Just a Bystander Chapter Placeholder / Announcement

Hello everyone,

I'm sorry to have to report that the ti and energy I have for writing have taken a massive hit over the past month, and the promised second segnt for June rolled over into July's writing, which has also lagged behind schedule.

Work has been piling up, so I need to take so ti off to settle that aspect of my life first. I'll be returning to this story hopefully so ti in late August or early September.
