Since I started writing on October 1st, for three months, updating every day, I’ve written a total of 330,000 words till now.
In three months, this book has achieved far more than I initially anticipated, ranking in the top six and top three. However, when I initially started writing, I had no expectation of signing a contract.
Because this is my second novel. The first one I wrote had 300,000 words, and I applied to sign a contract five tis, all of which were rejected. When I received the rejection notice for the fifth ti, I was really disheartened and gave up on the novel, thinking if no one is reading, why am I putting in so much effort?
So, when I started this book, I was prepared to go alone, but I didn’t realize that when I completed 30,000 words, I would receive a notification of a contract. At that ti, I was sincerely delighted.
After that, I cheerfully dedicated all my efforts to the novel, thinking about how to write it every day. For a period of ti, I was even scolded by my boss, accusing
of being negligent at work, and continually reprimanding .
I didn’t retort. After all, what’s the big deal of signing a contract for a novel? Is there money in it? Nope! So, why should I brag about it? There’s nothing to show off about.
Only my parents know that I’m writing a novel, along with a few of my closest friends. The rest don’t know. I don’t want them to know. It’s thoroughly unspectacular. Even if they knew, they would simply admire, saying “Oh, you’ve got such talent!”, and then they would go back to doing what they were doing.
In this era, the amount of money you earn determines your capabilities. With money, you’re the boss, without money, you’re nothing, you just go along with what others say, that’s how it is.
Without the ability to earn money, even if you’re an adult, your parents still don’t treat you like one.
I’ve had several argunts with my family over my novel, as they feel writing this stuff is a waste of ti, it affects my daily routine, and hence my work, and they want
to stop writing.
Speaking of this, I sincerely thank the readers who rewarded . Because of you all, I have the confidence to argue with my parents, to fight with them.
By now, they’ve accepted
writing, and they no longer ask
to stop.

Let’s talk about the plot of the novel.
So far, the novel is tentatively divided into seven parts. I haven’t even finished the first part yet, looking at the sky. I didn’t plan to write this much, but who knows that after writing more than a hundred chapters, I still haven’t got the protagonist out of the Titan Islands.
In the first part, there are many problems and toxic points. Indeed, the main reason is the protagonist’s EQ, which doesn’t demonstrate the level of an adult at all, so, I apologize…I’m sorry.
In fact, a book friend guessed the reason correctly: because this poor author forgot the age of the protagonist’s death in his previous life and forgot that he died as an adult. I have been writing the protagonist as a minor.
So, I modified the previous text a bit, changed the age of the protagonist’s death to fifteen years old, a junior high school student, the most passionate age in a lifeti, and also the most likely age to take justice into his own hands.
Speaking of this, one thing cos to mind. When I announced in the group that I was adjusting the age, a junior high schoolgirl reader ssaged
privately. She told
that fifteen-year-old children nowadays are not so righteous. For things that don’t concern them, they prefer to stay out of it.
What she implied was that my setting for the protagonist’s previous life was flawed and didn’t correspond with reality.
My reply was: That was your era, not mine.
You post-millennial readers of my book, do you know what the teachers taught us when I was in elentary school?
They taught
to be willing to help others, to proactively assist anyone in difficulty within my capacity.
In my mory, during my grade school years, I would often hear about students who acted heroically. News of their courage would regularly make the rounds every so often, with these heroic deeds even appearing in our textbooks.
News about a certain student stepping up to fight evil, getting stabbed over a dozen tis by the criminal, and dying from severe injuries…or another student being comnded by municipal leaders for their bravery. These sorts of incidents were quite common during my ti, truly plentiful.
Back then, teachers taught us to stay calm when witnessing a cri, to report it imdiately, to not to act impulsively and play hero.
As for what teachers teach now, I don’t want to say it. It really is a disgrace. A complete loss of propriety and decency.
Today’s children could also uphold righteousness, but the social environnt doesn’t allow it. Because of the scamrs, the unscrupulous individuals who prey on peoples’ kindness, parents and teachers alike teach their children to keep to their own affairs and ignore the rest.
Today’s society is very indifferent, but I believe that the future will be better. Perhaps in the not-too-distant future, I will once again see the young heroes of my childhood who were brave in the face of injustice!

Regarding the protagonist’s motivation, I saw a review that said using a woman as the motivation is rather low.
Yes, it indeed is low, because it’s forced, it’s thrust upon him.
The first part describes the protagonist as an aimless layabout being coerced into growing up by his far-sighted parents.
The Child of Titans and Dragons, his true motivation to beco stronger, derives from his character, his kindness.
During his world journey, after witnessing the darkness of his world and its bloody conflicts, this aimless layabout will finally find the motivation he needs to beco stronger. Power is needed to fight against evil.

Also, about the content of Chapter Ninety – the joke the protagonist made about becoming a deity to Titan Helios – many readers felt it was inappropriate, and saw this as an expression of Shilezhi.
I suppose my descriptions might have given many readers the wrong impression that against the backdrop of epics, deities are worthless.
But that’s not the case. The difference between deities and epics is closely tied to concepts of liberty and lack thereof. Comparing the rits of the two, epics have more advantages and in terms of power, deities are not inferior to epics.
In addition, the main character’s thinking is different from that of pureblood Titans. Even without the mories of his previous life, it’s still different.
