Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 111: That’s What I Feel

A tragedy suddenly occurred, soone shot Viona’s body which made her fall unconscious due to a severe gunshot wound in her back.

Frantically, Daren tried to save his mother. But Viona did not open her eyes. He patted her lightly on the cheek.

It turned out that Ivan had found out where Daren was and he’d sent a sniper to kill them.

"No, no, no... I’ll save you, mom! Hang in there!" He hugged his mother’s body tightly with tears flowing.

Amidst the chaos and panic over Viona being shot, there was suddenly another voice that Daren didn’t expect to hear.

"Akh!" Another voice ca from the direction of Edgar who was also shot in the fatal part, the middle-aged man fell down with blood flowing. "Madam... Viona..."

Mike who saw his father shot tried to save him, but he was also hit with the bullets that hit him.

Daren looked around, and couldn’t believe what was in front of him. His breathing suddenly beca labored and interrupted, he beca so shocked that he could hardly breathe.

His hands were shaking and his head was aching.

Luckily, when the sniper was about to shoot Axel, the man managed to dodge and find the sniper’s whereabouts. He intended to pursue the sniper, but seeing that there were three lives at stake, Axel was forced to save them first.

Ivan’s laughter could be heard clearly, savoring the horrible sound he heard before the phone finally hung up.

"Hey hey! Wake yourself up!" The Alpha tried to rouse his Oga from the shock he was currently feeling. "I know you’re shocked, but this is no ti to cry! We need to get them to the hospital!"

He then walked over to Mike who was still have his conscious. The ginger-haired man tried to get up despite the blood coming out of his mouth. "Dad... Dad, just hold on..."

"Can you still walk? I’ll carry your father, you hold on to ," Axel said and carried Edgar’s body.

anwhile, Daren carried his mother in his arms. He kept begging his mother to stay and not leave him.

They drove to the hospital in a parked car. On the way, Daren continued to cry while hugging Viona’s body.

"Please... Mom don’t leave ... Please mom..."

Within 15 minutes, they arrived at the hospital and imdiately received help from the dical team. The three of them were taken to the operating room because the shots they received were quite severe. Mike was even said to be strong enough for soone who could still walk with such wounds.

In the waiting room, Daren and Axel sat waiting for the three people to finish getting help. They waited in front of Viona’s operating room because his mother had sustained a more severe gunshot wound.

The blonde Oga looked very anxious, his gaze blank and his face pale. He didn’t know what to do if he lost them. He ruffled his hair in frustration, feeling like all of this was his fault.

Because of him, they all had to feel this way.

"Hey, you better calm yourself down. I know this is quite a shock to you but you can’t go on like this. You’re only draining your energy because of your anxiety," his boyfriend said.

"Calm down? How can I be calm when I see the three of them shot before my eyes?! They almost died because of ! It’s all my fault!" replied Daren with a voice that snapped at Axel.

"None of this is your fault, it’s that damn Beta’s fault! He made this crazy shit up and you did nothing about it!"

He let out a rough sigh and continued to say it was all his fault, he still looked scared and also felt shaky because of what happened earlier. Axel took off his jacket and put it on Daren after he realized that his Oga shirt was stained with his mother’s blood.

"I’ve asked Wilfred to find out who the sniper is. There’s a lot of CCTV in the villa because it’s not an ordinary vacation villa. That’s why he should be able to find him," Axel said and rubbed Daren’s head.

He pulled the man’s body towards him, letting Daren lean against him to calm down.

Slowly Daren felt more relaxed and his body was no longer shaking. He nuzzled into Axel, trying to feel the warmth of his Alpha.

"What if they don’t survive? What if they die, Vic? What if my mom..." He squeezed the man’s black t-shirt with a feeling of dread.

"From my experience, there’s a high chance of them surviving. A shot in the back is quite fatal, but if they are rescued in ti and correctly, their chances of survival are still clear. Unlike those who are shot in the head, which will definitely kill them," explains Axel, who has experience with all such things.

After all, Axel is an agent tasked with eliminating soone like a hitman. But his job requires him to get as much information from the target as possible to give to their client.

After almost four hours, the doctor finally ca out.

"How is my mother, doctor?" asked Daren worriedly.

"Mrs. Wyne suffered a fatal gunshot wound, but we managed to remove the bullet from her body," replied the doctor who operated on Viona.

"Can she be moved to the regular hospitalization room? Or..."

The doctor’s expression turned sad, making Daren, who had been relieved, worry again.

"Sothing... happened to her?" the Oga asked again.

The doctor nodded, because of the shot that penetrated from her back, Viona was in critical condition and it was unknown when she would finish her critical period.

"Mrs. Wyne may go into a coma from which it is uncertain when she will wake up, but if she does... Mrs. Wyne can no longer use her legs to walk," the doctor explained.

"So... You an my mother beca paralyzed?"

Tears welled up in Daren’s eyes as he realized this. He was happy that his mother was still alive, but knowing her condition made him feel sick.
