Daren felt contractions in his belly, Viona said that it was a sign that he was about to give birth. Everyone imdiately panicked and Victor thoughtlessly grabbed his car keys and lifted his oga’s body to the car.

"I’ll go first, you guys can catch up later!" he said and put Daren in the car and they drove to the hospital.

Daren continued to whimper in pain, he had been feeling it since last night but he thought it was just a stomach ache. He had no idea that he was going into labor that day.

"Uhh... It hurts so much," he said as he rubbed his belly.

"Does it hurt that much? You need to catch your breath. Inhale and then exhale slowly," Victor said as he accelerated his car.

Daren followed his lover’s instructions, he inhaled and then exhaled slowly. He did it repeatedly until the pain lessened a little. However, he had to be taken to the hospital imdiately before he went into labor in the car.

After 15 minutes, they finally arrived at the hospital where Victor imdiately had the dical team treat Daren just like the day he went into labor.

"My Oga is in labor, he needs help!" he said firmly.

The blonde Oga was then taken to the delivery room. He asked Victor to co in and keep him company, of course the alpha was fine with that and followed the doctor’s instructions to sterilize the room.

After he cleaned himself up, he stood next to Daren who was ready to give birth.

"Are you sure you want to accompany ? Many lovers are scared when they see their partners giving birth and even faint," a nurse asked.

Because there were several cases of lovers fainting while accompanying their partners, due to the sight of so much blood.

"I’ll be fine, just handle my oga," replied the alpha because for him seeing a lot of blood was like daily food.

Too often and too used to seeing blood that was far more grueso.

"Uhhh... That hurts, Vic!" said Daren as he squeezed Victor’s arm.

"Yeah, I know. But I’m sure you can get that baby out safely. You’ve been through a lot of pain, I know you’re a strong oga," he said trying to be supportive.

Eventually the delivery took place and it took a very long ti as Daren continued to feel exhausted while giving birth to their son. His face looked pale and he kept a firm grip on his alpha’s hand.

Victor rubbed his oga’s head and then kissed his forehead, trying to encourage him even though he didn’t say the words.

He continued to push the baby out with all the strength he had even though Daren ran out of steam several tis.

His breathing was ragged, he couldn’t take it anymore.

"Just a little more, Mr. Daren! The baby’s head is coming out. You can do it!"

"Co on Daren, you can do it. Didn’t you say you wanted to know the baby’s na right away?!" Victor tried to encourage him.

Daren nodded and tried to push even harder until finally their baby was born.

The sound of crying filled the delivery room, making everyone feel very relieved, especially Victor.

"Congratulations on the birth of the baby, your baby is a boy!" the doctor said and then he gave the baby to Daren.

"Oh... He’s so small," he said with an exhausted face. "Hey, can you hear ? I’m your mom, that big scary guy over there is your dad."

"What are you saying? Don’t say stupid things like that in front of him," Victor said with a frown.

However, seeing how Daren kissed their baby, Victor slowly lted. He hadn’t expected this day to finally arrive. They had a baby boy and Victor hoped nothing bad was waiting for them.

"Then let us clean him up first." The nurse carried the baby away.

Daren was then moved to the regular ward, where he could finally rest and sleep for a while as he was exhausted from laboring since noon and now the sky was quite dark.

Victor sat on a chair near their baby box. The baby boy was fast asleep. His face was so cute and his hair was black like Victor, his father. He hadn’t had the courage to hold their baby for fear of making him cry and Daren was currently sleeping.

"Hey, you’re sleeping too much. It may sound silly saying it but I am your father. I’ll probably be pretty strict with you, no matter if you’re alpha or oga. I don’t want you to live a pampered life because the world is too horrible for you to think everything is a fantasy world," he said.

"But... Don’t worry, your mother and I will guide you and protect you from the madness of this world. Especially , I will do anything to protect you and your mother if it ans I have to eliminate everyone for it," Victor continued as he rubbed his son’s cheek with his finger.

The baby felt his father’s touch and drew closer to the warm touch until a smile appeared on his face.

The smile also appeared on Victor’s face when he saw the baby smile. The baby’s soft skin made him feel so calm.

Daren slowly woke up and turned to Victor who was busy distracting their son.

’He’s smiling? How sweet. He looks so happy. I’m happy to see him too, I hope this child brings us happiness,’ Daren thought.

"Busy with him hmn?" asked Daren which made Victor turn his head.

"You’re awake. How are you?" he asked as he moved his chair closer to Daren.

"A little better, I’m really tired but I don’t want to sleep for long. I want to see our baby," the oga replied.

He asked Victor to hold their baby for him, but Victor was hesitant about it as he had never held a baby before.

"What if I drop it?"

"You intend to do that?" asked Daren in surprise.

"Of course not! I just... Never been too close to babies, let alone held them."

"Then try it, I’ll keep asking you to do it so you get used to it and if you really want to help take care of him, you should be able to hold him!"

What Daren said was true. However, Victor was still scared of it and he tried to take it slowly.

He lifted the baby’s body by scooping it up and then transferred it to his arms.

He did it very carefully, until he finally succeeded.

"See? You can do it!" said Daren happily.

The Alpha smiled, especially when the baby boy nuzzled into his chest. His heart swelled, making Victor completely lt.

"My baby boy. I never thought I... could hold you."
