“N-no, I’ll try—ah…”
His long fingers teased her rcilessly, tracing slow, deliberate strokes that had her hips moving instinctively in response. The mont her lips parted, Beomjin took it as a signal, sinking his teeth lightly into her lower lip, never enough to hurt, just enough to make her breath hitch.
“N-not like this…”
A hazy mix of pleasure and anticipation spread through her body like a slow-burning heat. Frustrated by the teasing, Junyoung twisted her body and sank fully onto his lap. The friction alone sent a shudder through her, and Beomjin let out a rough, restrained groan.
“You’re not fully ready yet.”
“If you take
to the bed, I will be.”
Junyoung pressed a kiss to the corner of his eye, her words both a challenge and an invitation. Beomjin didn’t hesitate. In one swift motion, he lifted her into his arms, crossing the short distance to the bedroom.
“This bed is nice.”
She murmured as she arched slightly, helping him tug her underwear down. Beomjin smirked at her remark.
“Should I get one for ho?”
“You already have a bed. Why would you—hey, wait, what are you…?”
Junyoung barely had ti to process before she felt him move lower. Heat flooded her face, her breath hitching.
“W-wait, Beomjin, I—ah!”
“Didn’t you say everything would be fine once we got to the bed?”
His voice was teasing, but his actions weren’t. Holding her firmly in place, he trailed slow kisses up her inner thigh, his tongue tracing soft, maddening patterns. Her struggles were half-hearted at best—her body was already responding before her mind could catch up.
“B-Beomjin, just—wait…”
Her protests lted into breathless gasps, the tension inside her snapping as pleasure overtook her completely. She barely had the presence of mind to glare at him through half-lidded eyes afterward.
Beomjin rely raised a brow.
“I felt like punishing you a little today.”
“Punish
with words, not—ugh! That was embarrassing…”
“I was using my mouth.”
His smirk was infuriating, especially as he leaned in, capturing her lips in another deep kiss. Junyoung tried to push him away, but her legs betrayed her, wrapping around his waist instead.
Before long, the quiet hotel room was filled with nothing but the sounds of their mingled breaths and the rustling of sheets.
***
Sunlight poured in, painfully bright. Despite the full embrace of sumr outside, the air conditioning in the room was so strong it felt almost chilly. A lighthearted voice echoed through the space.
“…That’s why I don’t like anything too flashy. Feels like showing off. And it’s not like I don’t have enough jealous people around
already. Didn’t you ever deal with that in school?”
Seungwoon, who had been idly gazing out the window, turned his head. Sitting across from him, Sera watched him expectantly.
With practiced ease, she pressed the tip of her fork into her eggs benedict, breaking the yolk in one smooth motion. The thick, golden liquid oozed onto the pristine white plate. Seungwoon’s brow furrowed slightly at the sight.
Sera took a bite of her muffin and ham, licking her lips with a smile.
“I don’t like talking to a brick wall, you know.”
“Sorry. I’ve had a headache since this morning.” Seungwoon lifted a hand, signaling a waiter. “Isn’t it cold in here? The air conditioning is a bit much.”
Sera’s lips curled slightly.
She was dressed in a white sleeveless dress embroidered with bright red flowers, a loosely knit cardigan draped over her shoulders. Truthfully, she wasn’t cold at all—but she didn’t say anything.
Normally, she wasn’t the type to hold back her words, but she had her reasons this ti.
She liked this man.
Finding soone like Seungwoon wasn’t difficult. A man from a well-off family, at the right age for marriage, with the right social standing—those weren’t exactly rare.
But Na Seungwoon had sothing extra.
Of course, he had the height, the well-built fra from years of sports, and a face that would look good on any arm. That alone was a strong selling point.
But beyond that, there was sothing about him that didn’t quite fit the mold of n in their world. A refreshing sincerity, a hint of ordinary modesty hidden beneath layers of polished manners.
To Sera, Na Seungwoon was like a palate cleanser—soone who washed away the overwhelming excess she was used to.
And yet, if that were all, he wouldn’t have caught her interest.
Sera wasn’t conservative when it ca to sex.
Back when she was in France, she’d had her fair share of one-night stands with n who shared the sa mindset.
Sex was simple. Strip away the layers of pretense, return to the most primal instincts, seek pleasure.
So n took their ti, so didn’t, but in the end, the outco was always the sa.
It always amused her how a man who had maintained polite, formal speech with her for three years could suddenly turn casual after just one night together. There was sothing strangely predictable about the way n behaved after sex.
Seungwoon’s first ti with her was… different. It wasn’t that his technique was mind-blowing or that he was the best she’d ever had. It was just different.
