The Fate Demon God had originally planned to force Hongjun out of the Heavenly Dao and take complete control himself.

But now that the Heavenly Dao was gone, this sche could no longer succeed. It would be better to reveal their true forms and speak face to face.

"Hongjun, why not show yourself?"

As the words fell, the ruins of Vast Wilderness suddenly saw thousands of auspicious clouds and strands of auspicious qi, along with a fragrant aroma, as an old Taoist holding a bamboo staff appeared before everyone.

The Fate Demon God coldly said, "Hongjun, you truly are cunning!"

Hongjun laughed, "I’m rely going with the flow."

The Fate Demon God snorted, "Back then, it was said that aside from Pan Gu, four others received inheritances in the Prival Holy Land. I didn’t believe it, but looking at your protection of the Vast Wilderness realm, you must be one of the inheritors."

Hongjun laughed but remained silent, essentially acknowledging it.

The Fate Demon God then asked, "But I wonder, who are the other three? Are they alive or dead?"

The Hongjun Ancestor laughed, "Didn’t you say that no one can escape fate? Since that’s the case, why don’t you know?"

The Fate Demon God’s expression darkened. He controlled the laws of fate, but he was not fate itself, hence he could not know everything, especially the events that occurred in the chaos.

Those who heard their conversation were amazed; it seed they were discussing events before the great calamity of the cosmos’s opening.

Sun Wukong was struck by a thought, "The Prival Holy Land... The Founding Spirit?"

Wang Shu had co to see him last ti, ntioning Hongjun might be the Fate Demon God. He later consulted with friends on the Wisdom Web.

One friend had ntioned there were several theories regarding Hongjun’s identity.

One theory was that Hongjun, Kun Peng, Nu Wa, and Lu Ya were disciples of the Founding Spirit.

The Founding Spirit was the first enlightened being in the chaotic universe who attained the supre Dao and imparted the energies of Xuanqing, Xuanling, Xuanempty, and Xuanming to the four, collectively known as "Clear Spirit of the Void."

Now, the words of the Fate Demon God clearly confird this theory.

However, according to the Fate Demon God, Pan Gu also received the Founding Spirit’s inheritance.

Moreover, it was said that another disciple was Shàng Yáng.

"So, is everyone just acting? Setting a trap for fate?" Sun Wukong speculated, yet felt sothing wasn’t quite right.

Because Nu Wa was here, yet she had not revealed another identity.

And there was Lu Ya, standing bald-headed among Buddha Sect’s strong, blending in inconspicuously.

Sun Wukong had not forgotten that Lu Ya had once joined forces with Moluo to open the seal of the North Sea, clearly siding with the demonic sect.

He had led the army of the Heavenly Court, alongside the Martial Emperor, Zhao Gongming, and Three Xiāo, to first eradicate Moluo, and also destroy Lu Ya’s evil corpse.

At that ti, Lu Ya was furiously outraged.

If all this was acted out, then this guy’s acting was just too real.

"Heh, this is getting deeper and deeper," Sun Wukong’s keen eyes shifted as he realized that this was probably just the beginning.

At that mont, the battle at the edge of the Vast Wilderness ruins temporarily reached a stalemate.

Luo Hou was trapped by the Six Saints of the Heavenly Dao and Sun Wukong, unable to advance; his eyes flickered with Demonic Fla, "Fate, why waste words? Just act directly; if the other three are still here, they will show themselves."

At the Fate Demon God’s brow, the Profound Mystery Rune shimred with divine light, yet he remained unmoved, still eyeing Hongjun with a cold sneer, "Even if you don’t say it, I have seen through your layout,

you are using Sun Wukong to break my ga, using him to fish. In fact, he is the Chaos Pearl that can’t be found anywhere!"

Upon hearing this, Wang Shu, Lei Zhenzi, Shen Gongbao, and many reincarnated demon gods changed their expressions, their eyes burning with greed.

Luo Hou directly opened his white skeletal hand and grabbed at Sun Wukong.

"Heh, Old Sun is not so soft persimmon that can be easily handled, nor am I any Chaos Pearl!" Sun Wukong scoffed in disbelief, swinging his Ruyi Jingu Bang straight at Luo Hou.

At the sa ti, the embryonic mbrane of the earth protected himself, the cauldron of creation bound the void, and the Divine Bow was pulled taut and shot out.

Boom!

The white skeletal hand fell, and Sun Wukong along with the Ruyi Jingu Bang were sent flying, yet they remained unscathed.

Imdiately afterward, the Three Pure Ones, Lady Nuwa, and the Two Saints of the West converged and blocked Luo Hou.

The battle imdiately beca even fiercer.

This scene also dissuaded many of the restless reincarnated demon gods from taking action.

Sun Wukong already possessed the strength of a virtuous saint. Facing the destructive demon god Luo Hou of the Daluo Golden Immortal realm, although he was not an opponent, he was still unhard.

Most of them had just been awakened and their strength was far less than before.

Although they dared not act, soone did dare to act.

Among the many strong beings rushing toward the edge of the Vast Wilderness ruins, Kun Peng Ancestor suddenly struggled with fear and roared, "No...no!"

But in an instant, he quieted down, his green eyes now glowing with golden light, completely transford. Then, he turned into a black light and rushed straight at Sun Wukong.

Everyone was shocked because his speed had far exceeded the peak of Quasi-Saint, even faster than the Six Saints of the Heavenly Dao.

No one expected that inside Kun Peng Ancestor’s body, there hid an even more powerful being.

The Fate Demon God laughed, "Caught one."

Hongjun remained calm, rely sighing, "So it was you who betrayed us, but, Kun Peng, you are mistaken."

As soon as he finished speaking, from among the powerful beings of the three realms, another figure suddenly accelerated, turning into a rainbow light, and quickly caught up.

Everyone was shocked again, especially the Demon Emperor Di Jun, who looked utterly incredulous.

Because the one chasing after was indeed Lu Ya, but clearly, this younger son had another identity.
