Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 191: I’m So Proud Of You

After a long wait, Daren was finally reunited with Victor who had co all the way from Dormania. He hadn’t expected the man to co out of the blue after waiting so long. He thought Victor wanted nothing to do with him after not replying to his ssages since yesterday.

But he was happy now that the man was in his arms again and it made him feel so much better.

"Victor! I’m so glad you’re here! Why didn’t you say you were coming today?" he asked, still hugging him tightly right in front of his bedroom door.

"I wanted to make a surprise for you. For you and our baby, so is it true that you’re carrying my child?" he asked while holding both of Daren’s shoulders.

He nodded his head, then showed him the doctor’s letter which proved that he was indeed pregnant. Victor, who read the letter, smiled and hugged his oga.

He even pulled him into his kiss, as he could finally et Daren again and feel his touch. Slling his pheromones and also knowing that the man was carrying his child.

The blonde Oga broke their kiss and looked up at his alpha.

"My mom’s here," he said and then looked into the room to see a smiling Viona staring back at them.

"Oh sorry about that, I didn’t an to do it in front of you, Mrs. Wyne," Victor said.

Viona chuckled at the man’s words, and asked him to call her mother. Given that her son was currently pregnant with Victor’s child and that ant Victor was also part of her family.

"Indirectly at this ti you are like my son-in-law. You can call mother too," Viona said softly and then slowly walked over to them.

She took Victor’s hand and said she was very happy that he had kept his promise. He really ca to see Daren and ant what he said about wanting to take responsibility for what he did.

"I’m so proud of you, you’re a very good man and a very responsible one too. I’m sure my son is in good hands," Viona said as she squeezed his hand gently.

Victor paused to stare at the face of his lover’s mother, as she reminded him of his own mother even though they were very different. But her words made sothing inside Victor feel like he had done the right thing.

He had never received such praise from his mother before, even though he had done many things. And this ti he felt sothing he wasn’t used to but it made him feel very relieved and happy. Even though he couldn’t express it and show it directly.

’She’s proud of .’ That was what he was thinking right now after listening to what Viona told him. His face was slightly flushed at the thought

Daren and Victor then sat together on Daren’s bed while catching up after Viona left his room.

He sat on Victor’s lap as he leaned into his chest. Feeling the warmth of his lover’s body, he felt so comfortable and safe in his arms. Victor himself was relieved that Daren was okay.

Especially after hearing the story about Aiden who seed to be trying to turn him into his oga.

"But I definitely won’t let that happen, because I don’t want any other Alpha but you! If I really liked all alphas, I would have married one of the alphas I had dinner with from the start," Daren said.

"I knew you wouldn’t want to do it, and forcing the marking isn’t easy if one still refuses. The weakest would die easily," Victor replied because not only was he worried about Daren being marked by Aiden, he was worried that Daren could die.

When one of the Alphas or Ogas still doubted or rejected the marking, one of them could die. Sotis this makes Victor think that his father is actually dead. Seen from how his mother hates his father so much, and blas his father for her pregnancy.

He believed that his father had died because of the opposition of the marking.

"Because you are only my oga, and I will not let you be with another Alpha. And this child is proof that I will never let you go and you are stuck with ," he said again while kissing Daren’s forehead.

But it was obvious that he liked it.

"By the way, were you able to co here because you got permission from your target or your boss in the organization? Because it must be very difficult to find a good reason for you to get that permission," Daren asked.

"I didn’t get that permission. Not from anywhere, not from anyone."

Sighing, Victor explained that he was quitting this mission and possibly this job. He had told Daren about this earlier and he felt it was the right ti for it.

Daren then wondered what if Victor had stayed ho. He would look after their child while Daren would go to work. But that was imdiately rejected by Victor, because he thought it was better for him to work than Daren.

"Not that I want to say that you’re an Oga and I’m an Alpha who should work. But it would be better if the kids were with you than with . I’m worried that I’ll only make a bad impression on them."

He nodded in agreent, sotis Daren thought of staying ho to look after their children. Because he was sure that with her growing belly and the lack of job offers, he would also need a few months of rest after giving birth.
