The second treasure that Tang Yin excavated from a Gambling Stone was a small flaming rock. It was the size of an infant’s fist. It burned with hot flas which made even Tang Yin feel apprehensive.
Xiao Fei stared at the flaming stone with longing in her eyes.
"Master, can we trade? I’ll give you one of my 9 treasures in exchange for that flaming rock." Xiao Fei proposed.
"Let check what this thing is first." Tang Yin did not imdiately decline or accept. He wanted to know what this flaming stone was before deciding.
He promptly imrsed himself in the jade token containing Tian Huang’s knowledge. In a few monts, he found out what the small flaming rock was.
"Alright, let’s make the trade." Tang Yin instantly agreed first.
From the jade token, he had learned that the small flaming stone was a piece of Sun’s True Essence.
It was a top-quality material which could be used to forge a fire elent Artifact. It was extrely scarce and rare, and worth a fortune depending on its size.
The Sun’s True Essence in front of Tang Yin was only a small piece, although it was worth a lot, it was not so much that he would sell it. Neither did he have a use for it.
Xiao Fei had ntioned that she now had an ability which allowed her to Devour all types of flas to advance her closer to another evolution.
The Sun’s True Essence was a perfect candidate for this even though it could not allow her to evolve instantly upon consumption.
"I want that silver leaf Artifact." Tang Yin expressed his interest.
Xiao Fei brought out a small silver leaf from her bosom, it looked normal in every way except for its colour.
She handed it over to Tang Yin before instantly pouncing on the Sun’s True Essence. She grabbed it with her delicate hand and threw it into her mouth like a barbarian.
The silver leaf Tang Yin had traded for was an Artifact which only had a few uses left. However, he could use those few uses to block a couple of attacks from a Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator.
Overall, Tang Yin had enough power and tricks up his sleeve to talk to a Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator on equal terms.
After making the trade, Tang Yin continued to dissect Gambling Stones. There were just over 50 left of them. He was hoping to get at least 2 more treasures.
After opening 14 more Gambling Stones, Tang Yin discovered another intact treasure to his surprise.
The treasure was a dark red stone the size of a fist. It stunk of blood, and even Tang Yin’s brows knitted in discomfort.
’What’s with all the treasures I obtain being stones and rocks?’ Tang Yin laughed wryly inside his head. Nevertheless, he shifted through Tian Huang’s jade token to find out the identity of the dark red stone.
Once he obtained the information he wanted, he stored the dark red stone in his storage ring with anticipation.
According to the jade token, the dark red stone was called a Blood Essence Stone.
The Blood Essence Stone was a treasure which could absorb the blood essence of powerful beings. Using the blood essence of these powerful beings inside of the Blood Essence Stone, a cultivator could refine their body with the Blood Essence Stone using a special thod.
Tang Yin was going to go to Sea Star City to find resources like this to Devour and refine his physical body. Even without going to the city, he still managed to find what he was looking for.
Tang Yin did not need a special thod to use the Blood Essence Stone. The Heaven Devouring Abyss was all he needed. He would use it after he finished opening the rest of the Gambling Stones.
There were 36 Gambling Stones remaining. With the hope of discovering one more treasure, Tang Yin dived in.
1, 2, 3, 6, 13, 18, 24, 29, 34. Tang Yin dissected Gambling Stone after Gambling Stone. Yet he did not discover any more treasures. With deep disappointnt, he looked at the last 2 Gambling Stones before him.
He picked up the second last Gambling Stone and started chipping away at it. An eroded awl appeared in Tang Yin’s grip. He gave it to Xiao Fei for cleansing, he watched the process keenly.
The eroded awl imdiately turned to ashes and scattered.
With a sigh, Tang Yin moved on to the last Gambling Stone. He used his Abyss Qi to unveil the item within, it was a tallic token. There were a few words on it, but they were not of the True Martial language.
Tang Yin gave the tallic token to Xiao Fei. It swiftly turned to dust under the cleansing of the black flas.
Tang Yin dejectedly looked at Xiao Fei. He could not understand how she had obtained 10 treasures while he only obtained 3. The amount of Gambling Stones opened this ti and last ti was relatively the sa.
’Am I that unlucky? Or is she just too lucky?’ Tang Yin grumbled internally, he then brought out the Blood Essence Stone.