He had been careful. Almost… pained.
No man placed pain above pleasure in bed. But even in the throes of arousal, his eyes had looked like he was on the verge of tears. That contrast had flipped a switch inside her, making her lose control instead.
Yes. Seungwoon intrigued her.
What kind of life had he lived? What went through his mind? What did he love the most? Hate the most? What had been the happiest mont of his life? The most devastating?
But for soone who looked like a sheltered prince, Seungwoon was surprisingly tight-lipped. He rarely spoke about himself. She had to admit, his secrecy only drew her in more.
The defining mont was their second night together.
Sera knew herself well—her sex drive wasn’t exactly low. She had tried seducing him multiple tis after that first night, but he had resisted, avoiding any repeat encounters.
And that was exactly why that night had caught her off guard.
It had been late—she had stayed behind to organize the new space she was turning into her studio in Korea. When she ntioned she was there alone, Seungwoon had suddenly shown up.
And then he had pounced.
What happened next had been nothing like their first ti.
The studio was on the second floor, but the lights were on, and the large windows made them visible from the street. It was just past ten—late enough for the streets to be quieter but not empty.
And yet, Seungwoon had been a completely different person that night.
Without hesitation, he had shoved her against the window, his kisses bruising, urgent. One hand yanked up her skirt while the other gripped her so tightly it felt like he was about to tear her apart. His body was rigid, burning, and he drove into her without restraint, reckless, raw.
His eyes weren’t filled with tears this ti.
Instead, there had been fire.
Or perhaps… sothing burning out.
When he started whispering her na into her ear, over and over again, sothing inside her snapped. From that mont on, their sex had been nothing but primal. Biting. Clawing. Scratching. Moaning. A relentless chase to the peak.
By the end, Sera had collapsed onto the sofa beside him, utterly spent. Her fingers had absentmindedly traced over his skin, feeling the lingering heat beneath her palm. The fabric of the sofa was ruined, stained with the evidence of what they had done.
He wasn’t just a prince.
He was a prince with sothing festering inside him. Or maybe… not a prince at all.
Maybe, beneath that polished shell, there was sothing dark. Sothing small and vicious.
And that? That was fascinating.
"So, when should we set our next date?"
She had murmured the words against his ear, smirking as his hands road lower again, fingers dipping into her, still slick from before.
Seungwoon didn’t answer. He only gripped her harder, pressed his mouth to her throat, and took her again.
Sera had plenty of ti to ta him.
And yet, here he was now, looking as pristine as ever.
Sitting across from her, dabbing the corners of his mouth with a napkin, wearing that sa polite, practiced expression.
Watching those hands—the ones that had gripped her so indecently—made her stomach clench. The contrast sent an involuntary shiver down her spine.
Sera leaned forward, resting her elbows on the table.
“You’ve barely touched your food. No appetite? Maybe you should see a doctor.”
Seungwoon shook his head, the corners of his lips curling into a faint smile.
“I’m fine. I never have much of an appetite in the sumr. Just finish your al.”
“It tastes better when we eat together.”
She pouted playfully, stretching her leg beneath the table, letting her foot slowly trail up his calf.
Seungwoon didn’t react much—just a slight twitch of his brow.
“Or,” she murmured, her voice lilting, “should we go to my studio? Maybe you’re craving sothing else.”
“…That place is off-limits for now.”
He cleared his throat, looking away.
Sera tilted her head, lazily licking her lips, when sothing on the table caught her eye.
His phone.
The screen was blinking, an unread ssage lighting up the display.
Before she could even glimpse the words, Seungwoon snatched it up in a flash.
Sera simply smiled, watching him with interest.
“A work call? You’re really bad at hiding things.”
“It’s urgent. I’ll just step out to take it.”
“You can answer it here. It’s not like it’s another woman, right?”
Her voice was soft, teasing, but pointed.
Seungwoon exhaled sharply through his nose. Without another word, he answered the call.
“This is Na Seungwoon. Keep the report brief.”
Sera tapped his shin lightly with her toes as she listened, wondering if she should ask him to introduce her to his school friends soti.
But then—her eyes sharpened.
The vein at his temple twitched.
Watching soone’s life drain out of them was rare.
Watching their rage be born from it? Even rarer.
Did Seungwoon even realize his jaw was trembling?
Sera’s smile widened slightly.
“…Understood. Keep monitoring it.”
His voice, initially dry and detached, had deepened with restrained emotion.
When he finally set his phone down, he drew a long breath, his posture subtly stiff.
The air around him shifted.
A scent of sothing feral began to rise.
Sera smirked.
Seungwoon stood abruptly.
“Let’s go.”
“Where?”
“Your studio.”
