Aizen sensed Ichigo's movent and couldn't help but being startled because he understood at that mont, it turns out that Ichigo's reiatsu hadn't disappeared. He was just on a higher-dinsion compared to him.

Imdiately afterwards, the huge black crescent attack enveloped and swallowed him, and Aizen was forced to endure trendous pain. He suffered unprecedented severe injuries in an instant, and was even forcibly beaten back to his original form from the hollow-state by Ichigo.

Unfortunately, that's all.

Even if Ichigo wanted to launch another attack on Aizen, there was nothing he could do.
