Nami cried out, "Wh‑what terrifying power!
"That's ten—no, a hundred—tis worse than Marine Headquarters' biggest cannon shells!"
Rear Admiral Hina breathed, "The Rumble‑Rumble Fruit is called the strongest, yet mastering it is no easy feat. For the Vice Admiral to command it the instant he ate the fruit… inconceivable."
