Students were having classes now.
Suddenly, the school radio rang.
"Hey, hey, Kevin, please go to the 5th floor of the Staff Building to attend the plenary eting of the School Bullies Committee. The announcent will be repeated. Kevin was stunned by it, since everyone was quietly in class.
In class 32, Arthur happened to be giving a lecture when he was suddenly interrupted by the broadcast, which annoyed him.
Arthur had been very unhappy with Kevin who stayed in the class in her charge, and now his hatred against Kevin had sharpened into resentnt by the announcent, which sounded during the class, that other villains summoned him to a eting. Arthur stopped his lecture and smashed the chalk in his hand at the podium table, making efforts to check his fury.
All the students in Class 32 looked at Kevin, including Lily.
Kevin was really speechless. Those bullies could have chosen to broadcast after class, but they tid ill, which would made him the target of open criticism in school.
Kevin was reluctant to attend the so called plenary etings. Noticing that Kevin was not prepared to leave the class, so Arthursaid with gloomy depression, "Proceed."
Right at this mont, Arthur got a call, which was from Tiger.
Arthur was distracted again. In the end, he picked it up, wondering what Tiger wanted to say.
"What's the matter?" Arthur said unhappily.
"Mr. Longman, is Kevin in class?" Tiger asked.

"Well, tell Kevin to attend the eting as soon as possible."
Arthur was so annoyed that he was on the verge of throwing his phone. Could the eting be more important than class?
Arthur said, "Don't disturb again. I'm too busy to notify him."
With his brows knitted tightly, Tiger said angrily, "Mr. Longman, hand your phone to Kevin, or I will do sothing ruthless to you."
Arthur gave Kevin a cold stare, "He is asking for you."
Kevin took the phone.

"Kevin, hurry up and co to the eting."
"What if I don't?" Kevin said.

Kevin just found it funny.
Arthur snorted, "Kevin, please don't distract other students."
Kevin put down his phone, deciding to attend the eting. He left the class and went to a small room on the fifth floor of the staff building, which was the staff eting room seldom used.
Kevin walked in, five bullies sitting inside.
Kevin was familiar with three of them, Nick, Tiger, and Roger, leaving the other two strange to him. All five mbers fix their eyes at Kevin in unison.
"Kevin, you're finally here." Jason said.
Kevin did not recognize Jason, looking at him with a smile, "I presu that you are the first School Bully of the St. Paul's School."
To Jason's surprise, Kevin misunderstood him as the First School Bully, which is the title belonging toRick. Jason did not dare to compete with Rick for this, because Rick was stronger than him and even more vicious than him.
