Tang Yin did not wait for the Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator of the Green Bull Sect to reveal himself. Instead, he charged into the headquarters of the sect to search for him. Having more than 1 Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator in a family or organization did not increase the Rank of that organization to Rank 3. Even if they had 10 Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivators, they would remain as a Rank 2 Organization if a Qi Transformation Realm cultivator was not present.
Although an extra Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator presented a surprise to Tang Yin, it was not a problem with Xiao Fei around. Even without her, it would not be too much trouble.

When 80% of the underground Spirit Vein was devoured, Tang Yin arrived at the 99th spirit vein. Once he condensed his 99th spirit vein, he would reach the 2nd stage of the Spirit Vein Condensation Realm.
