Xuan Yue, seeing that Ah Dai’s matter had been successfully resolved, tugged at the Pope’s arm, "Grandfather, Yue Yue has a favor to ask of you."

The Pope smiled slightly and said, "You little elf, what are you scheming now? Your grandfather’s precious belongings from the bottom of his chest have almost all been taken by you." Now that he had received accurate news about the Savior, the Pope felt much relieved; at least, there was no need to search aimlessly anymore.

Xuan Yue’s cheeks flushed, and she retorted, "Grandfather, I’m not as bad as you say. I want to learn magic from you!"

The Pope laughed heartily, "When did our Yue Yue change her nature? This doesn’t sound like you!"

Xuan Yue glanced at her mother, and Na Sha gave her a slight smile, offering an encouraging look. "Grandfather, I really want to study magic earnestly. During this trip outside, I realized how much I lag behind those experts. Please teach Yue Yue."

The Pope nodded with satisfaction. He was very pleased with Xuan Yue’s request to learn magic—whatever the reason, his only granddaughter finally knew the importance of diligence. "Then why don’t you ask your father to teach you?"

Xuan Yue made a face at her father and said, "Dad’s magic level is not as high as Grandfather’s! Since I want to learn, naturally I should learn the best and most powerful magic. Grandfather is the person closest to the gods on this continent; of course, I should learn from you."

Even the Pope liked to be flattered, especially when it was his own granddaughter flattering him. With a smile, he said, "Well then, Grandfather will take you as his disciple. However, Yue Yue, increasing magic ability isn’t sothing that can be achieved in a day or two. It involves a lot of hardships. Can you endure it? When teaching you magic, Grandfather won’t go easy on you just because you are my granddaughter. Your father didn’t know how many hardships he had endured when he learned with ."

Xuan Yue, thinking of how she could learn profound magic and then go out to find Ah Dai and travel the continent with him, confidently said, "Grandfather, don’t worry. I can withstand it."

The Pope said, "Well then, from today, Grandfather will teach you the true holy magic. Xuan Ye, Na Sha, you may leave. Rember what I have instructed you. Yue Yue will stay by my side. It’s not easy for her to have made this decision, and I will definitely teach her well."

Xuan Ye, appearing sowhat worried, looked at his daughter and said with a bitter smile, "Dad, please be gentle." Clearly, he had indeed suffered a lot when he was learning magic.

The Pope smiled slightly, his voice echoing in Xuan Ye’s heart, "Don’t worry. Over the years, I have discovered a better path of cultivation. Yue Yue won’t suffer as much as you did. You can leave now." When he learned that Xuan Yue might be one of the Saviors, he had already made up his mind to train his granddaughter to beco a high-ranking clergy in the church.

Xuan Ye, pulling his wife with him, bowed to the Pope and then left the Prayer Temple.

Out of curiosity, Xuan Yue asked, "Grandfather, are you going to teach magic here? How do we start? Should I begin by ditating?"

The Pope shook his head, his clear eyes glowing with an unusual light, and said softly, "Since you might beco one of the Saviors, Grandfather must train you to be a master of magic. Let’s go." Murmuring a spell, a golden six-pointed star suddenly appeared on the stone platform below them. With a flash of light, the Pope and Xuan Yue vanished into thin air.

Xuan Yue felt her vision go blank, but in a re mont, she regained her senses. However, everything around her had completely changed. She found herself and her grandfather in a vast stone chamber, about ten ters high and approximately five hundred square ters. In the center of the chamber, on the floor, there was a huge golden six-pointed star about ten ters in diater. Floating just above the center of the six-pointed star was a golden object resembling an angel, about half a ter in height. It was entirely golden, with six snow-white wings gently flapping behind it. Waves of holy aura continuously emanated from the golden angel, instilling a sense of inexplicable reverence.

"Grandfather, where is this?" Although she had lived in the Temple for over a decade, Xuan Yue had never heard of this place.

The Pope placed one hand on his forehead and the other over his heart, bowing respectfully to the floating angel. Seeing her grandfather’s serious deanor, Xuan Yue dared not speak.

After the Pope softly recited the Prayer Charm, he slowly straightened up and turned to Xuan Yue, "Yue Yue, this is the most mysterious location within our church, the true Temple of Light. The figure floating in the air is our first Pope, God Feather. After he passed away, he left this miracle. Originally, it was due to receiving a divine legacy that he gained great power and was able to save the continent. All popes are required to co here before their inauguration to receive God’s baptism."

Xuan Yue was startled and asked, "Grandfather, then why have you brought here?"

The Pope sighed softly and said, "Originally, not just you, even your father currently does not have the right to co here. However, what you said earlier made Grandfather decide to bring you here. Because only here can your training in magic quickly elevate you to the God Realm. I hope Prophet Pu Lin’s prediction is correct."
