Chapter 1378: Chapter 1357: The Pri Culprit Behind the Shattering of the Great World

“You thought you could just act tough and run away? Life isn’t that easy!”

A hand enveloped in Golden Thunder shattered the space and covered the entirety of the Administrative Hall. Yet, faced with this hand that filled his entire field of vision and pressed down with infinite oppression, the traveler garbed in dark green Robe remained utterly calm and composed.

Dark green God’s Patterns spread around his body and quickly faded while his figure vanished simultaneously as if he was just about to escape from the Floating City’s Administrative Hall right when the massive hand was about to reach him.

However, the developnt took an unexpected turn for the traveler who had been calm and composed. The one who was initially thought to be of average strength by him, rely a godchild with great potential, actually pointed a finger toward him, and from it burst a force that he shouldn’t have possessed, which imprisoned the space.

This force was extrely weak, so it only managed to hold him for a re mont. But this mont was enough as the existence reaching out its hand only needed this instant.

“You…” The traveler shattered the negligible confinent and, filled with surprise, looked at Aeolus sitting quietly, just about to say sothing. But in the next instant, he found himself hit by the hand wrapped in Thunder.

Bang!

The traveler’s body disintegrated in that instant, turning into billions of wisps of deep green Qi that flew around Aeolus’s room. However, not even a single wisp could escape the hall, all were imprisoned within.

“That’s enough, stop struggling in vain and just confess your origins honestly. If you cooperate, I can spare your life.” A Divine Being with a slowly rotating Divine Wheel behind him appeared in the hall, the majestic Divine Might filling the entire hall as He stared at the fleeing green Qi and slowly spoke.

“It’s hard to say whether your descendants are extrely cautious, or you are simply too caring for them, but I must say, you arrived incredibly fast.”

With a helpless sigh echoing in the hall under the gaze of Mureya’s Radiant Golden Pupil, the green Qi swirling back and forth within the hall once again condensed into the figure of the traveler in a dark Robe, appearing as if the previous strike had caused him no harm.

“Stop that pointless chatter, procrastinating has no use, you’ve already tried it. Now just answer my question honestly. What is the Mother of All Things?”

Mureya was certain that, before this, he had never heard any information about the Mother of All Things, an utterly unfamiliar entity that didn’t exist in any known mythologies within his Domain. It was unreasonable.

“The Mother of All Things is also the source of all, a grand existence that nurtures everything.”

The traveler, whose face couldn’t be seen clearly, spoke with a zeal not fitting of his strength. Yet within this fervor reminiscent of Devout Believers, he still maintained a degree of composure,

“She is a being far more powerful than you, Lord Mureya. Choosing to be an enemy of the grand Mother of All Things is truly an unwise decision.” The traveler’s posture seed respectful, but his words couldn’t hide the unmistakable Pride. Despite the perilous situation, there was no hint of panic, as if he was confident in his ability to escape at any mont.

“An enemy of the Mother of All Things? Hah, before you showed up here, I didn’t even know there was such a being as the Mother of All Things. You ca here to provoke and offend . If you say responding to such provocation ans opposing this Mother of All Things, then so be it.”

Mureya extended his hand toward the traveler, his expression indifferent. The words of the traveler were a threat, and if he didn’t respond appropriately, wouldn’t it seem like He, Mureya, was weak and easily bullied?

That simply wouldn’t do. Sotis being slightly less powerful didn’t matter much as long as you could show a will to fight when others infringe on your rights. Then even a more powerful being wouldn’t try to provoke casually.

“Wait, I had no intention of provoking or offending you. Perhaps you misunderstood sothing?”

The traveler also slightly regretted his actions as Mureya prepared to strike him, beginning to ponder whether his actions had been too reckless.

“Inviting my Son to join your so-called organization, that’s not provocation? What is?”

Mureya’s hand had already grasped the body of the traveler, who, knowing he was no match for such a Divine Being who could easily descend a True God, gave up resisting.

“How could that be considered provocation?” The traveler seed genuinely surprised at Mureya’s definition of provocation.

“Hah!” Such a retort didn’t even warrant a response from Mureya, digging at his son and not considering it provocative, what then could be regarded so,

“Is there anything else you want to say? If not, prepare to be sealed. I quite like your existence, brimming with vibrant vitality; it can be used for many things.”

“Wait, Lord Mureya, this is just an Avatar—you sealing it won’t be of much use to you and does no real harm to .”

“Having it is better than not, and this Avatar of yours is actually quite useful; don’t belittle yourself.”

From such close observation, Mureya had already determined the nature of what he held in his hand. Similar to a Treant, a non-flesh life form—if he could erase its will, it could be treated as a Divine Tree.
