"Why are you here?"

He was quite surprised, because the Great Emperor Ziwei was among them.

The Great Emperor Ziwei glared at Sun Wukong and said, "I heard you broke into the Endless Abyss. I was afraid sothing might happen to you, so I brought the Martial King and the Eastern King to find you. You reckless monkey, you’re as impulsive as ever."
Upon hearing the Great Emperor Ziwei’s words, Sun Wukong didn’t get angry. He chuckled and said, "Guess who Old Sun t?"
"Did you see that coffin?"
The Martial King got a bit nervous.

The Eastern King and the Martial King were instantly shocked, staring at Sun Wukong in disbelief.
"That defiant stone monkey? The strongest in the Creation Realm, is he still alive?"
The Martial King exclaid, genuinely stunned.
"Where is Supre Treasure? Take to see him. If he’s alive, what do we have to fear in this lifeti?"
The Eastern King said excitedly.
Only the Great Emperor Ziwei looked confused.
He didn’t know who Supre Treasure was, but from the expressions of the other two, the person must be soone significant and imnsely powerful.

But it might be the evolution of the world’s will, not a result of artificial manipulation.
In reopening heaven and earth on the ruins of the strongest realm, maybe they received the influence of the remainin rules from that strongest realm, leading to the Three Realms giving birth to Sun Wukong.
