The team of Agents turned the entire city upside down.
The Governor and five of his most powerful employees were executed.

However, compared to how Aegis usually did things, one servant of Pestilence was spared.
The rchant, the Specter who created the dicine used all over the world.
The rchant was confiscated by Aegis and transported to their headquarters.
This Specter was simply too valuable.
The entire world needed its dicine.
Of course, during all of this, Aegis also interrogated Nick in his new disguise.
But Nick had already expected that to happen, which was why he had assud the identity of this specific person.
This person had been a magnanimous philanthropist on the outside.
He had always advocated for people with a lower status than him and did a lot of charity.
But all of that was just a disguise to hide his true intentions.
He was building an empire that profited from the guilt of the sa people it saved.
Forced labor.
Almost no pay.
The people were almost worked to death.
However, this person was so good at hiding all of this that nobody knew about these dark secrets.
Well, except for Nick, who had uncovered them very quickly.
On the surface, Nick's disguise was that of a good person who just wanted to help humanity, and that was enough for Aegis.
Aegis didn't have the ti to conduct a thorough investigation of the thousands of rich people in the city.
Naturally, Aegis also tested Nick's identity.
They checked his Barrier and its records. Those couldn't be falsified.
Well, except for the fact that they could.
Nick's Barrier was special, and the Technician gave it the ability to essentially copy any Barrier.
Then, they put Nick through a couple of tests to uncover Specters.Those also couldn't be falsified.
At least, they thought so.
Nick passed all of the tests.
Due to the outstanding performance and image of Nick's disguise, Aegis gave him a high-ranking job in the new governnt.
He wasn't powerful enough to be a Governor, but he would have a huge part in developing the new city.
Within the next couple of months, the prices of the dicine fell drastically, and the Specter spreading the diseases also vanished.
The security inside the tower was intensified, and assassinations beca much more difficult.
Two servants of Sloth and Wrath appeared within these months to regain control, but Nick found them quickly and executed them.
Six months after the city changed, Nick went to the next phase of his plan.
He entered a secret room inside the tower.
In that room was a Greater Relay.
Nick walked over to the Greater Relay and activated it.
He waited for a couple of seconds as it tried to establish a connection.
And then, the other side picked up.
The being projected in front of Nick was also completely red, but compared to the soft and beautiful appearance of Gluttony, it had the appearance of a muscular and angry man. ř𝘈NȯВΕs
Wrath.
It had been a while since Nick saw Wrath.
"Hello, Wrath," Nick said in his disguise. "I am the Specter that took Vitality City from you."
"What do you want?" Wrath asked, trying to keep his anger under control.
"Cooperation," Nick said. "I ca to Vitality City as a partner of Gluttony's. It was the one who directed towards it. In Gluttony's opinion, if this city falls, the conflict between you and Sloth would reignite, giving Gluttony so breathing room."
"What do you want?" Wrath repeated.
"As I've said, cooperation," Nick said. "I'm certain Gluttony sent to this city so that I would weaken you and then die to your Fallen. And even if I don't die, I will be bound to Gluttony since I made two powerful enemies.Gluttony thinks that I would not be able to leave its side until I work myself to death."
"But I think there is another way."
"What if I present you with an even bigger bounty than this city?"
Wrath's expression didn't change. "Elaborate."
"Mountain Fork City," Nick said.
Wrath's narrowed eyes narrowed even further.
"I know it belongs to you," Nick said, "and I also know that your servant in it is one of your most powerful ones."
"The Cave Wraith, a Peak Demon."
"Now, I could just alert Aegis, and they will deal with it, but I have different plans."
"At so point, Gluttony is sure to direct to this city, but I will ask for a Fallen as an escort. After all, I can't kill the Cave Wraith. Do you see where I'm getting at?" Nick asked.
"You're giving a Fallen to ," Wrath said.
"Correct," Nick said. "I will lead one of Gluttony's Fallen to your doorstep, and the only thing you have to do is to kill it. I don't think you guys have a lot of Fallen under your control. I believe killing a Fallen working for Gluttony would be much better than regaining partial control of this city."
Wrath remained silent for a while.
"It is a tempting offer," Wrath said, "but how can I trust you?"
Nick smirked.
"Because I'm a Specter. I want what's best for . To be frank, I will keep working with you and Gluttony since none of you are willing to sacrifice the resources necessary to get rid of ."
"I am going to create a territory of my own in this place, and I will be a buffer zone between all of you."
"Since I will be a partial ally to the two of you, I won't be attacked."
"anwhile, it will be difficult for the two of you to attack each other since I will be between you two."
"This ans the only path to expansion is Sloth's territory."
"Gluttony will stop attacking you and will attack Sloth."
"You will stop attacking Gluttony and will attack Sloth."
"Sloth will crumble under your combined influence,and both of you get a lot of territory."
"And if any of you attack , well…"
