The Sanqing were likewise embroiled in the chaos during the Investiture of the Gods, leading to a great battle among the three that shattered the Chaos World once more. Because of this, the esteed na of Pangu orthodoxy on which the Sanqing based themselves was tarnished and could no longer command the reverence of others.

The Eleven Ancestral Witches faced the sa outco as did the Sanqing; their destructive actions in the Chaos World caused the sacred Pangu orthodoxy to lose its sanctity, rendering it no different from other Innate Saints.

However, Mother Earth was an exception; upon realizing the deficiency in Heaven and Earth, she was willing to sacrifice herself to nd the Chaos World, transforming her being into the Six Paths of Reincarnation.

Mother Earth fulfilled her duty to the utmost, living up to the na of Pangu orthodoxy without letting the great na of Pangu be tarnished.

Thus, among the Great Divine Transcendents, Mother Earth is the most unique, so revered that even the Taoist Ancestors must address her with respect.

At this mont, Mother Earth questioned the Primordial Heavenly Sovereign about her qualifications to intervene in the affairs of the Chaos World. The Primordial Heavenly Sovereign was left speechless.

Had it been before the Enshrinent Calamity, if Mother Earth dared to speak to him like this, the Primordial Heavenly Sovereign would have already retaliated. But now, without the sacred halo of Pangu orthodoxy, he finds himself sowhat lacking when facing Mother Earth.

"Zhen Yuanzi is not suited, Empress Nuwa is not suited, and even Mother Earth is not suited. The demands of the various Taoist friends are perhaps too high."

"If Zhen Yuanzi and the two ladies are not suited, then who in this vast Chaos World dares to claim they are qualified, who dares claim they have more right to beco the ruler of the Immortal World than they do?"

Following Mother Earth, Jiang Chen took advantage of the mont, pressing forward step by step.

And after he finished speaking, those Great Divine Transcendents who were considering vying for the position of the ruler of the Immortal World imdiately gave up the thought.

Jiang Chen’s words effectively blocked others’ paths. Now, if even Mother Earth and Empress Nuwa are deed unfit, unless one believes they can surpass these two, how dare they step forth to contest for the position of ruler of the Immortal World?

The Great Divine Transcendents present had enough self-awareness. They might have the confidence to surpass Zhen Yuanzi, but surpassing Empress Nuwa and Mother Earth was sothing they couldn’t even imagine.

"The Star Lord’s remarks are very true. If even Empress Nuwa and Mother Earth are not suitable, then who in the Chaos World indeed is qualified to beco the ruler of the Immortal World?"

"In my opinion, if both ladies are not suitable, then naturally the Saint of Taiqing is also not suitable."

It is unknown who spoke up, dragging the Saint of Taiqing into the mix. But the reasoning is indeed sound; at best, the Saint of Taiqing is on par with the two ladies, so why would they be unsuitable while he is deed suitable?

If suitable, they should all be considered so; if not, then none should be, thus demonstrating fairness.

"..."

They wanted to accuse Jiang Chen and the others of being unreasonable, but Taiyi and others struggled for a long ti, unable to utter even a single word, almost causing internal injury from frustration.

They couldn’t refute the accomplishnts of Zhen Yuanzi, Empress Nuwa, and Mother Earth, and therefore couldn’t refute Jiang Chen’s words.

"Having the Saint of Taiqing, Empress Nuwa, and Mother Earth as the rulers of the Immortal World is indeed the most appropriate choice. Their accomplishnts and character are exemplary, leaving no grounds for dispute."

Many of the Great Divine Transcendents began to whisper quietly. Since they no longer hoped to engage in the affairs of the Immortal World, their primary goal beca ensuring the stable developnt of the Immortal World.

Because of previous incidents, no one felt secure leaving the Immortal World to Taiyi and others. However, if the Saint of Taiqing, Empress Nuwa, and Mother Earth presided over the Immortal World, everyone could rest easy.

With these three present, the worst outco for the Immortal World would only be its integration into the Nine States, becoming part of the reformation of the Chaos World.

And there’s no loss in that for everyone.

The fragntation of the Immortal World would certainly harm the Fate of the Immortal Dao, but due to its contributions to the reformation of the Chaos World, this damaged Fate would not only quickly recover but may even increase.

This is precisely why everyone could tolerate the independent existence of the Immortal World, as well as its rger into the Nine States’ realm, but absolutely could not accept its Original Source being devoured by others.

If the Original Source of the Immortal World was damaged, it would compromise the interests of the entire Immortal Dao and even the entirety of the Chaos World. But if it continued to circulate between Heaven and Earth, it would harm no one’s interests and could even bring benefits to more people.

Thus, everyone preferred to support Jiang Chen in integrating the Immortal World into the Nine States’ realm rather than leaving it in the hands of Taiyi and others.

Left to Jiang Chen, at least the at would still be in the pot, and everyone would have a share—though it may vary in size. But if it was left to Taiyi and others, they would consu it all, leaving none for others.

That’s why people subconsciously ignored Zhen Yuanzi as well; he had the habit of taking everything for himself, wanting to use the entire resource of the Earth Immortal realm to sustain himself without sparing anything for others.

Who would dare to work with soone who is so keen on monopolizing? It was precisely Zhen Yuanzi’s mindset that made others reluctant to help him when he was sched against by Taiyi and others earlier.

Otherwise, with Zhen Yuanzi’s connections, if he had been sched against so severely, it wouldn’t have been possible for not a single Great Divine Transcendent to speak up for him.

Jiang Chen didn’t like Zhen Yuanzi either. To be frank, if Zhen Yuanzi freed himself, he would still eventually beco an opponent for Jiang Chen.

After all, Jiang Chen sought the entire Immortal World, and so did Zhen Yuanzi. Their fundantal conflict remained; even if they were forced to cooperate for various reasons, it would be short-lived, ultimately leading to conflict.
