It was high in the late afternoon at this ti and the sky was painted with a beautiful shade of blinding yellow and orange.
This light filtered to the few openings of the secured armory, dabbling beautiful light on the grueso sight inside.
Corpses littered the ground and blood crawled all over the floor. The image of the beautiful woman and her n above the carnage, indifferent from the massacre they just committed, stamped in the hearts of those who saw.
Most people—including people from their own team—shivered in fear. So even outright vomited.
Actually, everyone from the other team who didn’t get killed had already vomited their stomachs out, which was harsh because they had barely eaten anything.
It also struck extre fear in everyone’s heart.
The n soon converged to where Khalifa was, looking at her in worry. She took down about a hundred by herself. She must be really… parched.
"You okay?" The n asked, staring at her pretty flushed face.
She glared at them, their question was obviously only half-concerned, okay?
She felt a little annoyed. It seed that she spoiled them too much!
"Let’s just go to Mr. Bo’s resource center," she said, pouting, and sauntered to their ride.
To the eyes of her n who knew her body and movents more than they do their bodies, they knew very well what she needed at the mont.

The warehouse was only an hour or so away on their way back to the base. They didn’t want to waste anymore ti in this place littered with dead bodies, so they just packed up everything.
Fortunately there were plenty of trucks in the armory, not including the high-spec cars of the gangsters.
Everyone separated into different cars as needed, every vehicle having so resources. They also took extra trucks for Mr. Bos warehouse, because they knew the trucks they brought (the only ones available at the ti) probably wouldn’t be enough.
People pretty much rushed out not only to get back to the base within the day, but also because the horrid corpses littered on the ground were too creepy!
However, it wasn’t entirely smooth the whole ti.
"P-please take !" Aubrey yelled. "Cauis!"
She said so as if they weren’t already bringing the survivors with them.
They looked at the survivors from the armory and they looked at each other. Of course, those who had acquaintances and relatives were already in the cars, among others, and no one stopped them from getting in at all.
It was just that Aubrey and the star, Keshia, wanted to be in the sa car as their ’n’, and thus the current scene of causing drama in front of their car.
Kaize and Cauis sighed and asked Khalifa and the others to get inside. "We’ll handle this," Kaize said, though not without placing a chaste kiss on Khalifa’s soft face.
When he turned to the other two won, his expression turned to one of annoyance.
"Join so other car, otherwise you can stay," Kaize said to Keshia, straight to the point.
He didn’t hate this woman, and they were sleeping together casually before. It wasn’t his fault he was so charming that she fell head over heels after a single fuck.
"Don’t annoy . I’m sure there are plenty of other n who can support you."
Keshia pursed her lips. However, while she really did like Kaize, she was still an essentially selfish person who liked herself more than anything.
So, she shrugged and went to the car with the most number of dashing n. She ended up in a civilian car though, as the one with dashing soldiers had already been filled while she was being dramatic.
Sigh.
Aubrey was much more difficult to handle and Cauis was simply not as straightforward as Kaize.
However, he was not about to leave the defending to Khalifa like she had before.
"Please, Cauis! We knew each other for years! You can’t let be like this!
"There are plenty of other cars."
"No, Cauis, I’m afraid of other n now!" She sobbed, hugging herself and looking very pitiful. She looked at him, large eyes lined with tears. "Please, Cauis, you’re the one I trust."
"That’s not my problem."
She sobbed and glared at the car where Khalifa was. "It’s her, isn’t it? She just can’t handle anyone’s attention not on her—"
Any insult to Khalifa was a trigger to all her n. It was a taboo that had a 100% chance of activating their dark sides.
Sothing snapped in Cauis and his feet stomped, calling on the earth below.
A second later, four walls surrounded Aubrey, encasing her in a box, muffling her high-pitched voice.
Ah, finally quiet.
Inside the earth box, no light ca in. It was pitch black, silent, and extrely horrific.
Aubrey’s eyes widened and, for a few monts, she couldn’t comprehend what was just done to her.
When it did, more tears flowed down. "C-Cauis?"
No answer. And it was so silent she could hear her own heartbeat and the ringing in her ears. She yelled, "CAUIS!!"
Nononono
"CAUIS!! CAUIS!!!"
She scread over and over, her hands forming fist and pounding on the wall with all her power.
Not even a bit of dust was displaced. Even in the dark, she knew she had no effect, and this only made her heart beat even faster in terror.
"CAUIS!! Let out!!! DON’T LEAVE HERE! Please!! Kyaaaaaa!!!"
It was not long enough for her to suffocate, but she still hyperventilated. When so light started seeping through, it felt like she gained another life.
In fact, she was enclosed for only one minute, but it felt like forever.
When Cauis took down the walls, it revealed a pale woman with a face drenched in tears.
He looked at her with that mild way of his, "Still?" He asked, tone as if asking a student if he had any more questions.
The woman shook her head, running to the nearest car as if her life depended on it.
Kaize was at the side and watched everything in disbelief.
His eyes on Cauis had changed big ti. This treatnt was much harsher than his, right? At least he was just acerbic in words???
This guy was definitely much more black bellied than he let on!!!
