In monts, the white smoke cleared, revealing a massive form. It was actually a gigantic canine puppet cha, nearly as large as the Two-Tails Matatabi.

It had to be said that Sasori’s aesthetic achievent in artistic design was quite remarkable. Though it was rely a cold combat cha puppet, at first glance it seed filled with infinite vitality.

"Howling Heaven’s" overall design was based on the slender hound native to the Land of Wind—a breed with an elongated body, thin drooping ears with blunt rounded tips, and a long narrow head shaped like a cone. The neck was slender yet muscular, the waist flexible and slightly arched, gradually broadening toward the shoulders. The hind legs were long, muscular and powerful, wide and naturally grounded. The toes were rabbit-like, with tough pads that were hard and compact. There was decorative fur between the toes, tight hard hooves, and thick foot pads.

These dogs were extrely skilled at running and hunting, with tough and brave personalities. When chasing foxes and rabbits, they would often pursue their prey to death—truly the cream of the crop among hunting dogs. The noble lords of the Land of Wind all took pride in owning one.

Sasori’s"Howling Heaven" was silver-gray throughout, its entire body gleaming with a faint tallic luster. Its sharp claws and fangs flashed with cold light under the sun, sending chills down one’s spine.

Sasori’s index finger twitched slightly, and "Howling Heaven’s" back suddenly opened with a well-sized hatch. Sasori let out a long whistle and used Body Flicker to enter the puppet cha. Soon the hatch sealed shut.

"Clank!"

"Howling Heaven" stretched its limbs. Its eyes shifted from dim to blood red, as if a soul had been injected into it.

Suddenly "Howling Heaven" opened its massive jaws and actually spoke in human words—Sasori’s voice.

"Miss Yugito, if you’re interested, why not give it a try?"

The Two-Tails Matatabi calmly sized up the steel giant before her. Suddenly she arched her back, let out a piercing feline shriek, and pounced at "Howling Heaven".

This ti "Howling Heaven" didn’t indulge her anymore. Facing the charging Two-Tails, it unhesitatingly t her head-on.

The massive cat and dog collided in mid-air with bone-crushing force, then crashed to the ground and began fighting frantically. Thunder roared from their clash, like Mars colliding with Earth. The sky darkened as claws and fangs flew in a deadly dance. In monts the cave shook with earthquake-like tremors, sparks flying like teors. They actually fought to a complete standstill.

The two titans grappled for two solid hours, from early morning until the sun blazed high overhead.

Finally the cat and dog suddenly separated, circling each other with newfound wariness.

"Girl, this thing isn’t simple!"

Deep in Yugito’s inner world, Matatabi pursed her lips and spoke seriously.

"It’s just a bigger toy. What’s so special about it? I think he’s just putting on a tough front. A few more rounds and it’ll probably fall apart."

Yugito said dismissively.

"No, girl, you’re dead wrong."

Matatabi shook her head.

"This iron lump looks clumsy, but its speed and strength match mine perfectly. And my blue flas aren’t ordinary fire—they burn hot enough to lt raw iron. But after fighting this long, do you see any signs of it turning red or softening? This thing was specifically designed by that boy to fight Tailed Beasts!"

"Then what do we do?"

Yugito asked.

"Hmph! Girl, that’s enough. It’s already noon—we should eat. Besides, didn’t you promise him one hour? How many hours have passed now?"

Matatabi was growing impatient.

"No way!"

Yugito said defiantly.

"Sister, you’re a mighty Tailed Beast! If you can’t beat so puppeteer, won’t people laugh at us? No, you have to think of a way to take him down!"

Matatabi nearly fainted. What do you an I want to take him down—you’re clearly the one obsessed with beating him! Cloud Village’s martial spirit was truly deadly—they’d rather throw punches than exchange words, believing might makes right in everything.

Matatabi sighed heavily.

"Fine, alright. Let think of sothing. No matter how fierce this boy is, he’s still human. His chakra reserves can’t possibly match mine. We’ll wear him down bit by bit. But I’m saying this upfront—we can’t take his life."

In terms of raw combat power, Matatabi definitely wasn’t the strongest among the Tailed Beasts. But when it ca to laziness, if Matatabi claid second place, no one would dare claim first. She had zero interest in prolonged battles.

However, since her best friend had asked, she naturally couldn’t refuse. Moreover, she was genuinely intrigued by this "Howling Heaven" puppet cha.

Just how powerful could a human creation beco?

Matatabi had guessed correctly about one thing—this "Howling Heaven" cha was specifically designed as an anti-Tailed Beast weapon.

This concept had been proposed by Jinghang when Sasori first designed the puppet cha "Arhat".

Could they design a puppet cha capable of matching a Tailed Beast?

Sasori imdiately identified three technical challenges: First, since it would fight Tailed Beasts, they needed materials with incredible strength, heat resistance, and impact durability.

Second, the puppet cha required impossibly precise control. Tailed Beasts were living creatures after all—without perfect mastery, they’d be crushed in battle.

Third, they needed massive chakra reserves. This went without saying—without fuel, everything was just empty theory.

Jinghang waved his hand decisively: "Do it! Money when you need money, people when you need people. No budget limits—the village treasury provides unconditional support."

Sasori imdiately blazed with enthusiasm, leading his team into intensive research. With years of accumulated expertise and unlimited financial backing, they finally completed this masterpiece "Howling Heaven" just before the great war.

At this mont, Sasori used the brief lull to check various instrunt readings.

"Hmm, not bad. All structural damage is within acceptable paraters. Adding tungsten to the alloy really does provide effective heat resistance."

Sasori calmly pulled out a chakra enhancent pill and swallowed it.

"Howling Heaven’s" only weakness was chakra consumption. Operating such a massive cha puppet drained energy at an alarming rate. Though nearly three tis Sasori’s chakra reserves were sealed within "Howling Heaven", fighting a Tailed Beast was on another level entirely. After two hours of battle, the reserves were basically depleted, and his own chakra was nearly exhausted. Fortunately, he still had third-generation chakra enhancent pills—otherwise he’d have to surrender imdiately. "Howling Heaven" clearly still had room for upgrades.

As he pondered this, Matatabi charged again. Sasori controlled "Howling Heaven" to engage in another vicious round of clawing and grappling.

This battle raged from noon until dusk painted the sky.

Sasori gasped for breath, staring at the single remaining pill in the bottle and shaking his head helplessly. He had still underestimated a Tailed Beast’s endurance. If he took this last pill and his opponent still wanted to fight, he’d have no choice but to surrender.

"Girl, forget it. We’ve been fighting all day—I’m exhausted."

Matatabi’s voice carried deep weariness.

"Hold on just a little longer. I refuse to believe this!"

Yugito gritted her teeth stubbornly.

Suddenly Matatabi opened her massive jaws wide, enormous chakra energy swirling and condensing inside.

"Damn, is this woman insane? What grudge could she possibly have? She’s actually going to use a Tailed Beast Bomb on !"
