"She is the granddaughter of the First Hokage and has unparalleled dical expertise," Kakashi continued to explain.

"Her strength and experience far outweigh mine for this role. Konoha needs soone who can unify it, not just through strength but through her understanding of both the ninja and civilian sectors. Tsunade can provide that leadership."

The Fire Daimyo was quiet for a mont, stroking his chin as he glanced between the Jonin and Kakashi. Kakashi's words had struck a chord with him.

The Daimyo had learned that Tsunade, despite her years of wandering, had never abandoned Konoha she simply needed a reason to return. And that reason could be the village's survival, especially after such a turbulent ti.

"I understand your position," the Daimyo said, his tone changing slightly. "Tsunade is indeed a powerful figure, and the people would rally behind her. She has the Senju bloodline and the will of the village's founding leaders."

Shikaku glanced at Kakashi, waiting for his thoughts. Kakashi's gaze was focused, his mind already a step ahead.

"Indeed. The village would prosper under her leadership, especially with Jiraiya backing her. The two of them together would bring stability." Kakashi paused and then added, "I've already spoken with Tsunade. She is willing to return, and I believe the villagers will respect her decision."

There was a long silence as the Fire Daimyo continued to deliberate. The other Jonin, standing behind Kakashi, exchanged glances.

They had all respected Kakashi's strength, his leadership during the invasion, and his decision-making, but they also understood the gravity of the Hokage's position.

While Kakashi had shown that he was capable of directing the village in its ti of need, they also knew that the burden of being Hokage, especially being so young might be too much for him, even with his vast potential.

Finally, the Daimyo spoke, his voice firm. "Very well. It seems that the path forward has been decided." He looked directly at Kakashi. "I trust you will continue to support Tsunade, as she will need the assistance of the most capable leaders Konoha has to offer."

"Of course. I will support her fully." Kakashi bowed his head slightly.

Shikaku nodded, agreeing with the decision. "As will I. And the other Jonin will stand behind her, too. We will guide Konoha through this transition together."

The Daimyo gave a satisfied nod, then glanced at the others in the room. "Tsunade Senju will beco the Fifth Hokage of Konoha."

After the Daimyo had left the room, the atmosphere grew more relaxed, though the gravity of the decision still weighed on everyone.

Shikaku, Kakashi, and the others gathered around a table, so of the tension from the eting easing into camaraderie.

The Jonins were divided in their support. While they understood why Tsunade was the right choice, many still felt a deep respect for Kakashi and his abilities.

They had seen his genius firsthand, and so of them quietly wondered if he might one day take the position after Tsunade's reign.

Kakashi, reading the room as always, spoke with quiet assurance.

"I know many of you believe I would be a good Hokage. I won't deny that I have the strength to lead. But the Hokage is not just a title, it's a responsibility. Tsunade is the right person for the job now. And she will have my support in making Konoha stronger."

As he finished speaking, there was a mont of silent agreent, and the jonin nodded. They knew Kakashi's wisdom in making this choice.

They had seen his growth and his leadership, and now they understood his humility. This wasn't about power for Kakashi; it was about what was best for Konoha.

"We support your decision, Kakashi," Asuma said, his voice steady. "Tsunade is the right one. But don't think we'll forget your efforts. Konoha's future is stronger because of you."

The others echoed his sentint.

Kakashi's smile was faint but genuine. "I'm just glad to see everyone standing strong. Konoha's resilience is what will carry us through."

As the eting ca to an end, Kakashi and Shikaku lingered for a mont, speaking in private.

"You've made the right call," Shikaku said, his voice softening. "But you know Tsunade will need your support. She's not exactly soone who likes the political gas."

"I understand," Kakashi replied. "But I've already solved that problem. She won't be facing the sa isolation she had before. I'll be there to back her. We all will."

Shikaku smiled slightly, shaking his head in amazent. "You really do think of everything, don't you?"

Kakashi simply shrugged, a hint of his old playful self peeking through. "Soone has to."

The sun was beginning to set over the village as the decision was officially made. Tsunade Senju, the Fifth Hokage, would return to lead Konoha. And under her guidance and with Kakashi by her side, supporting her the village would heal and beco even stronger than before.

After Shikaku left Kakashi breathed a sigh of relief, these days had been very tireso to him but everything went according to his plan.

Danzo wasn't allowed to take advantage of Hiruzen's death and they even started the eting without him. He didn't want Danzo there as he might intimidate the Daimyo and make things go his way.

Tomorrow he would set off with Jiraiya, Naruto, Karin, and Sasuke and bring Tsunade back. He had been speaking with her through letters and he clearly missed her very much.

'However, Jiraiya's reaction should be hilarious when he detects the relationship between and Tsunade.' Kakashi thought with a strange smile creeping on his lips.
