A few days trickled by.
Tang Yin had killed the second acquaintance of Fei Yu’s grandfather and absorbed his Spirit Fla. However, his Spirit Fla was not enough to completely form Tang Yin’s fourth Spirit Fla, it only created a black spark.
After killing him, Tang Yin devoured his soul, took his storage ring and stowed his corpse away in his storage ring.
Then Tang Yin scoured the south zone for any more Qi Transformation Realm cultivators. He was only able to find one. This was because of the large-scale attack from the north zone caused by him.
The Four Seasons Sect had summoned almost the power of the whole south zone to fight against the large-scale attack from the north zone.
Tang Yin naturally killed the Qi Transformation Realm cultivator he found after scouring the south zone. Even after devouring that cultivator’s Spirit Fla, it was not enough to fully complete the fourth Spirit Fla, he needed one more Spirit Fla to enter the 4th stage of the Qi Transformation Realm.
If Tang Yin wanted more Qi Transformation Realm cultivators, he would need to go to the south zone’s border again. But this ti, he would be fighting with the Demonic Beasts.
Tang Yin transford into the harmless form of a few-inch-long fish. This was the form he had taken to roam around the north zone to look for his targets. He had grown fond of using this form as it was easy to move around without much difficulty in the ocean.
He then sped off towards the south zone. With Tang Yin’s current strength, there was nothing that could pose much of a threat to him at the mont. He reached the south zone’s border within a few days.
When he arrived where the giant ravine was, war was raging everywhere along the border.
Cultivators and Demonic Beasts were fighting against each other to the death. There were all types of Demonic Beasts ranging from Rank 1 to Rank 5, whereas, among the cultivators, only Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivators and higher were present.
This was due to all cultivators below the Qi Transformation Realm being unable to fly.
Although there was an Artifact to fix this, there was a limited amount of them. Therefore, to make effective use of the Artifact, only Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivators were able to wield them.
The Demonic Beasts focused on quantity whilst the cultivators focused on quality among their forces.
The battle between the north and south zones was happening on the south zone’s side of the border. Tang Yin could not see the tamorphosis Demonic Beast anywhere.
’It must have gone to the west or east zone.’ Tang Yin thought. This was actually a good thing. If the tamorphosis Demonic Beast was present, he would definitely be exposed.
Without the tamorphosis Demonic Beast being present, Tang Yin had a very low chance of being exposed.
Tang Yin went deeper into the ocean, he was still currently a small fish. He had to transform into sothing more suitable.
He decided to use the Heaven Deceiving Art to change into a Mid-tier Rank 4 Demonic Beast with the appearance of a large crocodile.
Since Tang Yin needed Qi Transformation Realm cultivators as opponents, he could not be too strong, this would attract Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators. He also couldn’t be too weak, this would only attract low-stage Qi Transformation Realm cultivators.
After making all of his preparations, Tang Yin swam back up to the surface. He used the Heaven Deceiving Art to change his aura to one of a Mid-tier Rank 4 Demonic Beast. Only Principle Step cultivators and tamorphosis Demonic Beasts would be able to tell that he was an imposter.
He charged towards a 5th-stage Qi Transformation Realm cultivator. This cultivator was a middle-aged man who still retained so of his youthful traits. He had a cold expression full of bloodthirst.
Upon noticing a Mid-tier Rank 4 Demonic Beast approaching him, the middle-aged man let out a cold snort.
He made a seal with his hands, and 2 runic symbols took form in the air before rging together. The waves around the middle-aged man slowly crystallised before charging into the rune.
The rune lit up and turned into a small arc of crystalline light that was shot towards Tang Yin.
Tang Yin swung his large crocodile tail to counterattack the crystalline rune. Upon contact, his tail was ripped to shreds. The crystalline rune slowly dispersed.
Tang Yin quickly sank back into the ocean and escaped in panic.
The middle-aged man sneered, "Escape? Dream on! I will use your bones as the main materials to forge an Artifact." He declared coldly as if everything was beneath him.
He charged into the ocean to pursue Tang Yin.
