and left. At this point, those left in the hall were all at the Golden Peak, except for Muria who was at the Golden stage three.

“Such a beautiful song.” After the Siren leader finished singing, Muria, with admiration on his face, took the lead in applauding. “Indeed worthy of being the Siren’s song, I like it.”

“Beautiful…” The just-sung Siren was dumbfounded in the hall. The song of Siren was always known as the Song of Death. To be honest, the Siren lived so long, and this was the first ti soone said her song was beautiful.

“Thank you, Your Majesty.” The Siren had a look of joyful tears. Such praise excited her trendously.

“Hmm, I would like to hear you sing a few more tis.” Muria looked at the excited Siren and asked with a smile, “Can you sing again?”

“Yes.” The Siren leader imdiately agreed.

“Your Majesty, I can sing for you.”

“Your Majesty, my singing is much more lodic than Grace. Please let

sing for you.”

…Upon hearing that Prince Mureya wanted to continue listening to the lody of the sirens, the other Siren leaders beca agitated. They also swiftly utilized their spell to transform their fins into toes, resembling almost naked beautiful human forms. They stepped out of the large water sphere, approaching Mureya with requests.

“If you want to sing, then sing. Why are you squabbling?” Mureya, looking down at the Sirens below who appeared ready to fight, rebuked; “I have plenty of ti; you can sing one after another.”

The enchanting lody of the rmaids echoed in the White Jade Divine Palace’s great hall for an entire afternoon. Mureya’s action of listening to the siren’s lody for half a day left many giants secretly astonished and sowhat incredulous. Was this supposed to be music for appreciation?

“Mureya, how long do you intend to listen to this enchanting lody?” That evening, Clodia, who had cast a chanized mind spell on herself, entered the hall once again and questioned him while he remained enthralled in the Siren’s beautiful voices.

“Hmm?” Mureya, who was half-closed his eyes, enjoying the beautiful singing, looked down slightly puzzled at the little white-haired girl in front of him who was visibly angry even after casting a spell. “Clodia, what’s wrong?”

“And you ask what’s wrong?” Clodia looked up at Mureya, “The Mountain Giant with your blueprints has been waiting outside the main hall for half a day. And yet, you’ve been here listening to a bunch of sirens sing. Are you enchanted by the Siren’s songs?”

“Has it been that long?” Mureya, hearing Clodia’s question, scratched his head sowhat awkwardly. He raised his hand to signal the sirens to stop singing, “I just thought their singing was nice, I’ve not been enchanted.”

“But you’ve been listening for an entire afternoon!”

“I felt like only a short while has passed,” Mureya repeated again, “how could it be that long. Was I really enchanted?” Mureya touched his face in disbelief.

“Your Majesty, should we continue to sing?” In the great hall, the first siren to sing, leader Grace asked tentatively.

“No, that won’t be necessary.”, Mureya waved his hand expressing, “That’s enough. All of you may leave, just rember to attend the eting on ti next month.”

“Prince Mureya, then we shall take our leave.” All the Sea Clan leaders in the great hall bid their farewells. In the blink of an eye, the entire hall was left with only the Storm Giants guarding the place and White Dragon Clodia in front of Mureya.

“Your Majesty, here is our construction plan.” As Mureya sat on his throne in deep thought, a group of Mountain Giants entered with a pile of blueprints.

Mage’s Hand. Mureya used a zeroth level spell to take the blueprints from the Mountain Giants, glanced over them quickly, and threw them back, “Proceed with the construction according to this plan. If anything goes wrong, it’s on you.”

“Understood, Your Majesty!” The Mountain Giants received the blueprints without any signs of dissatisfaction and withdrew.

“Clodia, I was not enchanted. I have ignored the temptation of the siren’s voices. I was rely attracted by their pure singing.” After the Mountain Giants had withdrawn, Mureya explained to the little white dragon; this was what he had just thought of.

“Whether you were enchanted or not, only you would know. There’s no need to explain to .”

“Alright then, let’s go back.” Mureya didn’t say much else. He bent down and grabbed the human-shaped Clodia, exiting the grand hall, leading the Storm Giants to fly back to the Five-Color Dragon Castle…

After that visit to the White Jade Divine Palace and listening to the lodies of the sirens, Mureya beca utterly infatuated with the sirens’ beautiful voices. He would often have the giants invite the sirens to sing for him; his spare ti was spent practising Titan Martial Arts and instructing his Five Colored Dragons in their studies.

The frequent calling over of the sirens by Mureya planted strong feelings of crisis within the hearts of the rmaids—darlings of the vast sea. These rmaids, with beautiful upper human bodies just like sirens, voluntarily cast their spells to shed their fish tails and transform into human form. They sought to please him with their wonderful dances.

The sirens’ singing and the rmaids’ dance beca Mureya’s two main sources of sensory pleasure. Mureya was slightly addicted, but he still persevered in continuing his magic and array formation studies and honing his martial techniques. However, he dedicated a bit less ti than before.

As ti passed, Mureya’s power increntally but affirmatively grew. The bloodline within him invariably influenced all nearby living beings.

“Your Majesty, good news, good news.” One day, while Mureya was sleeping in bed, his beloved female servant Mia burst into his room in a great hurry.

“What’s the matter, Mia?” Mureya, slightly annoyed, groggily opened his eyes to look at the blonde girl standing by his bed.

“Young master, one of the Storm Giants in the Dragon Fortress has breached the Golden peak to achieve the Soul Intent Level.”
