Chapter 198 Robin Hood Reappears
At this mont, a policeman ca in and reported, "Captain, Allen's lawyer is here, asking for Allen's release."
Kevin, dressed in black, was already standing on the roof of the police station.

Kevin looked at Allen and confird that it was the person in the photo. He asked. "Allen, you killed three people in a row at about seven o'clock this evening. Do you admit your guilt?"
"Who exactly are you?" Allen's expression changed drastically. Kevin knew the approximate ti of his murder. That's right. It was indeed about seven o'clock, around three hours from now.
"I'm Robin Hood." Kevin said.

Kevin's voice had completely changed. It sounded extrely cold and heartless.

Suddenly, a white light flashed before Allen's eyes. In the next mont, he felt that his neck was wet and sothing was leaking out. He touched it with his hand and it was blood. A thin line appeared on his neck, which was cut open by Robin Hood. Then, the crack instantly split open, and the blood on Allen's neck gushed out like a fountain.
Allen tightly covered his neck with both hands to prevent the blood from flowing out. However, he quickly fell down and his consciousness beca blurry. The last thing he saw was the words Robin Hood wrote on the wall. After that, his eyes widened, and he stopped breathing.
After Kevin wrote a line of words on the wall, he instantly flew out of the detention cell.
Just then, the iron door to the detention cell opened.
Elsa and the other policen were shocked when they saw what was happening inside.
"Allen is sentenced to death by Robin Hood."
"Robin Hood."
"Captain, Robin Hood ca and left."
Elsa knew that Kevin had just left for a few seconds. Elsa kicked her foot and flew towards the iron window. She rushed out and saw a black figure flashing past the roof.
"Robin Hood, you wish to leave Elsa chased after him imdiately. She stepped on the wall as if she was walking on flat ground. The sword in her hand shot out in an instant, shining under the moonlight.
Kevin was astonished to see Elsa chasing after him. He didn't expect that Elsa would discover him.
However, Kevin wasn't worried as Elsa couldn't catch him.
At the edge of the building, Kevin leapt to a nearby building.
Elsa followed closely behind and leapt over instantly. Her flying skill was good. In fact, although her flying skill wasn't as good as Kevin's, it wasn't that bad.

Elsa said, "Robin Hood, you killed another person today. You have committed an extrely heinous cri."
"Captain Ray, the people I have killed deserve to die. If I know that you are not a good cop and disregard lives. I will definitely co to take your life."
Elsa said angrily, "If Allen commits a cri, the police will bring him to justice, not you."
"Justice? May I ask if the law can impose the death penalty on Allen? If it can, why should I appear?"
"Allen broke the law. Sooner or later. I will find evidence of his cri and bring him to justice. Robin Hood, cut the crap. You have committed murder. No one can take the criminals' lives except the law."
"Ha—ha—ha, Captain Ray, farewell. I advise you to stop chasing . Otherwise, I won't be polite to you anymore."
With that, Kevin tapped his feet and flew out of the dozens of stories tall building.
"Stop!" How could Elsa let Kevin leave? She raised her sword and run after him.
Elsa chased after Kevin for several kiloters.
Kevin was helpless and halted.
Seeing that Kevin had stopped again. Elsa did not say a word and slashed at him with her sword. She swung her sword in a strange manner. As she swung, it seed to draw a strange pattern in the air.
Kevin thought to himself "Her swordsmanship is quite high—end."
In the blink of an eye, Elsa had already attacked, and Kevin almost had no room to dodge.
However, Kevin wasn't a weak man. He instantly drew his sword and shook it. The sword aura spread out like waves—Raining Flowers.

She instantly retracted her body and used her sword to block it. However, Kevin's sword changed the direction and slashed upwards. All Elsa's defenses were in vain. In the next mont, Elsa felt her trousers loosen.
"Ah." Elsa was so stunned that her pants were about to fall off again. She hurriedly pulled her pants.
