The "VIPs" seed to have gone mad, the first to bid had shouted an offer of thirty thousand diamond coins. The price kept climbing, and in just a mont, under the stupefied gaze of Ah Dai and his companions, it had soared to sixty thousand diamond coins. Rembering what Bing had said earlier, Ah Dai suddenly raised his paddle and shouted, "I bid eighty thousand diamond coins." The noisy hall instantly quieted down, everyone understood what eighty thousand diamond coins represented—it ant eight hundred thousand purple crystal coins, eight million gold coins!

Jin Bo looked at Ah Dai and gave a slight smile, saying, "Alright, VIP number thirty-six bids eighty thousand diamond coins, I wonder if there is anyone else who would raise the bid. Eighty thousand diamond coins once, eighty thousand diamond coins twice..."

"Wait a mont, I bid one hundred thousand diamond coins." A hoarse voice resounded from a corner, causing all three of Ah Dai’s group to look in that direction. The person was shrouded in shadows, making it impossible to see his face, but Ah Dai vaguely felt the threat from him. One hundred thousand diamond coins was a price Ah Dai and his companions could not afford, but faced with the Fairy girl, they were determined to win. Hesitating for a mont, Ah Dai bent over, with his back to Bing, and whispered the spell of the Dragon’s Blood. Under the faint blue glow, he took out the millennial giant serpent’s muscle he had brought from Mount Tian Gang. Ah Dai pushed his powers to their limits, using the sharpness of life to life transformation, cut about fifteen tres of the serpent muscle, and shouted, "I bid ninety thousand diamond coins, plus one segnt of millennial giant serpent muscle." Although he was unsure of the muscle’s value, according to the Sword Saint of the Tian Gang, its toughness was definitely not inferior to mysterious iron.

Jin Bo was taken aback, knowing how much money Ah Dai and his companions had. When he heard the bid of one hundred thousand diamond coins, he thought Ah Dai would definitely give up, but unexpectedly, Ah Dai had made this offer. He frowned and said, "VIP number thirty-six, our auction only accepts cash paynts, I’m not sure how much this serpent muscle is worth."

Ah Dai carefully put the cat woman down on the sofa, stood up, held up the giant serpent muscle in his hand, and said, "I can’t say how much the serpent muscle is worth either, but I can assure everyone here, its toughness is beyond what anyone present can break." After speaking, he leapt onto the auction stage, stood beside the cage that contained the Fairy girl, and said solemnly, "This Fairy girl is soone I must acquire. If anyone can et the price, I am willing to sell this piece of serpent muscle right here. The starting price is ten thousand diamond coins."

Soone from below asked, "Who can prove that your serpent muscle is from the millennial giant serpent, a creature that only exists in legends?"

Ah Dai frowned and said, "I stake my reputation that this serpent muscle is indeed from the millennial giant serpent."

"Who would believe your tall tales, what’s your reputation worth in money?"

"I believe what he holds is indeed the millennial giant serpent muscle." A figure stood up among the VIPs, Ah Dai focused his look and saw it was the high-level Alchemist, Mi Bo, whom he had t earlier in the Noble Hall. Mi Bo shouted, silencing the noisy discussions, and said solemnly, "I suppose everyone here recognizes ? The Mage on the stage is an elder of the Mage Guild, and I believe, given his status, he wouldn’t tell lies. Elder, I offer twenty thousand diamond coins for your serpent muscle. I think it would be good for crafting."

Ah Dai gave a subtle smile and nodded to Mi Bo. Hearing Mi Bo’s words, the VIPs below began to wonder. Mi Bo was a regular at the auction and everyone here knew that an Alchemist’s judgnt was the sharpest. Whenever Mi Bo had shown interest in sothing in the past, it always turned out to be a gem. Seeing him place a bid, people began calling out their own bids, and the price ultimately rose to thirty thousand diamond coins, purchased by a wealthy rchant. When the wealthy rchant took the serpent muscle that looked like a white line from Ah Dai’s hands, he muttered doubtfully, "Is this thing really worth so much money?"

Ah Dai saw his doubting heart, chanted, "Oh elents of fire filling the universe! Grant your warm power, condense into a sphere, manifest in my hand." A dark blue fireball appeared in Ah Dai’s hand, the scorching temperature imdiately made the rchant step back. Ah Dai said, "This fireball is very hot, as you see." He extended his hand holding the fireball, walked to the cage that contained the Fairy girl, who imdiately curled up tightly like the cat woman had, shaking continuously. Ah Dai controlled the fireball, which quickly flew towards and pierced through a cage bar as thick as an arm, rapidly lting the bar into a pool of molten iron. Ah Dai then walked up to the stunned rchant, took back the serpent muscle from him, and threw it onto his own fireball. The muscle seed unaffected by the heat, softly landing in Ah Dai’s palm, completely undamaged.

The rchant’s eyes widened, he exclaid, "Is it really that miraculous?" Ah Dai extinguished the fireball in his hand and tossed the serpent muscle to the rchant. The residual heat scorched the rchant who yelped in pain, but his heart was filled with joy, clearly very satisfied with the serpent muscle. Below, Mi Bo was also extrely surprised; although the Fireball Technique Ah Dai had used was quite ordinary and he seed not to be exerting his full effort, its power was imnse, its temperature far exceeding his own capability. He couldn’t help but regret not having insisted on bidding for the serpent muscle.
