Ah Dai paused, then said, "Let’s go take a look, we just need to ask and we’ll know." After speaking, he took Xuan Yue’s small hand, rose into the air, and headed towards the defense circle of the sacred knights at the foot of the Divine Mountain. As soon as they approached the outskirts of the defense, a loud shout ca, "Stop, who dares to trespass on the Church’s Divine Mountain?" Over a hundred sacred knights quickly surrounded them upon discovering Ah Dai and Xuan Yue. The long swords in their hands all pointed at the vital points of the two, seemingly ready to launch an attack at the slightest sign of trouble.

These sacred knights were the lowest-ranked clerics in the Church; they had never seen Xuan Yue before, especially since she was now wearing just an ordinary light blue dress.

Xuan Yue’s face no longer showed the tenderness she had towards Ah Dai; her expression beca exceptionally solemn as she said sternly, "What has happened in the Church? I am Red Priestess Xuan Yue."

The gathered sacred knights showed expressions of doubt, although they had heard that the newly appointed Red Priestess Xuan Yue was a very young girl and the daughter of Priest Xuan Ye. But at this mont, they dared not easily believe. The leading sacred knight captain tentatively asked, "Since you are Red Priestess Xuan Yue, could you please show your identification?"

Xuan Yue’s heart tightened; she knew that sothing must have happened in the Church, otherwise the sacred knights wouldn’t be so tense. She nodded and said, "Sure." With a casual wave of her hand, she opened her space barrier, took out her Red Bishop’s Robes, and swiftly put them on. Under her deliberate urging, a circle of golden divine light emanated from her body, quickly forming a solid barrier around her.

Feeling the powerful energy full of sacred aura, the captain imdiately believed Xuan Yue’s identity, hastily withdrew the long sword in his hand, knelt on one knee, and said, "Greetings, Red Bishop."

Xuan Yue responded with a nod, "Step aside, we need to return to the Divine Mountain imdiately to see the Pope."

The captain stood up, looked at Ah Dai with suspicion, and said, "Could this gentleman also show so identification?"

Xuan Yue frowned slightly and said, "He is the most honored guest of the Church; what more identification is needed? Isn’t my presence here enough?"

The captain replied respectfully, "Sorry, Bishop. This is an order issued by the Pope. No one can freely enter or exit the Divine Mountain. Anyone leaving must have the Pope’s decree, and those entering must have proof from our Church’s clerics. This is a new rule; perhaps you weren’t aware."

Xuan Yue asked in confusion, "Has sothing happened in the Church? Why is the defense so tight?"

The captain said, "Apologies, Bishop, I am only responsible for patrolling; I don’t know anything else, please forgive . I must ask this gentleman to show identification, or we cannot let you through."

What identification could Ah Dai possibly have! He couldn’t help but feel troubled and said to Xuan Yue, "What should I do? I don’t have any identification."

Xuan Yue said sternly to the captain, "Who is on duty today? Call him to see . I am the granddaughter of the Pope, surely you trust ?"

The captain said calmly, "Sorry, Bishop. The Pope’s command states that even those with divine energy cannot violate this rule. Our leader is now patrolling on the other side of the Divine Mountain, and may not be able to co over anyti soon; perhaps you could wait a mont."

Xuan Yue finally lost patience and shouted angrily, "We have urgent matters to report to the Pope, and you’re blocking the way; who will be responsible if there’s a delay?"

The sacred knight captain could be described as impenetrable; his expression remained calm as he said, "But if I let you in, I will be imdiately punished from above. Guarding here is my duty; I ask for your forgiveness. I think even the Pope wouldn’t punish soone loyal to their duty."

"You..." Xuan Yue’s anger surged, the overflowing sacred aura from her body pressured the surrounding hundred sacred knights to involuntarily step back a few paces. However, even facing Xuan Yue’s mighty presence, there was still no sign of retreat in their eyes; they looked steadfastly at Xuan Yue and Ah Dai.

Ah Dai grabbed Xuan Yue’s arm and said, "Enough, don’t trouble them; they are doing the right thing. The Church should indeed be proud of having such clerics!"

At Ah Dai’s persuasion, Xuan Yue’s anger gradually dissipated. She glanced around at the surrounding sacred knights and nodded, "Fine, you’re not letting us in, are you? I have a way. Great God of the Heavenly Realm! Please allow to borrow your strength and let the holy light shine upon the mortal realm." The angel staff in her hand raised high, and a brilliant golden pillar of light descended from the sky, instantly enveloping Ah Dai and Xuan Yue. Bathed in divine light, Ah Dai felt a tranquility in his heart and smiled slightly, "Yue Yue, your divine energy has beco purer."

Xuan Yue said, "This should be the result of this training. In such a dangerous place as the Death Mountain Range, enhancing spiritual power is inevitable." The angel staff in her hand made a slight circle; the golden pillar in the air completely descended as Xuan Yue chanted, "With holy light as the foundation, open the portal of ti and space! Please send us to the place we wish to go." The golden light suddenly converged; under the amazed gazes of the sacred knights, Ah Dai and Xuan Yue’s figures completely disappeared, and the captain exclaid, "No, they must have entered the Divine Mountain! Quick, sound the alarm." One of his sacred knights imdiately took out a small golden tube from his pocket, held it to his mouth, and blew it. A sharp whistle rose into the sky and quickly resounded throughout the entire Divine Mountain.
