These creatures scread in agony, trying every possible ans to extinguish the flas on their bodies, but all efforts were in vain, as it seed that all things in the world had beco fuel for this fire.
The fire grew larger and larger, dyeing the entire sky red, creating a sight that was spectacular from afar.
A black figure stood at the very top of the domain, quietly watching the distant sky turned red by the flas, and uttered in a hoarse voice, "It seems a remarkable fellow has arrived. I wonder whose handiwork this is, but no matter who you are, I will find you. This world will only beco the backyard of my master."
At the sa ti, the white-robed, barefoot elder walking upon the earth also cast his gaze in this direction, and after a long while, he sighed, "Great my lord, I feel another holy power in that direction, wondering if it could be one of my kin."
After standing for a long ti, the elder decided to change his course towards the direction of the Forest of Death; he wished to et this person who had revealed their power, to ascertain his stance.
"One day, the glory of my master will spread over this land, bringing peace and tranquility to all beings," he murmured to himself.
Bare feet walking on the ground, each step seed to traverse space; though it looked slow, it was astoundingly fast in reality.
anwhile, in the Forest of Death, as the fire intensified, countless creatures perished in the sea of flas, and the power of the purple brain seed to weaken in sync, its strength apparently linked to these creatures.
At this mont, it finally realized that it was no match for the creature before it, and out of instinct, it chose to flee, propelled by a strange force, dashing towards the distance.
"To fight for so long and then attempt to flee, you're thinking too wishfully," Lu Yu said softly, reaching out his hand, and Power of the Divine Soul passed through space, forming an invisible giant hand that instantly grasped the fleeing purple brain.
The formidable Power of the Divine Soul erupted, turning into a solid cage, completely confining the purple brain.
Just then, Lu Yu suddenly felt the ergence of several strong presences in the world, one after another as if awakening from a slumber, scanning the world with their Soul power.
Lu Yu quickly noticed nurous divine senses approaching him, but he remained calm. A layer of blue water seed to appear around him, and as those divine senses swept over, they eerily passed through both him and Arthur.
Those divine senses seed unsatisfied, staying in place, incessantly scanning for several tis before gradually departing.
Arthur, unable to see these divine senses, could still feel terrifying entities nearby, which left him holding his breath, too afraid to even let out a sigh.
Only when the sensation slowly subsided did he quietly exhale and asked Lu Yu, "Mr. Lu, what just happened? Why did I feel a cold draft around ?"
Lu Yu simply smiled and said, "It should be those Divine Spirits you spoke of, casting their gaze here, trying to trace our footsteps."
Arthur was instantly shocked and asked nervously, "Doesn't that an we've been exposed?"
At this mont, he was very anxious, as he was a person who had signed a contract with a Demon. If discovered by the Divine Spirits, the only greeting he expected was the fierce flas atop a stake.
"Don't worry, with their strength, they are still unable to find us," Lu Yu said confidently.
From these divine senses, Lu Yu could gauge that the hierarchy of Divine Spirits in this world was not very high. Although they bore the title of Divine Spirit and had transcended the limits of lifespan, they had not mastered rules; they only possessed sowhat stronger divine sense.
Hearing Lu Yu's confident words, Arthur finally felt relieved; after all, he had just witnessed the strength of Mr. Lu by his side. The terrible and mysterious purple brain, which otherwise would be a natural disaster if let loose, was easily held by him, unable to resist.
At the sa ti, the shadow within the territory also noticed these divine senses. His body turned into a wisp of smoke that drifted through the void, and the divine senses passed by him without detecting his presence at all.
The corner of the shadow's mouth curled into a mocking smile as he said, "Such trash dare to call themselves Divine Spirits. When my master descends upon this world, you will all make the finest sustenance."
Speaking of which, the shadow seed to rember sothing. He stretched out his long tongue and licked his lips, as if saliva was dripping from the corners of his mouth.
The ascetic old man also sensed these divine senses. A Holy Light shone from his body, assimilating all the divine senses that passed by him and then sending back false information.
As a result, the Divine Spirits of this world observed a strange phenonon: despite the terrible commotion, the battling parties seed to have vanished without a trace. Even after searching the world, they could not find any sign of them, filling the Divine Spirits with a sense of defeat.
Of course, Lu Yu didn't care at all about what these Divine Spirits were thinking. He was now curious about the mysterious brain in his hands. As the contaminated creatures around him were all eliminated, the once powerful brain beca extrely weak.
"Interesting thing," Lu Yu remarked with a smile after examining it closely.
He discovered that within this brain, in addition to the bizarre and ominous power, in the deepest part, there was a trace of the rule of creation unique to it. This breath was undoubtedly a treasure for soone like Lu Yu, allowing him to co into contact with the ans and power of creation earlier.
The mixture of several forces within this brain ford a special power that caused creatures to be filled with desires, disrupting the stability of their own bodies and growing crazily, transforming into different creatures.
The more he observed these creatures, the more information he unearthed. This thing definitely wasn't a creation of the Three Realms. Lu Yu first thought of the strange and gigantic creatures from beyond the heavens—if he wasn't wrong, this thing was from them.
Lu Yu also grasped the purpose of Purple Cloud Palace in tricking him to co here, perhaps to have him witness these bizarre creatures.
Perhaps Lu Yu's probing touched upon a secret deep within the brain, and the once quiet brain suddenly began violent fluctuations. Quickly, under the gaze of Lu Yu and Arthur, the purple brain gradually lted and eventually turned into a pool of black liquid.
"Mr. Lu, what is this..." Arthur blurted out in shock, this eerie transformation making him very uneasy.
"No harm, it's just a protective asure. It seems they're very cautious," Lu Yu said with a light laugh.
It seems the creatures from beyond have not only powerful and bizarre forces but high intelligence as well. They aren't chaotic beings that only know carnage. Such a thod is quite secretive.
However, Lu Yu was unconcerned, as he had already obtained the information he wanted. Even though he wanted to further observe this miraculous creature, he wouldn't regret the loss.
Arthur, however, was utterly confused by Lu Yu's words, not understanding what he ant. He could only stare blankly at Lu Yu, hoping that the self-proclaid Mr. Lu, the Demon, would kindly clear up his confusion.
Unfortunately, at this mont, Lu Yu had no desire to explain, so Arthur's questions were dood to remain buried in his heart.
"We should continue moving forward," Lu Yu said softly, already walking ahead. Arthur hurriedly followed upon seeing this. They were now very close to the treasure of his ancestors, and he desperately hoped to find sothing that would change his fate.
anwhile, on the land he once ruled, the man in black who had taken his place was conspiring with the shadow in a secret chamber. The room was enveloped by the power of the shadows, ensuring that their conversation would not be eavesdropped upon.
"Today, that old thing in the Temple awoke. If it hadn't been for what you gave which let successfully escape his notice, you'd be looking at my corpse right now," the man in black said bitterly. He had never felt death so close.
