Candice 'I see, he wants to keep the distance, that's not going to happen'
Candice "dicham use Rock Slide and approach Togetic"
Hearing Candice dicham created tons of rocks and sent them shooting towards Togetic, dicham didn't stop there, it used the rocks and jumped from one to another to get closer to Togetic at a very high speed.
Julian 'Interesting'
Julian "Togetic, dodge"
Listening to Julian, Togetic dodged the first few rocks and moved away from the trajectory of the other rocks.
Candice "You are not going anywhere, now use High Jump Kick"
dicham used the last rock to propel itself towards Togetic at an extrely fast rate, it raised its knee as it started to glow with intense compressed fighting energy stored in it, but it didn't know that a surprise was waiting for it.
Julian "Now, Shadow Ball"
Togetic suddenly sent out a massive Shadow Ball at dicham which caught it by surprise, it felt the pulsing ghost energy inside that ball as it approached dicham, since there is nowhere to go it can only take the hit, the Shadow Ball landed and sent dicham crashing on the ground.
Since it failed the land that High Jump Kick the backlash hit it and half of its energy got drained along with the damage it took from that Shadow Ball.
This round should have been over but to Julian's surprise, the dicham still got back to its feet standing straight taking its fighting position and staring at its opponent.
Candice "dicham, are you ok?"
She asked.
dicham nodded its head and is ready to continue the battle.
Candice "Use Psyshock"
Julian "Counter with Psyshock as well"
Both pokemon used Psyshock to counter each other, the attack caused a loud vibration and with a huge blast, the air got blown away everywhere.
Togetic got blow away by the burst of air while dicham stood its ground, seeing their chance Candice made her move.
Candice "Now Focus Blast"
dicham concentrated all its power behind this single attack as it compressed a lot of power at a single point, then it blasted the Focus Blast at Togetic.
Having no place to dodge, it was ti to defend.
Julian "Use Protect"
Togetic got her self back to positions and focused her energy and created a barrier in front of her, the Focus Blast struck the barrier and caused a huge explosion, the icy battlefield below the attack burst into pieces from the shockwave itself, the protective layer started to crack and soon shattered into pieces, the Focus Blast continued and laded on Togetic and sent her flying backward but she didn't take much damage.
Since she is 4x resistant to a fighting type move and with the Protect weakening that Focus Blast Togetic easily took that hit.
Julian "Now Aerial Ace"
Now that Togetic was far enough from dicham, she could dive down towards it increasing her speed significantly and land the finishing hit, she dove down as a white glow covered her body, he used Aerial Ace, she suddenly disappeared from dicham's sight and the next ti dicham saw Togetic was right in front of it.
Togetic landed the Aerial Ace right on dicham's chest sending dicham crashing and rolling on the ground, the attack was powerful and dicham has already lost a lot of power, the Focus Blast has also taken away a lot from dicham.
dicham tried to get back to its feet as it struggled to get up.
Candice "dicham, get up"
She said.
dicham got on one knee and soon stood straight on its feet but before it could even take another step, its body got stiff and it fell back on the ground right on its back, knocked out.
Referee "dicham is unable to battle, Togetic wins"
The referee gave her first announcent as Togetic took the first Victory.
Candice looked at her dicham for a few seconds and smiled, she called it back to its Pokeball as she looked at Julian.
Candice "You were not kidding, you really are strong"
She said.
Julian "I was just lucky, your dicham didn't know much Special Attack, the one it knew couldn't hurt my Togetic"
He said.
Candice "Indeed, you were lucky but not this ti, let's go Sneasel"
Candice sent out her second pokemon, her Sneasel, another physical attacked with speed.
Julian looked at the situation in front of him, he could continue with Togetic but he decided to switch, Cranidos needs to co out and battle so he can finally evolve, he doesn't want his pokemons to keep on holding up their evolution for too long.
Julian "Togetic, you did great co back, You are up, Go Cranidos"
Julian called back Togetic into her Pokeball and then sent out Cranidos, he landed on the Ice field and suddenly felt the slippery ground beneath his feet, he was almost about to slip but he dug in with his clams on his leg and regained his balance.
Julian just smiled seeing this, this would be a really go battle for Cranidos. Since the ground is ice he will have trouble moving around as fast as he can which will put a lot of pressure on him, Julian doesn't want his pokemons to just sweep through the whole competition, he purposely puts them in rough and hard battles so they can learn and experience on their own.
Julian "You ready, this is going to be a tough one"
Julian said.
Hearing him Cranidos nodded and looked at his opponent, the Sneasel.
