Yan Shi and the others anxiously waited beside the altar, and noticing Xuan Yuan seed unhurried, Yan Shi couldn’t help but ask, "Judgnt Chief, are you confident in restoring Ah Dai?"

Xuan Yuan shook his head and replied indifferently, "Uncertain. However, if even the Pope cannot heal him, I fear no one in the continent can. He only has death before him."

Suddenly, a sacred aura erged, and a white figure appeared in front of the altar at the center of the Prayer Temple. The overwhelming divine energy evoked a feeling of reverence in Yan Shi and the others, prompting them to instinctively bow their heads, not daring to look directly at the newcor.

The Pope, who was instructing Xuan Yue in her training, received a notification from the Holy Judge and imdiately utilized his Sacred Magic Transportation to arrive. Upon seeing his brother Xuan Yuan, the Pope was taken aback; although Xuan Yuan’s attire remained the sa, he now sported a large Bamboo Hat on his head.

Xuan Yuan stated flatly, "Pope."

The Pope humd in acknowledgnt and asked, "Judgnt Chief, what brought you to wear a hat today? I don’t recall you having that habit before."

With a very calm exterior, Xuan Yuan simply said, "The sun outside is harsh, a hat prevents from getting darker."

The Pope was startled again and showed a half-smiling expression as he glanced at Yan Shi, the four of them, and Ah Dai on the altar, "Who are these people? I don’t recall ever seeing you bring outsiders here before."

Although the burnt skin on Ah Dai had been treated, his black hair could not be restored, and perhaps as a form of retaliation, Xuan Yuan had made him bald just like himself. With a pale face, Ah Dai lay there, and with just one look, the Pope realized the boy was severely injured and in mortal danger.

Xuan Yuan said, "Pope, I must trouble you to save him; he is the youth you ntioned."

The Pope was startled and frowned, "What, you injured him? Didn’t I tell you just to test his abilities? You’re old enough, how could you not know your own strength?"

Recalling the events of that day, Xuan Yuan bristled and snorted, "You need to understand, it was not I who injured him; he hard himself. If you don’t believe it, you can ask his friends."

The Pope glanced at Yan Shi and the others, knowing his brother, despite his odd temperant, never lied. He moved beside Ah Dai, felt his pulse, and probed his body with deliberate deploynt of divine energy. A faint white light enveloped Ah Dai’s body, prompting Yan Shi and the others to step forward anxiously with a nervous heart.

After a while, the Pope released Ah Dai’s hand with a startled expression on his face and murmured, "Impossible! By all accounts, he should be dead, how is he still alive?"

Hearing the Pope’s words, Yan Shi was visibly shaken, nearly collapsing to the ground, no longer concerned about the Pope’s stature, he pleaded anxiously, "Pope, please, I beg you, save my brother."

The Pope raised his hand to stop him from continuing and pondered for a mont, then asked, "Don’t worry, even if you hadn’t asked, I would still save him. Tell , has he consud any heavenly treasures before? Describe in detail how he was injured so I can decide on the best way to save him."

Yan Shi shook his head and said, "I don’t know if he has eaten anything, that day, the Judgnt Chief suddenly appeared..." Then, Yan Shi narrated the events he witnessed in detail. After listening, the Pope’s expression drastically changed, and he stared intently at Ah Dai, his eyes flashing. He knew well his brother’s level of ability, yet this youth, barely twenty, had managed to invoke celestial phenona to attack, sothing not heard of outside the church’s highest-level Holy Magic. However, Ah Dai had managed it with Martial arts. His gaze shifted to Xuan Yuan, seemingly waiting for him to confirm Yan Shi’s account.

Xuan Yuan snorted, aware that his appearance would sooner or later be revealed to the Pope, and pulled off his Bamboo Hat, saying, "What are you looking at? Try taking that lightning strike yourself, unprepared, and I doubt you could fare much better than ."

The Pope, noticing his brother’s now hairless head, beard, and almost non-existent eyebrows, paused, then looked back at the severely injured Ah Dai and Yan Shi, and burst out laughing, "Ah! Brother, you, how did you beco a bald egg? You four look alike, almost like a family. Did you take them as disciples?"

Feeling embarrassed and indignant, Xuan Yuan retorted, "What’s with all your nonsense? Are you going to save him or not? If not, I might as well strike him dead now and be done with it."
