Ah Dai looked in the direction Xuan Yue pointed, and indeed, dozens of figures were swiftly descending from the cliffside. The Ice Skeleton made a snap decision, grabbing the Extre ice silver lance from his saddle and saying coldly, "Light Cavalry Infantry, dismount and prepare to intercept." The Light Cavalry Infantry mbers dismounted neatly, half with Long Knives and half with Long Spears, forming a resilient defense line to await the enemy’s charge. The black-clad figures, led by the Green King, quickly landed. They didn’t consider these rcenaries as a threat and charged head-on without the slightest hesitation.
The Ice Skeleton let out a shout, and her Extre ice silver lance emitted blue light as she charged forward. The enemy seed to be acutely aware of her prowess and imdiately two n brandishing Scimitars ca to et her. Black battle aura clung to her lance, and during the clash of Qi Force, the Ice Skeleton was shocked to feel the strength of her opponents. In an exchange, she was unable to injure the two n in black. Her competitive spirit flared, and her lance shimred with a myriad of light as she attacked the two n. However, the Ice Skeleton had forgotten sothing—the two black-clad n were able to fight her to a standstill, but her subordinates were much weaker in comparison.
Dozens of black-clad figures, like a sharp blade, charged into the Light Cavalry Infantry ranks like lightning, and cries of anguish rose one after another. The capable Light Cavalry Infantry were utterly unable to hinder these black-clad figures. The ruthless attacks of the black-clad fighters were such that the Cavalry’s strikes could not penetrate their Protective Battle Aura. Black light flashed continuously, and in just the blink of an eye, dozens of Light Cavalry Infantry fell at the hands of the black-clad n. The Light Cavalry Infantry were known for their agility, and this kind of direct confrontation was not their forte, especially when their adversaries were so ferocious and strong.

Though they were not on the level of annihilators like Mie, Ah Dai distinctly felt that their prowess was no less than the Assassins from the Assassin’s Guild. Where on earth did so many experts co from?
Xuan Yue bit her lip and said, "Big brother, you go. At this rate, the Skeletons’ subordinates will suffer heavy losses. I’ll support you from the back, don’t worry, I have the Phoenix’s Blood and the Ring of Guardian." Ah Dai hesitated to leave Xuan Yue’s side, fearing she might be attacked by the enemy, but seeing no enemies nearby and worried about the dire situation, he nodded and said, "Brother, be very careful." The Blood Skull and Iron Skull also noticed that their rear was compromised, but they were currently entangled with thousands of bandits and couldn’t spare forces to assist. At first, Ah Dai had not been fighting at full strength, but as he watched his fellow rcenaries fall to the enemy one after another, his inner urge to kill was finally ignited. With a furious shout, the five black-clad n surrounding him were all shaken. The pale-green light of Ah Dai’s Solid Energy Sword gradually shifted to a bluish-green as he swiped across and instantly three n in black were bisected at the waist. The disparity in their abilities ant they were powerless to fend off Ah Dai’s attack, and the aura that had been protecting them served no real purpose. This was the first ti since their appearance that the n in black had been wounded in combat. After killing three, Ah Dai felt an inexplicable rush of pleasure, and a cool sensation from the Sword of Hades on his chest seed to be beckoning him to battle. Ah Dai struggled to repress the urge to wield the Sword of Hades, instead he leapt high, his Solid Energy Sword suddenly expanding to two ters in length, and he slashed down at the dozen or so black-clad n below. Amidst a thunderous blast, the black-clad n managed to barely fend off Ah Dai’s overpowering attack by joining forces, but they also sustained minor injuries.
