Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 93: Kill Me, Protect Me?

A boy looking confused, stares at his father who continues to drink alcohol in his study. He knew that his father didn’t really like drinking anything like that before.

Since the arrival of his father’s friend a few days ago, his father’s attitude had changed drastically. His father, who used to be gentle and always accompanied him to play, was now rude and always kicked him out.

"What kind of junk food is this?!" he snapped when his wife made food for him.

He threw his plate on the floor, making a ss of all the food. The terrified wife could only hug their son as she watched her husband’s tantrum.

"You useless wife, you just can’t do anything!" He left the dining room, leaving their son to witness it.

Of course it made their son feel confused, what was wrong with his father?

However, the boy who was still too innocent, entered his father’s study and invited him to play outside.

"Dad, let’s go play on the swing!" the son said as he ran up to his father.

However, suddenly the glass the man was holding was thrown at him and almost hit the boy.

CRASH!

The mother, hearing this, imdiately ran into her husband’s office and pulled their son into her arms.

"Hendrick, what were you thinking! It’s so dangerous for Sam! It could hurt him!" said his upset wife.

"Shut up! I’m busy and you better get that damn kid out of my sight!" Hendrick snapped at his wife and son after he felt the stress of losing sothing valuable.

The woman led Sam, their son, out of Hendrick’s office. She asked Sam to stay away from his father because he was not well.

Of course Sam didn’t understand that and asked when his father would get better.

"Soon, I’m sure he’ll be better soon. And everything will be back to normal," she replied.

But things were certainly not as his mother had told him.

One year later, a terrible fire broke out in her house. It killed both his parents except for him who was saved.

Little Sam, lost everything he had. His parents, his ho and everything at the age of eight.

He could only cry every now and then, and was eventually taken in by his mother’s relatives.

"From then on, I grew up not having anything that was truly mine. Everything is gone, and it’s all because of one man’s greed that my family was destroyed!" Ivan said angrily, revealing himself to be the son of Hendrick, Sam Walton.

The best friend of Barney, Daren’s father, had betrayed the man by removing Hendrick’s na from the list of Marabella company owners when in fact Hendrick was the main founder of Marabella and the company was nad after his beloved wife’s middle na.

Daren, who had just learned all this, didn’t know what to say. He had never heard it from his parents. He didn’t know that Marabella didn’t even belong to his family but to the Walton family.

"So all this ti... You befriended just to get my father’s attention and then get revenge?" Daren asked.

"Exactly! You think I really want to be friends with an Oga like you? You’re too stupid and innocent, and your family doesn’t even deserve Marabella! All that belongs to my family! Your wealth, company and everything is mine!"

THUD!

Again Ivan punched Daren so hard in the face that his nose was streaming blood.

"It’s all of you and your entire family’s fault, mine is ruined and turned into a nightmare! It’s all your fault!" Ivan snapped.

"I’m sorry... I’m... I’m so sorry... Ivan..." Daren was trying to apologize for sothing he hadn’t even done and didn’t know about.

He could understand how it felt when a father he loved and cared for so much turned into a monster in his life.

But Daren couldn’t compare the two, and could only say sorry.

"SHUT UP!"

THUD!

Axel couldn’t help but watch as Daren continued to be beaten by a vengeful Ivan. His hands clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned white, he couldn’t watch his Oga continue to be treated like that.

"Enough!" Axel firmly stopped him while holding the man’s wrist which made Ivan turn to him.

"If you keep beating him like that, he’ll die. It’s useless to prepare everything so far," he said continuing his warning.

"You’re right, I want to see you kill him. It’ll be fun to see the bullet go through his body and he’ll be in a lot of pain," Ivan said, pulling himself away.

Daren’s body slumped down from where it was, he was already feeling very weak from being hit several tis. If only the rope hadn’t been tied to his body, he would have fallen down long ago.

Ivan smiled, seeing how he managed to beat up the Oga after years of refraining from doing so.

Even when they were in school, it was Ivan who actually paid the students to bully Daren to make him look like the man’s life-saver.

He manipulated Daren, taking advantage of his innocence to get into the Wyne Family with ease.

Because his face didn’t look much like his parents’ and Ivan had changed his na to be easily trusted by them.

"My na is Ivan Howard, I’m a friend of Daren’s. I saw him always alone and the other students were always bullying him. So I got curious about Daren and found out that he wasn’t as bad as they said. I’m very happy to be friends with him," Ivan said for the first ti making a good impression on Daren’s family.

But behind that, he only hoped for revenge and to take back what once belonged to his family.

"I... I can’t bla... Ivan for this..." Daren said in a weak voice. "All of this... It’s my father’s fault... He was so cruel that he made you... lose everything... But..."

His tears fell into his lap, tears that carried the pain of being betrayed by two people she trusted so much.

"But... Why did you guys have to do that to ...? I really... Trusted you two... I even trust you guys... More than I trust myself..."

There had been hundreds of tis Axel had seen this scene and heard the words of soone who was betrayed by him. They were nothing to him, but he felt that this ti was very different. He felt like he never wanted to see this scene again.

"Heh, all this happened because you’re stupid! It’s easy to believe in us who you don’t even know very well," Ivan replied and then turned to Axel.

"Kill him now!"

The agent pulled a gun out of his pocket and pointed it at Daren. Daren lifted his head, staring at Axel’s cold stare at him ready to kill him.

He would soon die at the hands of his own lover, die at the hands of the man he loved.

"Maybe to you, all of this is just a lie. Your feelings for may not be real. But..." Daren looked into the man’s eyes and smiled.

"My feelings for you are real. I really love you, no matter who you are. Maybe I’m too stupid to believe your gas. But I guess it wasn’t all bad. You let feel what it’s like to be in love and be loved... Even if it was just for a mont..."

Daren’s eyes closed, waiting for his death while Axel tightened his grip on his gun. He gritted his teeth as he heard his word then pulled the trigger.
