Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 176: Daren Can’t Be Found

In the midst of a strong storm, Mike, who was with Louis, was surprised to hear that Daren had left and had not returned. Worried, Mike decided to go looking for him.

However, Louis held his arm and asked him not to go.

"Please don’t go, there’s a rainstorm outside. It will be very dangerous for you to go, the wind is very strong, stay with until the storm subsides!" he said asking Mike not to go.

Louis himself didn’t understand what Mike was thinking at the mont, but he hoped he wasn’t making trouble for the man.

’Mike, I’m not a hindrance to you, am I?’ he thought worriedly.

The two of them went back into the room at the back of the store and rested together. Mike went to the corner of the room to call soone while Louis let him.

He called Victor, even though he knew the paid agent was busy with his mission, but he was sure Victor must know or maybe Daren told him where he went.

He tried calling him nearly ten tis in two hours, but Victor didn’t answer. Finally, at 3pm on Zondalian ti, Mike made another call. He knew that Dormania ti were 4 hours ahead of Zondalian.

And sure enough, his call was finally answered but it annoyed Victor that Mike kept trying to call him because it could make his mission fall apart.

"What the hell are you doing? You kept calling ten tis in two hours? Did you forget not to call unless I did it first?" Victor scolded Mike.

Even Louis could hear him even though he was quite far away and didn’t use a loudspeaker.

’Who is he calling?’ Louis thought curiously.

"I called you because I wanted to tell you about Daren, you idiot. Stop yelling at !" Mike retorted irritably.

Victor fell silent when he heard his boyfriend’s na ntioned. Mike then said that Daren hadn’t co ho since this morning. That’s why he wanted to ask, where Daren had gone that he might know about.

"He disappeared?! Tch, I knew going out alone wasn’t safe for him. It’s not just that it’s dangerous outside, it’s that he’s too stupid to keep getting himself into trouble!" said Victor in frustration.

He understood why Daren’s late father had said that Daren was always getting into trouble. The blond oga was always jumping into trouble that he should have avoided.

"This morning he said that he went to a gelato shop not far from his house. I didn’t text him again because I was busy."

Louis, who was still listening, wondered what Daren and Aiden Mike was talking about? Are they friends of his friend?

"I’ll track his whereabouts, I’ll send it to you later," Victor replied as he end their call.

The alpha male imdiately noticed his surroundings then ran away towards his room in the mansion of the mafia group he was currently in.

As he was walking towards his room, a man stopped him because he felt suspicious of Victor who was in a hurry. Moreover, he was a new mber of their group who managed to attract the attention of their boss with his abilities.

"What are you doing in such a hurry, huh? Trying to find sothing?" the man asked.

His steps halted at the sight of a mafia alpha standing in front of him right now. His body, which was as big as Victor’s, was like a tower blocking his way. He was in a hurry.

"I just want to go back to my room, I’ve finished all my tasks today," Victor replied with a cold tone.

"Back to your room, huh? After you stole sothing you needed?" she asked again.

Victor frowned, not understanding why the man suspected him of stealing sothing. He knew that the man hadn’t trusted him since he arrived two months ago.

"Don’t say sothing stupid, Jas. I didn’t steal anything, nor do I lack the money to do so. So don’t say anything that will cause a scene later," he replied as he folded his arms across his chest.

The man nad Jas walked over to Victor and leaned in close to his ear.

"Anyway, the boss will always take my word over yours. If you dare to do sothing suspicious or make a mistake. I won’t hesitate to report it to the boss, do you understand Cole?" he whispered while calling out Victor’s new pseudonym.

"I know that, now get out of my way."

Jas pulled away then watched as the new mber simply walked past him.

"You’ll see, I won’t let you out of my sight, new boy. I’ll find out who you really are.

Victor rolled his eyes in annoyance that soone like Jas would get in the way of his work.

But he still had to be careful of alphas like him who could thwart his mission. He didn’t want his mission to fail again like last ti even though the percentage of success was quite small.

He must always be vigilant and raise his alert level when around Jas who seed to be watching him.

’It’s not important to think about that for now. I’d rather find out about Daren’s whereabouts before sothing happens to him.’
